He gave me a very fair price, completed the work quickly, and even has a clean, comfortable waiting room with WiFi so I could get some work done while I waited. Beyond the quality of the repair, Brett was personable, friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. And I have to admit, the Aussie accent adds a little extra charm to the experience. Excellent work, fair pricing, and a great overall experience. I couldn't be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend Brett and Hail-Tech to anyone needing paintless dent repair. Five stars.

Pro Automotive was willing to take this little job and prep and repaint the tailgate to match my truck's color. Outstanding results. They took great care and even did a bit extra effort to take the handle assembly apart more, for best results. Our car was totaled and we have been having trouble tracking down the policy holder and claim info. Apparently they have it but won't pass the information to me the vehicle owner. I'm an insurance agent over 15 years and would not recommend doing business or recommend any of my customers to them. I would have been more than happy to do business if they simply provided me with claim info. To hold that info hostage unless we do business with them is borderline illegal. Bad business practice all around not willing to help a potential client.

In my experience, Autocraft Bodywerks is not equipped to work on Teslas. After Central Texas's May…read more2024 hailstorm, my Tesla Y needed major body repair. I went against my better judgment and brought it to Autocraft Bodywerks instead of the Tesla Collision Center; the former had a shorter wait time. The San Marcos shop had my car for *four months* before returning it to me with a slew of problems, mainly an audibly loud wind noise coming from the passenger side, and both right side doors and the trunk not closing without being slammed. The South Austin location then attempted to remedy their sister shop's work (they did manage to repair some of the interior damage that was caused by the San Marcos shop - thank you for that, Tammie), but they did not fix the wind noise or the doors, and in fact there are now two additional external problems - one being the frunk/hood not being properly aligned and the other involving the trunk. It appears that they do not know what they are doing. I don't know how else to summarize my experience. Unfortunately, my insurance paid them upfront and now I'm left with a vehicle that doesn't function properly. I do not recommend bringing your Tesla to them. I've included some photos to illustrate their workmanship and attention to detail:

I was rear-ended by an uninsured driver and needed to have my bumper replaced. The initial estimate was impressive, but I asked Adan if they could possibly reuse an existing chrome trim piece. There was a minor scratch on it, but considering my car is 8 years old, I thought it was worth trying to save some money. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, and it was ready a couple of days later. They managed to salvage the chrome trim piece by handling it with care. They also detailed the car both inside and out. Experiencing a car accident is never fun, but these wonderful people made the repair process smooth and easy, allowing me to get back on the road quickly. It feels like having a friend who also runs an auto shop.

All of the initial examination at the time of drop off took around 45 mins. They would not provide you quote if you go there without appointment. Although you can ask your questions and understand the type of repair work. I tried getting estimate and got a very rough range from the person who was going to handle our car. Michael did a good job updating us keeping us aware of charges and work being done. We were told around 2 weeks of repair but got our car in 7 days. They also were able to use the OEM parts. Overall good job, good on communication and no hidden cost. They do provide warranty on their work and good thing is you can take your car to any other caliper collision in case if you need to get additional help after repair.
