Avoid this tow operator. Our vehicle was in good condition at pickup (we have clear photo and video…read moreevidence) and was returned with roughly $3,000 in front-end damage. After the damage was discovered, the driver initially agreed to cover our $1,000 insurance deductible if he was responsible. Once we shared the evidence, he delayed for days and ultimately refused to pay. On top of that, we were charged $1,200 for a 15-mile tow, the car was returned with the gas tank completely empty, and the pickup slip was signed without our authorization. The entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating. The driver's name is Saif Nadheer (goes by Sam). If this matter is resolved and the remaining amount owed is paid as originally promised, I'm open to updating or removing this review.
