When they serviced a family member's car, they took for ever to respond and keep us updated, there was more than 5 time where they told us the vehicle was ready and when we'd get there, it wasn't.( they lack customer service) The car sat there for almost 2 months in the back, for some hail damage; once we finally got the car back, I notice they had ripped the hose that connects to the wiper fluid and they tried taping with blue tape, ( without notice ) and when I asked how we could get this fixed, they said they were going to ask and then they ghosted me. 0/10 never coming again .
