I took my dually truck for a tire rotation at their location in Paige. 1. The first time the guy was too lazy to take the tires out and just exchanged rims and tires knowing full well those front wheels couldn't go in the back. 2. Left the truck to correct and several hours later came back and picked it up. 3. Guy still did it wrong. I live 5 minutes away so I decided to wait and come back in morning. 4. Come back in the morning and now the guy says he doesn't know how to work with dually trucks so he is not touching my truck again but mind you. He kept my money and the job was not done correctly. Now I have to take it somewhere else and pay to get it fixed correctly. Never in my life I will use them again for any of my vehicles and I will for sure share with everyone I know and meet locally. $140.00 might not seem like a lot but it is for me. You should have someone in your business that, if he is going to be by himself like this guy is, knows how to do everything. Makes no sense. If you are not familiar with how to do dually trucks then just tell me at the beginning and I find some other place but don't take my money and make me waste my time. For me time is money. Talk about great local business! I pulled up and was greeted nicely and attentively. I was there to get all four tires replaced and they quoted me at a fair price. Cheaper than discount tire!! During the replacement he mentioned a bolt was faulty and was able to replace that free of labor charge. I'm glad he mentioned the faulty bolt and was transparent with me. I always felt comfortable which is a big plus when showing up at a car servicing establishment. Very genuine people with your best interest at heart. I had to repair a flat tire. The genty who assisted me (I don't have his name) was professional, friendly and efficient. It took maybe 10 minutes to have the tire repaired, the spare removed, and the fixed tire put on the vehicle. It was also much less expensive than any shop that I know of. I've been to this shop a few times over the past year for a used tire / new tire. My first visit was awesome and is what brought me back time and again. However, the price would increase for the same service which was odd. First time was about $45 for a new tire, then it was $55. New tire was $80 and this most recent time was $110. I'd understand if he checked an inventory system but it was off the top of his head. read more

We blew a trailer tire going down 130 at about 5pm on a Monday evening. We drove to the Manor Walmart thinking they would have an auto center, but they did not. My boyfriend called Daniel's and they said they could help. We loaded up the tire we blew that day (and the one we blew the previous day) in a Lyft and took them to Daniel's. They immediately took care of us and even dropped me off with the new tires back at our truck parked at Walmart. We were back on the road before 6:30. Can not express how legit this place is. I got a flat tire on 290 and didn't have a spare. This place was 5 miles from where I got my flat. I called them to see if they had the correct size tire for my car. They did, and the guy I talked to quoted me $160 for the only tire they had that size. I told him I only had $90 on me, he told me to come in, there's probably something they could do to help me out. I took an Uber over there, the brought out a brand new tire that was the correct size (had to be the one that cost $160), and he says he can do it for $55. They were done in LITERALLY 3 minutes. And then we're nice enough to give me a ride back to my car. These are good people. read more

When I went back to have the tire replaced under the warranty the owner refused to replace it or give me the money back for the tire.
