She and Miguel were extremely nice and very professional when it came to getting the job done correctly. I came in at 12 (per my appointment) and asked for an exterior wash and an interior detailing. I received a text at 2:04 that my jeep was ready. Upon inspection of my vehicle I noticed that the back had not been vacuumed well if at all. I also noticed sand still on the floors and mud that was still on the outside. One gentleman took my vehicle back to the detailing spot and asked a couple of guys to blow out the back. I decided to take a towel that I had in my vehicle and start going over other places they missed. I step to the back and ask them about cleaning something on the inside and that's when an employee thought it would be appropriate to ask me if I thought my vehicle looks better than it did when I brought it in? Then he proceeds to tell me that not everything can be fixed. About that time Miguel walked up and asked me if everything was ok. After explaining everything from the vehicle not looking good to the employee who wanted to argue with me. Miguel immediately stepped in and took charge and told me my vehicle would not leave until it's truly ready. He did it too. Finally after almost 3 hours after telling me it was ready I was satisfied with what I feel should have been done the first time and pulled out of their lot around 4:45-4:50. Miguel and the lady writing wash tickets truly made me feel heard and seen when it came to my vehicle. Had they not I would have been demanding a refund. A conveyer belt pulls you along as water, soap, more water and a blow dry occurred. Great onto the interior. Coming out of the wash you make a left, a sharp left. If not, you are headed out. Someone pointed where I should park. They told me I can wait inside. The waiting room is not huge but decent size. A big window to look at the cars going through the wash. There is a counter area which has a coffee machine and free snacks. Yes, I said free. Chips, cookies, fruit packs, energy bars, and pastry. Under the counter is a small fridge filled with soft drinks and water. I took a water. I was in the room for maybe 20 or 30 minutes while they did my car. An employee told me my car was ready. There are also complimentary vaccines and cleaning products/rags for you to self service your inside of vehicle after you Go through the wash. Good quality if you ask me, you can get a wash every day if you need to. It's what you would expect from a drive thru car wash so don't expect immaculate detailing. Often times the windshield shows streaks afterwards because the tags they use are not the cleanest when they wipe the car down after the wash. It's good enough though, if you're looking for convenience and value!
