It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I was not planning on leaving a review but I changed my mind. I brought my vehicle here for repairs…read morein January after a hit and run. My car had a large dent in the front driver side fender. After I picked my vehicle up and left the repair shop, I noticed that the door edge guard on the drivers door was completely different than the rest of the door guards and had been placed about 6 inches too high. I also noticed 2 areas that had damage that was not there prior to me dropping the car off. One of the vertical panels next to the drivers door window was significantly chipped with the top layer peeling away. There is also the same chipping on the horizontal panel below the rear driver side window, see photos. Once I brought this to their attention, the door guards were all replaced as well as the vertical panel on the drivers door window. The day before bringing my vehicle in for these repairs, I sent an email addressing the chip on the back driver side door panel. Since I live on the opposite side of town, I wanted to ensure that part was going to be replaced too before bringing my car all the way over there again. I never received a response to my email, so I called and was asked to go ahead and bring the car in so they could see it. But while I was there waiting for the other repairs to be completed, there was no mention of the part I had asked about in my email. I didn't say anything and I just left after the door guards and vertical drivers door window panel were fixed. While the chip is small, it was not there when I dropped the car off and its damage that was not there prior to the car being left with the shop. It's hot in Texas, and eventually that chipping will start getting worse in the heat, and I will be the one that has to replace that part. I also do not appreciate the way that my email was ignored and just swept under the rug. Those are the facts. I hate to leave a negative review, but there's still damage on my car that was done while my car was at this shop. It's damage that I'll eventually have to get repaired myself, whether it's 6 months from now, or 5 years from now. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this business.

VERY dishonest people!…read more I got an oil change here just a couple of months ago, and this week my SUV started making a grinding noise and the oil light came on. I was 500 miles BELOW the level that was on my sticker indicating it was time for an oil change, and one MONTH before the date. Like a fool, I went back to the same place, thinking they could tell me what happened. They told me nothing was wrong and that maybe my vehicle just uses oil faster because it's older. When I got suspicious is when they said they could just top off the oil, but they'd had to charge me for it. Ah! Now I get it! They didn't fully fill the oil last time, which is why I was in need of additional oil WAY earlier than should have been necessary. In addition to this, the wait was over an hour...in the middle of the day...on a weekday. The only reason people are paying premium prices here is for FAST service. If it's not going to be fast, then what is the point?

Then got told its something else that will be 1700.00 a high pressure fuel pump which can absolutely give you a false reading for the converter. Got them to to down to 1300 but literally took every dime I had. I BELIEVE THEY DO NOT CONFIRM THEIR FINDINGS WITH ACTUAL DIAGNOSISTIC ONLY FIX WHAT THE MACHINE TELLS THEM AND HOPE THAT'S RIGHT.

Experience from start to finish was easy, quick, and handled with care. My Jeep wrangler was unfortunately backed up into in a parking lot, damages to the bumper and light incurred. C&S body shop has always been my boyfriends go to for ALL car needs including body repairs/ mechanical, so I knew I had a trusted go to, to say the least :) Not only was my Jeep back into my possession & ready to go in less than a week, a quote for damages was given in a quick and timely manner and after payment was locked in my Jeep was fixed and ready to go on a Tuesday after being dropped off on a Saturday! This will be my home for future automobile needs! Did I mention that my Jeep was literally sparkling when returned? They literally cleaned my Jeep inside and out after they fixed it! Lupe stayed after hours because I ended up getting out of work late that day. This place felt like family! This establishment is knowledgeable beyond belief, PROFESSIONAL, and truly a place you can trust to make everything better after an unfortunate event occurs. I needed to get my company van painted because of age and a customer of mine recommended Lupe. I am always hesitant to use someone I've never used but I am so happy that I gave him a chance. He took the van made it look brand new. Since it is a work van it has a utility bed attached to it which means there are a lot of doors, nooks, and crannies to tape off and maneuver around but he did it with a smile. He also did way more than I expected anyone to do and that was to literally wash out the inside back of the van and glued some of the material from the ceiling of the cab back up. The bumper of the van was smashed in on one corner and when he was finished it looked new and he even put a texture on it so that we wouldn't slip when trying to get into the back of the van. I love this company and will only use him for my future mishaps or if I just need a little touch up on any part the body of my vehicles. Matter of fact, my electrician accidently hit a pole on his first time driving my personal truck and that truck will soon be visiting Lupe and his staff at C and S Car Repair. read more

my Subaru Ascent was recently t-boned by a Ford f-150 which left the drivers door and passengar door a crumpled mess. I chose C and S Body for my repairs, and I could not be happier with the decision. They dealt with the insurance company on my behalf for the repairs. I received progress report pictures and an update on the progress for the repairs. The staff was courteous and professional. When I picked up my vehicle, they went over the repairs with me and would not release my vehicle until I was 100% satisfied. The work was absolutely top notch, and left zero indication that there was any damage there previously. The paint was perfect And they even offered to pick me up from dropping off a rental car if needed. If you want the attention of a mom and pop style local owned business with excellent and Well earned reviews, I cannot recommend their services enough. C & S was recommended to me by someone at work. I had some body worked need on my Volvo. I've never used anyone other than what the dealer recommend before. I called and try to setup an appointment to have have an estimate written up and was told to just stop by anytime before 6:00. Went on my lunch hour, this was no big corporate business, it was a friendly welcoming business. I received my estimate and still was able to grab lunch all within the hour. I drop off the car the very next day and was told it would be ready within 5 days. Revived a call less than 5 days. The car looked awesome! Not only was the damage repaired the car had been detailed inside and out, including under the hood. They do phenomenal work and care for their customers. I took my car in and was paying out of pocket to get it fixed and they walked me through multiple different options to figure out what worked best for me financially. I dropped it off on a Monday and was told I would be able to get it that Friday; however I was able to pick it up on Wednesday which saved me even more money not having to Uber to and from work. We previously took two cars to C&S and they both looked as good as new when we got them back. I recently needed to take my almost brand new Chrysler Pacifica to C&S after it was rear ended and Lupe made sure the other person's insurance company paid to have the lift gate replaced with a factory replacement and not just repaired or replaced after market. You cannot tell it was ever damaged. They even cleaned the car inside and out and everyone was very friendly! read more

My insurance company wanted me to go to their "preferred" body shop but after looking at their reviews, I decided to do my own search for customer feedback on south Austin body shops and came across City Collision. I'm glad I did! I found City Collision and took my car over to see Travis. He even found additional work that needed to be done that my insurance company's inspector had missed. He contacted the appraiser and got the additional repairs authorized and was very quick in making the needed repairs. When I first arrived, I saw that this shop didn't have a bunch of employees so I thought that it might take a while to get my car back. I was a bit concerned because I didn't have rental reimbursement on my insurance policy so I was paying out of pocket for my rental. I told Travis about this and he assured me that he would get my car finished as soon as possible. He didn't disappoint! It was completely done in only 3 days (not counting the delay from my insurance company about authorizing the additional repairs which was out of his control). The front end of my car looks better than before I hit the coyote! It looks like it's brand new right off of the showroom floor! Awesome work! I highly recommend taking your vehicle to see Travis at City Collision if you're in need some repairs either minor or major.

They did a great job and were honestly more helpful than my insurance company. Everyone thought for sure I'd be paying $2k for the work I needed, but it came in under $900 which includes my deductible. It was all repaired in less than one day. When I took my car by them to get the damage appraised, they informed me that it would take week for one of the main parts to be sent to them. They actually bolted my broken bumper back on to hold it in place so I didn't have to use a strap to tie it down. I thought that was really kind of them. Bonus: They have Willie the dog.
