The service was scheduled at 8:30am and they arrived at 9am, which doesn't bother me at all as I assumed 8:30am was an estimate. I did receive a message around 8:15am about seeing me soon so I at least knew they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, the male and female team got to work and finished around 12:30pm. I was quoted around $200+ from other business for interior only, so the $179 for exterior and interior (for a 3 Row SUV) was the main driver for me! Well worth it, and was able to use Zelle as my payment method. I was initially apprehensive as I couldn't easily find a social media page on their website (not sure if they have one) but given their prompt responses and the Yelp reviews, I'm happy I went with them. I only have one before photo, so I tried to take the picture at the same angle of the center console for comparison along with the rest of their work. For context on what the before was, an 8 year old is in the car daily and there's been 2 14+ hour road trips in the past month alone.

I wish I could get Victor to detail my car every few months but I can't shell out a few hundred that often! And his price is NOT high for a complete detail job of interior and exterior and your entire engine bay under the hood as well. I've seen detail guys charge double and u doubt it's any better. If so, probably marginally better. Victor stayed for over 4 hours! Now, I will say he did miss two spots -- one, the front windshields beneath my wipers and two, beneath the front grill, but he came back the next day, spent another 45 minutes or so making sure he got every detail completed like he promised he would and he did! So, well worth my time and the minor inconvenience. Victor comes prepared with EVERYTHING! All equipment, all towels, brushes, cleaners, vacuums, etc. You name it, he's got it. Just have a trash can or spare paper towels for him if your car is especially bad! Mine was not, but I'd imagine if you give him a mess, be kind enough to help a guy out with a garbage bag or two Honestly, the engine bay looked cleaner than the day I drove it off the car lot. It looked brand new, shiny and clean, like it hadn't been driven before. I don't even understand how he got it sparkling so nicely, it was mind-boggling. The only knock I will say is that my tires weren't finely detailed all the way through. I did find some debris and dirt leftover in some of the wheel spokes, so I want to be honest and say it wasn't 100% but 99% when all said and done. And I still give him 5 stars because the interior and the engine bay were insanely immaculate I couldn't even believe it. Highly detailed! Corners, cubbies, underneath floor mats, underneath all cabin chairs, inside the trunk, trunk door, all carpet, door panels, windows, cubbies, door handles, middle console steering wheel, stereo interface, glass, all of it.
