Not washed or swept out at all. When I contacted them they told me they don't do beds. I completely don't get that, never had a problem with getting the truck bed cleaned with any other detailing service, and these guys are not cheap. Needs to be disclosed on the website. Apparently they do include car trunks.

Highly recommend him in the Austin / Cedar Park area. Would recommend and use Briteside again.

It currently looks and smells great, though we'll have to keep an eye out to see if any mold comes back. Definitely going to call Kenneth next time we need detailing!

Not at all reliable, the first day that he was supposed to come he ended up not following up after…read moreI said we could play it by ear with the rain. When he did end up coming the next day he was not only late but finished the car in an hour. Mind you, I recently had three men take two hours to detail my car. That means that he spent one working man hour & they spent six man hours. They charged $175 and he charged $125. Upon completion, he had not put my car mats back in the car. I figured no big deal but the next morning when I looked at my car to see the job that had been done I noticed he had not vacuumed the trunk at all, the air conditioning vents were still dirty, in between all of the seats still had a lot of crumbs, he had not cleaned the center cup holder at all, and there was coffee splashed up on the headliner where the dome light is located. There were also stains on the backseat and the front seat which had not been there before and a rubber piece to my passenger side back seat was completely missing and still is. I have attached pictures to show how poorly of a job was done. To be honest though, the pictures don't even do it justice for how dirty it was in person. This was immediately after the detail. Overall: flaky, and not worth it. I guess because I have a Mazda 3 and not a high end vehicle he didn't care to put as much genuine effort into cleaning my car. Also, doesn't accept credit cards. What kind of business does not accept credit cards in this day and age?

Great job for this reliable mobile service. I've used some mobile services that were completely…read moreunreliable, so I was a little skeptical as to whether 5 Star would show up. Got a confirmation when I booked, and then a text that the tech was on the way about an hour before he arrived (and fully within the window they gave me). He pulled his truck up to the driveway, and I backed the car per his direction. He did a great job - super clean inside and out. Not a spot was missed. My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that. It was pretty expensive, but it seems like all the detail services are. Not something I would do all the time, but for getting my car in great shape I'll definitely call 5 Star again.

I'm shocked at how bad my experience was at Ceasar's. Called and shared it was an older truck that…read moreneeded some love and was told $220 for full detail - seemed pricey but I assumed they must be worth it since so many nice cars when I drive by. Took three days to get appointment because he said he had "so many member cars" - so I dropped it off at Friday AM and they voluntarily told me repeatedly it would be ready that day. By end of day - no call - so I rang and asked the status. Said he'd finish it in the AM and sorry he had not called but that again he had "so many members" drop off that he had to push me off. No prob - I'm patient and it's a second car. Now here comes the good part: I show up and was told it's is $240 not $220 as quoted - because "it's a truck". Ok, I thought - I'll just roll with it because I knew it was older and needed the extra love and I'm just not someone to short change a hard job. As I start walking through the job and notice the smudges of sticky stuff I specifically asked to get off are still there. She goes back to get a rag and must have rolled her eyes at the boss/owner who was cleaning another car. He says to her (presuming I can't hear?) "it's an old truck, it's not going to be a new car!". I obviously hear and try as kindly as possible to say - "I understand it's an old truck and I'm not expecting perfection, but I just paid $240 to detail it and the sticky stuff is 3 days old and should come off". His response - "I'm just telling her to do her best and that it might not come off. Don't get fussy!" WTF - did the owner of a detail business that charges a premium just tell a woman to not get "fussy"....about removable spots on a car that is being detailed?!?! Why, YES, he did. The young woman gets a rag and puts some modest elbow grease on it and, voila, sticky stuff comes of....with water. No big deal. So then I point out that the truck bed is still dirty (see picture) and I'm told "we don't really do truck beds so we did the best we can". I'm confused...didn't I just pay $20 more than quoted because "it's a truck"?! So apparently you pay for being a truck but don't deserve an even modestly cleaned TRUCK bed?! I thought about complaining further but with the complete lack of attention to "detail", condescending owner, and ridiculously low quality of work for the price - I decided I'll just leave and never go there again....and make sure my neighbors know about the experience! Trust me - I could have gotten myself very worked up about this. I thought about driving back to demand a better job, but something tells me it wouldn't make a damn difference. The owner acts like he's got a cornered market in Tarrytown and the plethora of "member with nice cars that keep him from servicing ordinary people like me who just get in the way. Guess he doesn't realize I've lived here for 20 years and our other cars are BMW and a Range Rover - that we will be getting washed at FinishLine in WestLake because they charge less, deliver more, and show basic courtesy to their customers!
