My vehicle was involved in an accident and searched for an honest high quality bodyshop. Then I found C&S bodyshop. So I decided to give them an opportunity to earn my business and when I tell you. The customer service was bar none. Lupe made sure I was taken care. He went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get to the near by enterprise so I could pick up my rental that the insurance company reserved for me. Not only that he explained very well the process of next steps to ensure my vehicle was setup for a seamless repair. The service was done very quickly once the insurance company processed their part of the claim. Then once I returned he went over the vehicle with me and also took care of some missing paint on the vehicle that wasn't apart of the claim complementary as most other shop would charge for something like this as I have paid to get done in this same type of scenario. The quality of the repair was beyond my expectations. I'm glad I found C&S bodyshop and hopefully I don't have any other accidents but if I do. Did what others would not - and then some. My 2002 Toyota Tacoma had a nice fiberglass camper shell that had all the clear-coat and paint burned / flaked off from years of hard ranch work in the sun. I called about 5 places and no one wanted to touch it. I gave up on looking more for about a year. Finally got a tip from THT Accessories (who I also recommend), called C&S and they were ready to start on the same day. Got it over there and we went over all the required work, and they proposed coating the front deer catcher with bedliner material. Then we went on and worked in a full detail on the truck with some minor trim repairs. The results are stunning, I've had two people who seen the truck before ask if I bought a new truck. I bought a large Ford Transit van with major side damage. Replacing the two panels would cost me more than what I paid for the van, and I needed something that would be ok. Lupe looked at it through my eyes. He understood what I needed to get done, which was get the interior of the cargo van to the right dimensions. And the exterior to look good enough that it wouldn't be an eye sore. Not an easy job with the amount of damage, but about 80% cheaper than what a complete fix would cost. He even went above and beyond with different options, taking initiative of ordering a part to put on the van and telling me he could return it if we didn't use it. But once we held it up to see how it looked, it was a night and day difference. I also saw how he was with the other projects they were working on. Doing paint checks on the cars before final paint jobs and how he treated every customer as well as he treated me. I'd very highly recommend him. Definitely my go-to body repair guy. read more

Chose C & S to do some minor damage repair on my 2021 1794 Toyota Tundra due to the high ratings. They did not disappoint. Perfect color match of the Windchill Pearl Color, looks like the damage never happened. This is some seriously great work. You must understand how hard it is to color match and blend it in with the original color. This is an art form, and these guys are among the elite. The pricing was also very reasonable; not inexpensive but also not as expensive as I thought it would be. I highly recommend C & S if you want the job done right. My father worked for Mercedes-Benz for most of my life, so I grew up going to a full-service dealership all the time, watching the work that goes on in a shop, meeting and getting to know the people. My dad also worked on our family's cars all the time and told me what to look for in a quality auto repair/body shop when I moved 1,500 miles away from him. I agree with everyone else - these guys are great. I had a fender bender involving my hatchback that lead to the need to replace the entire hatch on my car. I went to Friendly's on Tillery, my go-to repair shop in town; they said they don't do body work and pointed me to the auto body shop next door. I trust their judgment, so I trotted over to C&S and inquired. C&S were personable and fast. They quoted me the price and gave me several options for price points, not just recommending the most expensive one off the bat. (I did take the most expensive one in the end because it was the least hassle, but they did tell me all my options.) They took my car into the shop for three days and delivered it back to me good as new. They matched the pearlescent paint precisely - there's no trace of the hatch being anything other than what was sold with the vehicle. (And now I don't have to have the dealership decal on it, which I like.) They also detailed the interior, washed the exterior, and detailed the tires before giving it back to me, which was so nice - it felt like a new car again when they were through with it. Every time I've walked up behind the car today as I was running errands in it, I've smiled. I just can't get over how good it looks without a big ol' dent in the back of it and the seamless quality of the work C&S did. Icing on the cake: I picked up the car this morning. As I was driving away from the shop, I began to hear what sounded suspiciously like a flat tire. I pulled over to check it out and while the tire wasn't flat, it did have an absolutely gigantic bolt in it. I called the owner directly and told him about it. He said their shop doesn't do tires, but to take the car to Jack's Tire on 7th and bring back the receipt so he could reimburse me for the patch. He could have argued that I picked up the bolt between the shop and 7th Street, but he didn't. He could have gotten defensive, but he didn't. He spoke with me calmly, accepted responsibility for it on behalf of the shop, and offered to reimburse me for the $15 patch on the tire. I really appreciate that kind of integrity as a business practice. These guys are the real deal. read more

I will try and make this not turn into a dissertation! I was having my windows tinted at Austin Window Tint which is like two doors down from C & S Body Shop. I had two rain guards that I needed replaced that are positioned above the windows. The guys at Austin Window Tint explained that the adhesive under the old rain guards was as hard as a rock and no doubt embedded into the paint. Suffice to say it looked awful and I was panicked that this was going to be a major undertaking. The guys at Austin Window Tint did as much as they could (see my review on Austin Window Tint) but called in Lupe from C & S to get his expert advise on what to do. Lupe said bring the SUV over to my shop and I will get this taken care of. Folks,I watched this master at work and could not believe my eyes. He took a complete and utter mess and made that area of the old rain guards look like brand new. I was like, huh? He worked on it for like a 1/2 hour with all his compounds and buffers, sanding etc. and it looked unreal. The VERY COOL thing was he charged me next to nothing. I would totally recommend this shop and will actually be calling him tomorrow to see if he can detail my entire SUV. No matter what the cost, it will be worth it. They did a great job with the bodywork on my car and even hooked me up with someone else to repair my hail damage (who also did great work). My car was in and out in the timeframe they stated upfront and was handed back to me having been detailed inside and out, even though the repair damage was limited to the front grill. These are good, honest, knowledgeable, hardworking people who care. Having to have bodywork done on your car is never fun, but they made it a really positive experience. Took my car into C & S after I noticed something had popped loose in my drivers side wheel well and was dragging while I drove. I called them to set up an appointment but the guy I spoke to said it would be an easy fix so I could just swing by when I had time. Man, he wasn't kidding! I brought it in on a Friday morning, he remembered talking to me on the phone and immediately dropped down and clipped the liner back into place. I was there about 5 minutes and he charged me $5, the cost of the clips! I walked in thinking I'd be paying a couple hundred to replace the liner. I appreciate that he was honest with me and explained that it's an issue that will probably happen again, so until that liner is really damaged, there's no need to replace it.
