So I've had an unlimited account before at whitewater- mainly in the Hutto location and wasn't super hurt to let it go when we moved because my car was never fully clean. Always the back because the brushes don't get there well and the guy at the beginning usually does like 2 swipes on the front and one on the back and then is done. But whoever was working today in Georgetown deserves a raise. He actually cleaned the front and back. And sides. And actually did it. Not one swipe. I was actually confused for a second because not once has my car come out clean in the back. Until today. So it was a great wash, for a low price, and of course I really was going for the vacuums and towels so to actually get a clean car too, well that would have been worth the unlimited washes if I had been going here before. The wash is not as good as the one down the street, but it's good for a quick wash. If you can spray your own tire cleaner and bug remover before you go through the wash, you'll have better results. The brushes don't get under the spoiler at the top of my back hatch, so I always end up having to wipe that spot with a towel. They have nice vacuums and towels, but no window cleaner. I made the mistake of using one of their towels to wipe the inside of my window, and then had to go home and clean the residue from my window left from their towels. The nice thing is that you can buy a coupon book of washes and use the coupons for different cars. read more

I took my new Chevy Silverado to this Williams drive location about a month and a half back. When I came out of the car wash, I realized that the car wash's mechanisms had bent back my ladder rack, forcing the side rails to been downwards and forcing the body out on each of the side panels of my truck. I immediately pointed it out to the manager, who was responsive and professional even for his young age. But shortly thereafter the regional manager showed up and this guy who identified as "Clark", was one of the most unprofessional and ignorant people I've ever seen in management. He was rude, disrespectful, and accused ME of doing damage to THEIR equipment!! This guy had a total disregard for the damage to my vehicle. I even took a video of his blubbering incapability to articulate an explanation of why this happened to my truck, as he tried to mitigate the company's liability. This company had the opportunity at two points prior to entry into the car wash to warn of the propensity of the car wash's mechanisms to do damage to my vehicle. And being that we are in the state of texas, where every other truck has a ladder rack, you would think that there are training guidelines that would equip employees to give vehicle owners a red flag anytime a truck with a ladder rack comes through. While the manager and employees here are nice enough, the entire mid and upper management and corporate structure of this company sucks. Repeated phone calls and emails to the corporate office in Houston, as well as to their CEO and others on the board, went completely unanswered. A subsequent BBB complaint that I made was not even acknowledged before the time frame to do so ran out. They had the opportunity to address the issue, but they didn't even have the decency to acknowledge the incident. Thankfully I took extensive photographs and the video of the so-called regional manager while I was on location. I know that there are hundreds of people across the country who have also sustained damage to their vehicles as a result of this company's inadequate car wash mechanisms, according to the dozens of reviews that I have read about White Water Express car Wash. Additionally, every single one of those complaints experienced the same non-responsiveness from the corporate headquarters. Yes, I'm aware of their so-called disclaimers that are vague and ambiguous about their claim of not being responsible for damage to vehicles with aftermarket products installed. But just because somebody says they're not responsible for something, does not mean that they aren't responsible. If I warned you that I am about to smash you in the face with a 2x4 but I will not be responsible for facial reconstruction, it does not negate the fact that I am responsible for your facial reconstruction. Assigned by somebody that says they're not responsible, has absolutely no standing when they are responsible. Especially when there are other contributing factors. For example, these signs are vague and on the left hand side of when you are about to make the left hand turn into the car wash. But of necessity, a driver has to swing outward to the right in order to make that extremely sharp left hand turn in order to line up with the automated track of the car wash. I believe this is strategically done to avoid people actually seen and reading that sign. Other car washes actually advise against ladder racks. This company makes no effort to do so. I strongly advise you, whether you have a truck or otherwise, to avoid this faulty car wash and socially irresponsible company. I mean, that is unless you enjoy making hundreds of dollars of repairs to your vehicle. I am attaching photos below, as well as the repair estimate, and the BBB response - or rather, they're lack thereof. Horrible company. Don't use this company. I've been taking both our vehicles to the Whitewater Express-Georgetown since they opened several months ago. In addition to the new equipment, plentiful towels, powerful vacuums and the great option to "air dry" with their air guns, their employees go above and beyond with service to make you feel welcomed. The manager Samuel, literally ran to get an air freshener disc for me when I requested one on my last visit. Their employees come out to greet you, explain your wash level options, and assist with your method of payment so you don't have to get half way out of your vehicle to insert your card. They also take time go over the membership benefits with you, but without the "hard sale" approach. Highly recommend this carwash! read more

This has got to be the worst car wash in the state of Texas. Not only does it do an inefficient job of cleaning your vehicle, this particular car wash on Williams drive in Georgetown did more than $8,000 in damage to my new Chevy silverado, by pushing back the ladder rack and forcing it to create dance in the side rails of my truck, and thus pushing out the body panels. They're so-called regional manager who self-identified as "Clark", was one of the most unprofessional and rudest managers I had ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This company has denied all responsibility for the damage to my vehicle, despite them having two opportunities to warn me against the propensity for damage before going into the car wash. Afterwards, I made multiple phone calls and multiple emails to numerous corporate officers at their Houston location, only to be totally ignored. I eventually filed a BBB complaint, with the end result after about a month, of this company refusing to even reply. They didn't even have the decency to acknowledge the incident. But I have my conversation with the regional manager on video, and extensive photos on the location of their car wash where the incident happened. It is quite unbelievable in the state of texas, where every other truck or two has a ladder rack. How exactly is it possible that you have car Wash personnel that are not sufficiently trained enough to foresee the potential for damage to vehicles with ladder racks and worn against entry into the car wash? yes, I'm very well aware of their so-called disclaimer signs that says that they are not liable for damage to vehicles that have aftermarket products installed. But let me tell you, simply because a company states that are not responsible for something, it does not negate their responsibility. If I forewarn you that I'm not responsible for smashing your head in with the sledgehammer, and I then smashed your head in with the sledgehammer, guess what? I'm responsible!! I was given an option for a special that would give me unlimited car washes for $11.00 for 30 days. I agreed and it wasn't until I got home and read the receipt that I realized this was a discount that applied to a monthly plan going forward. The receipt says I will be charged $19.99 monthly until I cancel the plan and that a written notice is required to do so 5 days before the next installment payment. On the receipt there is no address or website listed that allows me to know where to cancel this plan. I called the phone number on the receipt but was only connected to an answering machine. NO ONE told me any of this when they were explaining the discounted price for the ONE car wash I wanted at the time. I am angered by this very deceptive practice!
