He told me that he cannot completely make it clear before working and I saw the result and it was as similar to what I saw before fixing. The chipping on my windshield is a quite old one but now at least shielded from growing. I got to see that there's limitation for the oldness of chipping. If you get something, bring it to the reaping store sooner so the result will be better. The staff was very quick and friendly. If I have to replace my windshield I'll come back here tho.

First was the call to the center, which, if I recall correctly, was very smooth, and I felt i was being told upfront about all the details regarding the window repair. I was told at the time that If I was not satisfied at any time after the repair, that I could credit the amount of the repair towards a cost of a new window, installed, and then I was told that the price for said window was "locked in". The tech came out, Ben, and within 30 minutes, repaired the chip, by filling in the hole so that it wouldnt spread. Fair enough. Flash forward 8 months, A few days ago after leaving a recreation area, I noticed a thin crack creeping up the bottom left side of the windshield. This had nothing to do with the chip, although one might argue that the total structural integrity of the window was compromised by not being 100%. I dug thru my receipts, and found Austin Mobile Glass's info. I was fully prepared to argue the point regarding the credit towards a new window, and because I didnt have anything in writing, I was fully prepared to be ran around the mill trying to get this done the way it was explained to me 8 months prior. However, within a few minutes of explaining why I had called and what I was trying to accomplish, I was already setting the appointment and paying what I thought I was gonna pay, actually it was $7 less than I thought. Norman, the "Boss", got on the phone to explain to me something about different brands of glass, but this wasn't some sales technique, he was genuinely concerned that I have full understanding about the quality of different glass manufacturers. The day of the repair, after talking to the tech on the phone prior to his arrival, the owner called again, this time to tell me that the part they picked up had some slight damages, and that they didnt want to install a faulty window, and that a different one will be picked up and installed the same day. Sure enough about an hour later, the tech showed up, installed my new windshield within 45 minutes or less. Overall, great Company that stands behind its promise and people who seem to really care what the customer thinks. Great JOB Austin Mobile Glass!!!!

They were extremely professional, efficient, and competitively priced. I'm still waiting for Norman to contact me so I can return his windshield to him. 5/23/18 Took my truck to get another windshield because Norman refuses to honor their "lifetime warranty". New business says this is the worst adhesive job they have seen and it's no wonder my windshield still leaks. I have added photos of the crap adhesive job. I have been dealing with this company for over a month with no resolution on their end. Consider this when choosing a mobile glass company. 4/12/2018 Austin Mobile Glass sent someone to replace my windshield about 4 weeks ago. It wasn't properly sealed and leaked during the rain we had recently. There was water all over the floor of my truck. Someone came back to fix it and they broke a piece of my trim. Now I can't get anyone to return my phone call. 5/17/18 They were supposed to come fix my trim yesterday but never showed up. Today they came and did a shoddy job fixing my trim. They will not return my phone call--they slowly reply to a text message. Has been an absolutely HORRIBLE company to work with. I requested that they send a different person out to do the repair. They were supposed to call before coming out. Instead, they probably sent the first person back out to fix it, because I never received a phone call.
