All previous visits eclipsed by the most recent. It was my day off (Wednesday), which means I was…read moreon baby duty. I had precious little time to get the car inspected, renew the registration, and about 4 other things to do before picking up the 11 yr old at school. Car failed inspection. Weird brake light problem I was unaware of til my ESC light came on that very morning. I was helped by some seriously nice guys, and then Anthony offered to come look at the problem. I hardly had to explain how my 4 month old wasn't old enough to be trusted to JUST step on the break when I told her to. After suggesting replacing both bulbs (noting a bad filament in at least one of them) we realized that didn't fix the main issue. Anthony then suggested replacing the break pedal switch. That fixed it! I was on my way back to the Sticker Shop in no time. Anthony didn't have to explain to me that it wasn't really their "M.O." to go to such extents, and I'm in no way saying he did all the work (WINK WINK), but if it hadn't been for him, I'd have been looking at driving around illegally (still) with my baby on board. That guy deserves a HYUGE pat on the back. Maybe an extra day off, I don't know. Thanks, man!

Came here for a radiator and a lower hose. The lower hose (by Dayco) is a very poor fit. The…read moreradiator (a tough to find in stock item for an older car) was someone's core they returned. Apparently someone didn't do their job very thoroughly. Of course I drove all the way back across town before opening the box. This store blew half my day. They also had a bunch of sales posted on Lucas products that wouldn't actually ring up correctly. Seems like a bait and switch, TBH. Better yet, the only BOGO Lucas product that did ring up correctly (fuel treatment) had a loose top and completely emptied in the floor of my SUV. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would.

First Texas Honda - Brought in for interior detailing. After month-long "Odyssey" re: interior detailing tear, the car was returned with a dirty mat.

Carlos was amazing as well, got me an amazing rate and payment, exactly what I needed. 10/10 service. If you're looking to buy a car, go to David Villanueva! Came in stressed and anxious, left feeling relieved and super happy. Thank you guys!

I used to have a lot of trust in First Texas Honda, but my most recent service experience was very…read moredisappointing. My 2018 Honda Accord was diagnosed with a failed turbocharger, and service advisor Aidan Carlson told me that even with my warranty coverage, I would still owe nearly $800 out of pocket. What concerned me was that he began discussing potential out-of-pocket costs before the warranty company had fully reviewed the claim and repeatedly stated that the warranty would only cover the turbo repair. When I contacted the warranty company directly, I learned that additional charges had not been properly itemized and that labor costs exceeded what the warranty company was willing to pay. After I asked Aidan to provide more detailed information to the warranty company, the claim was re-evaluated and approved. Miraculously, my estimated out-of-pocket cost dropped from nearly $800 to $0. The most frustrating part was feeling like I had to do my own research and advocate for myself to get an accurate answer. Had I simply accepted what I was originally told, I likely would have paid hundreds of dollars unnecessarily. Whether this was poor communication, lack of attention to detail, or something else, it left me questioning the transparency of the process. I appreciate that the repair was ultimately covered, but this experience significantly damaged my trust in First Texas Honda's service department.

I started out with taking my rubi to them due to another company jacking up my electrical. The team at Just Jeeps worked so hard and got the problem solved as it was not an easy task! The team is honest and so down to earth! They also are straight forward which is nice when trying to make a large purchase decision. They let me ask 100 questions and I plan on continuing adding to my Jeep because they make it so easy! James and Robert have been so kind to me and I am so excited to see them again!!! Thank you Just Jeep Team and I will be seeing you very soon! People, run ... don't walk ... go see them today!

I would recommend going elsewhere. Like anywhere else. Took my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Just…read moreJeeps for what they thought was a battery needing replacement. Great. Ended up replacing my battery and starter. When the engine still wouldn't start they thought I need A WHOLE NEW ENGINE. I took my business elsewhere after getting a fishy feeling from these guys. The next mechanic let me know Just Jeeps never reattached the new starter wires, hence the car not starting. When I asked Just Jeeps why they were convinced I needed a whole new engine & why my starter wasn't connected, they suggested the tow truck driver unplugged my starter???? They also swore up and down my engine was completely ruined and told me I was "clearly confused and should watch a YouTube video on engines". I took it to a 3rd mechanic for an additional opinion and they were astounded by my experience and the way the team at Just Jeeps talked to me. This place did extensive testing and found my engine to be completely fine. They also said I wasn't the first person they heard wild Just Jeeps stories from. I wouldn't be writing this review if 1) I didn't sincerely think Just Jeeps tried to take advantage of me and 2) they didn't talk to me as if I was stupid for asking basic questions on extensive (and misleading) service recommendations. It's been over a year and my engine is still running fine. (FYI if you're looking for a place to go, I highly recommend Buddha's Garage.)
