Did what others would not - and then some. My 2002 Toyota Tacoma had a nice fiberglass camper shell that had all the clear-coat and paint burned / flaked off from years of hard ranch work in the sun. I called about 5 places and no one wanted to touch it. I gave up on looking more for about a year. Finally got a tip from THT Accessories (who I also recommend), called C&S and they were ready to start on the same day. Got it over there and we went over all the required work, and they proposed coating the front deer catcher with bedliner material. Then we went on and worked in a full detail on the truck with some minor trim repairs. The results are stunning, I've had two people who seen the truck before ask if I bought a new truck. It's the best it's been since I bought it!

I had hail damage, my hood and windshield had to be replaced. They did great work. If I ever need work done I will definitely come back.

Great service and work done turned out great. They were very helpful and kept me updated on the work being done.

First he said it would be ready before Christmas , then January 2 (which it was still in primer) at the latest . they painted the truck without putting up there spray booth and there was dirt all in the paint . Finally got it back January 21st . After having it one day , I noticed broken exterior parts , scratches, a large run , the grill popped out and interior damage , plus they didn't paint the back of the cab , nor the front of the bed . I was told to bring it back and they would make it right , all they did was keep my truck another 6 weeks and returned it to me still damaged . Interior damage estimated at $1600 , broke both door panels ,, overhead plastic in door way , and broke plastic on the B pillar which is going to be very difficult to find for my truck . Headed to another body shop to see what the exterior damage is going to cost . Lawyer contacted. Owner is unwilling to fix the issues and says , ( His exact words ) Quote, "because your truck is old , you should have known that things would break and I can't be held responsible "

This business most likely will be taking advantage of customers through deceptive pricing practices…read moreand excessive markups in several ways: 1. Excessive Markups Beyond Industry Norms While a reasonable markup on parts is expected, marking up parts by 100% to 200%--especially when parts are widely available at lower prices--can be exploitative. Luxury vehicle owners may be particularly vulnerable because they expect higher costs but may not realize they are being charged far beyond fair market value. 2. False or Inflated Charges Some shops may add unnecessary fees, such as: Non-existent parts or labor: Charging for components that were never replaced or for work that was never performed. "Shop supplies" fees: A vague charge for basic materials (rags, bolts, etc.) that should already be factored into labor costs. Duplicate labor charges: Charging multiple times for labor that was already covered under another line item. 3. Misrepresenting Parts as OEM or Premium A shop might install cheaper aftermarket parts but charge the customer as if they were getting expensive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. In some cases, used or refurbished parts may be billed at full new part prices. 4. Taking Advantage of Insurance Claims When insurance is paying, a shop may inflate prices, knowing the customer is not paying out of pocket. Some repair shops bill insurers for high-end parts while installing lower-cost alternatives. 5. Lack of Pricing Transparency Some businesses avoid sharing part costs with customers, making it hard for them to compare prices. Without itemized invoices, customers may not realize they are being overcharged. How Customers Can Protect Themselves Request a breakdown of parts and labor costs before authorizing repairs. Compare part prices online or call multiple shops for quotes. Ask for old parts back to verify replacements were actually made. Check reviews and complaints about the shop, especially regarding pricing issues. By combining excessive markups with deceptive billing, a shop can extract far more money than is fair, turning what should be a standard repair into a financial burden for the customer.

It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I was not planning on leaving a review but I changed my mind. I brought my vehicle here for repairs…read morein January after a hit and run. My car had a large dent in the front driver side fender. After I picked my vehicle up and left the repair shop, I noticed that the door edge guard on the drivers door was completely different than the rest of the door guards and had been placed about 6 inches too high. I also noticed 2 areas that had damage that was not there prior to me dropping the car off. One of the vertical panels next to the drivers door window was significantly chipped with the top layer peeling away. There is also the same chipping on the horizontal panel below the rear driver side window, see photos. Once I brought this to their attention, the door guards were all replaced as well as the vertical panel on the drivers door window. The day before bringing my vehicle in for these repairs, I sent an email addressing the chip on the back driver side door panel. Since I live on the opposite side of town, I wanted to ensure that part was going to be replaced too before bringing my car all the way over there again. I never received a response to my email, so I called and was asked to go ahead and bring the car in so they could see it. But while I was there waiting for the other repairs to be completed, there was no mention of the part I had asked about in my email. I didn't say anything and I just left after the door guards and vertical drivers door window panel were fixed. While the chip is small, it was not there when I dropped the car off and its damage that was not there prior to the car being left with the shop. It's hot in Texas, and eventually that chipping will start getting worse in the heat, and I will be the one that has to replace that part. I also do not appreciate the way that my email was ignored and just swept under the rug. Those are the facts. I hate to leave a negative review, but there's still damage on my car that was done while my car was at this shop. It's damage that I'll eventually have to get repaired myself, whether it's 6 months from now, or 5 years from now. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this business.
