But when it comes to it, you would not provide the Insurnace say that I must provide everything to you for you to submit. Any person who's been an adult for two minutes knows that that's not how insurance works. You charge sales tax on a direct deposit which is fraud. You can't hold people to terms of service if they are not explicitly made to agree by signature or acceptance. You know my claims are not exaggerated, I have everything on video. You offered a full refund after I told you I had to wear with all to take you to court, but the way that you and your mother were insulting me, and refusing to work with me and the further damage I found left me with no choice, but do not accept the bare minimum. I've been coming to this location over the past 4+ years and I've have always had consistent top tier service. The crew is always super friendly and helpful. You can count on cars being lined up before they even open at 9:00 a.m.. I arrived at 8:55 a.m. on Sunday morning for my 9:00 a.m. full detail appointment. I was finally able to pull my car into the bay at 9:15am Note: A lane for cars that have appointments would be great! That way appointments can be greeted and checked in when they arrive. But that's a nice to have :) Today they had complimentary coffee and powdered donut holes. Note: only powdered creamer. It would be great if there were a vending machine in the waiting area. An opportunity for the business owners to bring in more revenue as well. I really like that they have a comfy waiting area and complimentary Wi-Fi for those that wait for their vehicle. So great for the customers that stay and wait. When I get the detailed service it can take up to 2 hours. Today's detailed service was not my best experience here. It took approximately 75 minutes versus 120 minutes. And when I got in my car I understood why. There was still debris on my carpet, my console and cup holders were not cleaned my screens had fingerprints and were Dusty my whole steering wheel and dash areas were still dusty. My side view mirrors were still dirty, vanity mirrors dirty rear view mirror 30 and still bug poo on my rear windshield. The most stressful part was noticing that one of the buttons on my steering wheel was missing. The manager did call me and he is looking for the button, if unable to find it he will order me a new one from Amazon. Great follow-up and customer service! From my perspective, When you spend over $200 for a car detail you would think all of these things would be checked before the owner is called to pick up their car. I pay extra because I want those details taken care of. Instead I spent time inspecting the details and having someone help me clean these areas at the exit. Not the best experience. I did send a note to management about this experience so they can ensure it doesn't happen to other customers in the future. Management did follow up promptly and offer solutions. Based on my experience this time, I don't believe I'll be back for detailing, but I will be back for simple car washes. I'll be back because the service is friendly and great.
