Went today December 24th around 2pm. Everything worked well, only complaint was the bay I was in, second from the far right. The foam brush was not working so well, had to do a pass over my car 3 times to get sufficient suds. Was the first time this has happened to me. Aside from that, when I've used the other bays. I've had no issues at all. Will still keep coming back. The power wash works great, all the functions work as supposed to. Noticed they were cleaning the bays about a week ago or so around 8pm. Just shows me they keep up with the place and put in money into their business. keep their customers happy. That says a lot. read more

So I went here to clean my truck the first day I bought it and I used my card on the machine 3 separate times only costing maybe a total of $11 but I checked my bank account later today and found out it charged me $14 dollars for the 3 times I swiped it! So it charged me a total of $42 dollars!!!!!! This is ridiculous will not make this mistake if that keeps happening just use your change so this doesn't happen to you! read more

I used Connie's Car Wash at this location several times and I noticed the lights indicating what part of the wash you were in were not working. About 2 weeks ago I went there and I sat and waited for the car in front of me to finish, but nothing happened afterwards. It was like the machine turned off. I could not get the machines to start up again. No green light -- nothing. I called immediately to let them know the machine was broken and to request a refund. I got nothing. No call back, no refund -- nothing. The company actually has a voicemail message giving directions for information needed to issue a refund. I gave all there was on my receipt, my name, phone number, location, etc. No contact was made and no refund was issued. Charging my card, not refunding my money, and ignoring the request is simple fraud. You cannot charge people's cards and provide no service. The voicemail indicates they expect there to be refunds issued. It is fraudulent activity by this company to not issue refunds as requested, and I will report it as such on my credit card. If enough people complain, it can be a State of Texas fraud. Maybe this will get someone's attention and they will refund money -- I am not the only person who's had this happen. Twelve dollars is a lot of money in this economy. I'm done with Connie's and I hope I save you $12 -- spend it somewhere where your car will actually be washed. read more

Very clean car wash and low car friendly, soaps smell good and the pressure was pretty good. Wish their self service car wash had a dryer and the spot free rinse was not as good as I expected. This is the first car wash I've been to in the area and I will be coming back whenever I'm in the Leander/Cedar Park area. read more

I just used Connie's Car Wash for the first time and I'm impressed. It cleaned my mom's truck beautifully. The dry time is long enough to slowly pull your vehicle through and get the water off. (Unless you inched slower than a snail like I did and miss 3 inches of the back.‍ LOL) I like that it scans the vehicle first before starting and the spinning brushes are awesome. The coverage of the vehicle with the soap and Carnauba (sp) wax is spot on (Or spotless like my truck right now.) Side note: The light bulbs are out that indicate what process is being done. The bottom two are the only ones that seem to be working. I love your wash and I will be recommending you to my Lyft and Uber friends! Update: Wash gets everything except cement that wash splashed on my front bumper. But that isn't a fault of the wash. It did get the tree sap, downtown dust and dirt, and everything else off. It looks like just about every negative review here is over the pending charge of $14. As stated many times, this is just to ensure the card being used has enough money to cover the cost of the wash. Once the final amount is submitted, only that amount (on the screen) is charged to your card. It happens seamlessly and without any drama. With that said, the facilities themselves are fine. It's a standard do-it-yourself car wash location with everything you need. There are several bays for cars and plenty of places to throw out trash and vacuum after. I've used this place a couple of times at this point and really like the price and convenience. For an idea, I generally spend around 8:30 to 9 minutes on my car wash and pay $5.75. This car wash is top notch in my book. I've had memberships at multiple car wash places but usually stop by here for a quick rinse off or to wash off my all terrain floor mats. But today I tried the Ultimate Soft Touch Automatic wash and man, my car has never been shinier or looked newer. I recommend this place for any of your car needs! I stopped for a quick wash on the way home. The sign said 2minutes for $3. I put my debt card in and washed for 2:60, and the meter said $3.60. When I got my bank statement today the charge was $12!!! This was not a hold, but a final payment! This is not a legitimate way to do business. read more

I've used this car wash for a long time, I usually just get the Premium Automatic Wash for $12, believe me when I say this is better than the Wash N Roll down the road, even though this one doesn't get your tires it still spends several minutes washing your car unlike Wash N Roll which I don't know why is so popular, I paid 13 dollars over there and they put you on a track that automatically moves your car through the wash and it lasts about a minute at most, for the value i'd wash my wheels and tires at Connie's then go through the Premium wash afterwards. I also bought a car on the 5th of this month and the first thing I did was take it to get the Premium wash and I aired up the tires which went from around 12 psi to 40 psi for just $1 I aired up all four tires, bring an air gauge when you do it too, everyone should have one and the good ones are about $6 at a local auto parts store. Also recently I tried to get my usual Premium wash and the machine had a malfunction, I called the number they have and left a voicemail and I was refunded the full amount and given a free Premium car wash on top of that. read more

The other day I took my wife 4 runner thru there new drive thru with the brush's, did a terrible job, missed the wheels and you could see spots everywhere where the brushes missed. Went there today with my truck to wash in the do it yourself bay, hot wax was out, and apparently the spot free rinse was just water, still going to have to wash it again, but not there!!!!!!!! read more

The short explanation in size 10 font hidden in the lower left corner says to push stop. Strange that isn't in all caps up front where it is clear. So I got a call voice message from Ed Walker explaining there position stating they would refund $9.00. Sadly a few minutes later a woman named Carol called back and said they refused because I warned people on YELP to not make the mistake of this deceptive practice, Go read that sign for yourself. It is meant to deceive in my opinion and therefore the AG gets to make the decision thanks to Carol defending a shady practice instead of reviewing their signage and making an obvious needed correction. Overcharged my credit card. I used $7 worth of time and was charged $14. I called the phone number listed and talked to a man that informed me the $14 is the maximum charge before being cutoff automatically. He also let me know that the STOP button only stops the water and does not stop billing; as opposed to the STOP position on the mode selector which stops both. Maybe I didn't use the mode selector properly, but I could swear I both pressed the STOP button and set the mode selector to STOP. read more
