For $39.95 a month you get their Premier services which not only washes your car but adds special coatings and water repellent and a huge drying system. That generally works pretty well. Once through that part of the car wash, you're welcome to drive around into one of their stones and they have products to shine your wheels, overall cleaning products, and fragrance products if you would like your car to smell good. It's a one stop shop and I like that concept. They are located in Leander , west Old Hwy 183 and Hero Way. We feel it's a great value for the cost and we enjoy the products they provide to detail the car ourselves. If you live in the area, consider giving them a try!!

My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Previously reviewed on google as well and the business responded by disregarding my response due to me not "being present when the service was performed". When in fact I was there at the time of the car pick up and shook the hand of the owner. Once again this place is unprofessional in the way they handled not only our situation, but others just like it. The basic wash works just fine for me. I recently received a $5 coupon and I took advantage of it to upgrade to the basic plus wash. The basic plus did a great job and it was a perfect Prelim for my wax and seal job that kept me occupied for the rest of the morning. They did replace and upgrade their vacuums. Your screen options of choices is wonderful. Full of options .. from ceramic coating to just a basic wash. So- I chose the hot carnuba wax wash. They do seem to have some monthly plans to get washes. It's pretty nice. So I drove through , and it's fast. So fast that the dryer does nothing. About the same as me blowing on it. It's all ok, they have a towel service...That you do yourself. I'm cool with that. So , as I'm drying off about 40% of the side of my vehicle is dirty. You can see where the brushes tried. I wasn't even really dirty. Again - I did t expect much, so it's whatever. One of the "options" was a bug removal. --yea that's trash. My front end was still covered. Most of these drive through places have someone there with a brush. Not here. So. Wheels dirty. Side dirty and the dryer was trash. I went through the Watershed Car Wash with my 2021 Toyota Tundra, and during the wash I heard a…read moreloud noise. Immediately after exiting the wash, I noticed that part of the front grille assembly had been damaged/missing. I reported the damage to the staff immediately and completed an incident report requesting that the damage be repaired. Despite the incident being documented, the car wash refused to take responsibility or cover the repair. I understand that damage can happen, but when a customer reports an issue immediately after hearing something break during the wash, I expect the business to properly investigate and stand behind its service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I would recommend taking photos of your vehicle before using this car wash.
