The problem was that it wasn't clear how much time each card swipe got you before swiping. Also not clear whether each new swipe restarts the clock or gets added to the end of the time that's still pending. I ended up paying $18 for at most 10 minutes. I looked up the number when I got home and left a message and was pleasantly surprised to get a text back. The owner offered to refund me whatever I thought was fair so I suggested half. They gave me $10 via Zelle. Came through the next day. I made the call just to prove due diligence before contesting the charge through my bank, but the problem actually got solved.

I like the credit card feature, and the machines that collect your money are new. I had one issue with coins - where it did not take all the coins I put in but I have not followed up with them. There have also been a couple of occasions where the soap spray is out of soap which is disappointing - and I should get money back for that defect. But other than that - it's clean and quiet here, plus 24 hours too. Haven't compared prices to other self wash places yet. Had the soap been good all the time and not lose any $ then this place would be 4 to 5 stars. But it's not prevalent.

There…read morewere months where I didn't go because the weather was just terrible or my work schedule was just crazy. Since that time mid last year, the company has changed and restructure some of the pricing however, the bigger point for me writing this review is because of Michael. Today when I pulled in, Micheal gave me all the services that you should receive as a concierge at the car wash. he was so kind and informative, he educated me on the pricing and what the regulations were concerning the subscription. I took the advantage of the deal that was offered, and I went on my way. Before I left Micheal asked me was there anything else that I needed? Honestly, I don't know if the rest of the staff is as kind and courteous as Micheal was. I do see different things done when I pull up to actually get my car wash which I was quite intrigued by. I gave the review of four star because of some previous experiences but mostly because Micheal was great. Now at this time, I'm looking for consistency not with just Micheal because he naturally is a great customer care and concierge. He should work the pull-up station all the time. Since I have renewed my subscription, I will be coming back and following up on my experience. I really enjoy having a great experience wherever I go because I believe that customer care wins. Is one way we can provide hugs to the community and our society. Go over there and check out the car wash team and let me know how they do.

Pulling up to the car wash track, I shifted into neutral and let the track push my car through the car wash tunnel. An attendant was stationed at the start to make sure my car is aligned with the track and gave my car a pre-wash. Coming out the other side, their blowers are strong. And man, there are about 8 of them blowing most of the water off of my car. I got their free towel dry service by driving around to the side and under the pavilion. The workers there quickly wiped my vehicle dry using microfiber towels. I didn't opt to use their vacuums this time, though I can attest they are a godsend whenever I need to clean the inside of my car. They usually have plenty of bays available to pull into and you can spend a little time detailing your car there too. The reason why I'm only giving 4 stars this time is because of the attitude of the employees. From the manager down to the attendants, I didn't see anyone smiling. It just looked like none of them wanted to be there. I get that the work they do is hard, and I appreciate them for it, but I had hoped they could have put a little bit more effort into providing a better customer experience.

It would also probably be a little more effective and helpful. But other than that, I really like this location. The kids who dry your car and wash your rims do a good job. I love that they have leather cleaner for use by the vacuums. They also have dash cleaning wipes they hand out sometimes along with air fresheners. That's hit or miss, but nice when it happens. The air blowing apparatus and vacuums are great. I love the slightly wet towels that really make cleaning up what the car wash doesn't get easy. Good value per wash, but the membership didn't end up being great for me because I didn't go enough after the first few months. I'll go back for individual washes.

Unfortunately, our last three visits have been highly disappointing. During these recent visits, we purchased the top-tier $13 and $15 wash packages. Regrettably, the quality of the wash was entirely unacceptable. The vehicle didn't even look like it had been run through a wash system--the untouched dirt left on the exterior made it look as though it had simply been cleared off with a leaf blower. As long-standing customers who prioritize supporting local businesses, we expect consistent results and a standard of cleaning that reflects the premium price paid. We hope management will inspect their equipment, water pressure, and soap ratios to ensure the service quality is restored to what it used to be.
