I can't recommend this car wash enough! I accidentally locked both my keys and my phone inside my car, and the manager, Jessie, went above and beyond to help me. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, he personally called a locksmith for me and even called around to find the best price possible. While I waited, Jessie offered me water and invited me to sit inside the cool air conditioning so I wouldn't have to stand outside in the heat. His kindness, compassion, and willingness to help a complete stranger made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days. Jessie truly went above and beyond, and because of him, I'll absolutely be returning and recommending this car wash to my family and friends. Thank you, Jessie, for your outstanding kindness and professionalism! read more

I can't believe I'm writing another updated review for this place. I just came back recently and looks like the car wash has gotten an upgrade since last time I went. The top brush still didn't clean the roof of my car super well, but all the other surfaces were clean. The teenager who did the initial scrubbing did a great job, especially considering how dirty my car was. It was super satisfying seeing all the dirt coming off! read more

I've had subscriptions to countless car washes over Texas throughout my life but woah, this one is next level. Not only do I feel like my membership is worth it, I feel as if it is the best bang for my buck. The staff here are extraordinarily nice. I signed up for unlimited washes in my car (1x day) and then an associate got me a sticker to place on my car. From then on, I haven't had any issues. The best thing is the pre-wash care. These employees will scrub your vehicle as if it's their own! They target the problem areas and don't just wet your car for preparation--they put their whole body into it! I wish I could mention some names of people but I was unable to catch them. I will always recommend Palms. Spectacular value, service, and operation. read more

Brought a 2 day old car through the wash, had surface scratches from this place. They refused to help since I left property. Avoid trouble and stay away from this place. read more

I love this car wash. I have gone through here a few times and so has my fiance. The people that help you pick your wash and pay are always super friendly. One time the guy even applied a coupon for me without me asking. The price is super affordable, and the car wash does a great job. They have plenty of vacuums at the end to clean out your vehicle. Always a great experience here and it is conveniently located right off 35. It does get super busy on the weekends, so I recommend going on a weekday if possible. read more

Went to the Palms Car Wash on Oltorf today. I used to have a membership when I was renting but now that I can wash at home I stopped going to the car wash. Unfortunately physical limitations are preventing me from washing car myself. The folks at Palms Oltorf were very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend them. read more

Palm Car Wash delivers outstanding quality, great prices, and truly exceptional customer service. I pulled in with a pretty dirty car, and after my wash, Trenton--a team member with an incredible eye for detail--noticed that the machine had missed a few spots. Before I could even say anything, he approached me politely, explained what he saw, and insisted I go through the wash again completely free of charge. That level of professionalism and genuine care is rare, and it's exactly why Palm Car Wash stands out. Trenton deserves major recognition--he represents the kind of service that keeps customers coming back and makes this place a top choice in the area. If you're looking for an affordable, reliable, and customer‑focused car wash, Palm Car Wash should be your go‑to spot. Highly recommend for anyone who wants their car looking its best. read more

It was was good wash and super last minute. Not in the way of traffic. Staff was nice and professional

I paid for the 2nd highest tier car wash and the sides/back of my car look great. Front bumper, hood, and windshield are all still dirty. Will not be returning here read more

There was one older man who seemed to be running it solo while most of the staff stood around chatting with each other. He deserves a raise, but he can't keep the place going alone. My fellow patrons were disrespectfully tossing their trash on the ground in the vacuum area and no one cleaned up after them or told them to stop. They just watched and joked around with each other. The car wash itself didn't get the bird poo off the hood. The buffer rags were all out, so I had to finish wiping it off at home. The vacuums were odd length for me and didn't get up all the debris (of which is very little). For the price, I think there are much better facilities that make sure the area is clean, items are stocked, and it feels safe and welcoming. read more

Car malfunctioned in the wash and after 20 mins left. Felt bad for the people stuck there in line that had already paid and couldn't get through. read more

Worst wash I've ever had. Paid for $14 wash, some areas not touched. Hood had some tiny white pieces of what could be a brush breaking down. Pictures show areas still dirty where I wiped a finger. Never give them your money and time. read more

Great service. Even better attitudes. Hard workers. Can't ask for better customer service. Oltorf definitely has a gem on thier street.

I stopped by this location and they were so helpful, it was quick and easy and I'm really happy with the results. definitely recommend!

The self service car wash had tons of stations for vacuuming. The customer service was great especially by Karlee who was offering extra towels, etc.. read more

Staff is AWESOME. Shoutout to Clark. He turned my day around entirely. Every person employed here is so kind and deserves a raise. We need more people who are genuinely kind and every staff member seems to be. Very well run. Affordable. Will be back. Even other clientele are kind. Clark - THANK YOU! read more

One of a few car washes that was easily accessible. The car attendant was nowhere to be found as I attempted to drive in the car wash which caused a line of cars behind me. The vacuum hose on the right side of my vehicle was missing and the towels that were supposed to be provided were few and far between. read more

I'm an unlimited subscriber now, and enjoy weekly wash. Place is good and mostly packed in peak hours.

The car wash is great, I was lucky to experience pre soak for so long. The employee tried his best to moisture my frunck read more

First and most importantly, the car came out clean. (This is much more than I can say about their competitors.) Staff is professional and courteous. All vacuum stations are functional and clean. read more

The staff here is always incredibly helpful and quick. I love the free vacuums and the rags and cleaning supplies are top notch!

Place is trash rates constantly going up. Went from closing at 8pm to now 7pm but everytime you try to get a car wash before 7pm they have barrier cones up to close 10 minutes early due to maintenance. Sounds like unreliable services especially when you pay monthly. They can wait until they actually close to service whatever needs to be done stop wasting your monthly payments here if they can't be reliable with their hours of operations read more

Palms Car Wash Oltorf is the best! They always are so helpful, have towels ready and everyone is so great! Highly recommend!

Palms is the best in town if you want a low cost, high quality wash! I never go anywhere else because Palms is convenient, quick and easy; they have earned my trust! Each time I go I always leave with a smile on my face because I know that my car looks good! read more

First off I'll say this is the best place around to have your palm tree washed. I searched and called a dozen places looking for anyone that would clean my palm trees. After years of not washing and some neglect (totally my fault!) the trees were looking rough. I'm happy to say after one trip through, my trees never looked so good! It can be a hassle to take them all in but you'll be glad you did. They will come out looking GREAT and ready to go back in the ground! read more

I live in Travis Heights and have been going to Barton Springs Car Wash for years. Always happy with the job they do but yesterday for some reason they weren't open in the afternoon. I called today and didn't get an answer so I Googled other washes and Palms is close to me so I decided to check it out. It's easier for me to get to, costs me half as much and saves me about 20 minutes at a minimum. You just drive you car through, find a shaded parking stall to dry any last wet spots using their supplied towels and use their vacuums if you need to. Easy peasy. Again I still like Barton Springs but Palms is closer, faster and costs about half as much. I'll be going here from now on. read more

Fantastic. Best deal in town. I'm upset I didn't discover this place sooner. The car wash is great and then you can vacuum (unlimited time) your own car which actually means it will get vacuumed. No more $50 car wash for people to sit in your car for 20 minutes moving towels around and accomplishing nothing. And they have towels so you can wipe down the inside and outside of your car. Just great. read more

NG was great! Good vacuums, kind people, efficient. Will definitely be going back again.

great customer service very clean place I went to wash my car at 6pm and Jesse the general manager approached me with service immediately I give him 5 stars my license plate fell off during the wash and he went out his way to help me find it you don't get customer service like that often he deserves a raise I will be back read more
