    This review is for Cleve at First Texas Honda. If you need a car, see him. He is genuinely interested in helping you not selling anything to you. Everyone we dealt with here was good to us. But Celev was a just a Good man- he asked questions, he let us speak, he was polite and just did the job the right, honorable and correct way. Thank you Cleve!!!!

    Honda inspected my tires on 8/8, 8/20 and 8/29. The 8.29 visit using UVEye AI. This is the tire warning when the car was picked up 9/3.

    My Month-Long Honda Odyssey of Dealership Incompetence As a loyal Honda customer who purchased and maintained my vehicle at this dealership, my recent experience with First Texas Honda's service department has been appalling. My rights were disregarded and I was met with a clear pattern of incompetence and negligence. What started as a routine service on August 8, 2025, quickly became a month-long saga of unacceptable service failures. Factual Incompetence: A tear was made in the seat during a detailing service. The detailing was outsourced to a third party without my consent or knowledge. Deceptive Billing: I was billed for additional services on August 12, days after I picked up my car on August 9. I paid this contested charge of aprox. $350 and even after payment in full, on the August 12 "service" the manager was still seemingly trying to use a strong-arm tactic that he also "needed" my signature. For what? My car was not at the dealership on August 12. Systemic Communication Failure: My case was passed between at least five staff members (MH, DP, V, MK, and AT with copies to the general manager SR). There was no accountability, and I was forced to make multiple, wasted trips, including a planned drop-off on August 20 where a manager sent me home without a resolution and leaving my car at the dealership without anyone available to do the work for at least 3 days. Shoddy Repair Practice and Safety Negligence: The dealership attempted a repair on the damaged seat, but the photos of the repair (which I requested) were in bad lighting and far away so I could not agree to the repair remotely. To make matters worse, my car was returned to me with a dirty mat, dirty dashboard and a low tire pressure warning (see photos), despite having gone through multiple tire inspection (2 visual inspections and 1 AI inspection with their UVeye scan) and detailing being the service that caused all this issue. I am first to acknowledge good service but I also need to call out negligent service. This dealership has become a disgrace to the Honda brand and lost a Honda customer of almost 3 decades.

    Shoutout Reza and Jamie for making my first purchase so smooth and easy. Great communicators, Lovely attitudes, and good people. I was skeptical for my first buy but they made it so easy it for me, great teamwork overall!! 10/10 recommend

    Getting ready to drive off in my new SUV

    First of all, let's just say the easiest car buying experience I think I have ever experienced. I Inquired on a particular vehicle online/chat and Nina Barrera sales consultant contacted me via text,but first ask me if she can text me which I found so respectful. I started the process , she sent me the info and a video of the car that I requested very quickly. She only followed up if I ask. She did not harass me at all,which I have experienced through most dealerships. We drove from SA to see the car because they where the only one that had this particular suv,color,model everything. Got there around 7 she had it ready to test drive, then proceeded making the deal which was so easy I did a KBB trade in estimate through the website which they gave me what I wanted for my car. The sales manager TJ was easy and kind not pushy at all and we came to a good # and then it all happened . Finished with the finance manager Rizwan which was also easy and kind. So shout out to all at First Texas Honda. Definitely would recommend this dealerships and the staff. Best of all I got what I wanted and am very happy!! Thank You

    There are mechanics... and then there are the tired saints standing at the edge of civilization…read moreholding together the fragile emotional ecosystem known as "people who need their car to start tomorrow." Buddha's Garage is the second one. Dave has the energy of a man who has looked directly into the screaming mechanical abyss of humanity and simply sighed, grabbed a wrench, and fixed it anyway. I swear half the vehicles in that shop arrive after being spiritually wounded somewhere else. Other mechanics will look at your engine like medieval doctors diagnosing ghosts. Dave looks at it once, tilts his head slightly like a jazz musician hearing a wrong note, and suddenly knows your alternator was installed backwards by somebody named Tyler in 2019. And here's the wild part: he's honest. Like deeply, suspiciously honest. The kind of honest that makes you uncomfortable because you forgot businesses could still operate without trying to sell you seventeen imaginary emergencies. Dave will straight up tell you cheaper alternatives, better options, things you can wait on, things you DON'T need. I almost wanted to ask him if he understood capitalism. The customer service feels less like a business and more like your truck wandered into a monastery where everyone took vows of kindness and diagnostic accuracy. Meanwhile other shops are out here playing roulette with socket sets: "Hmmm yes, perhaps your issue is... all of the parts." Then Buddha's Garage fixes it in an afternoon and somehow charges you like they still believe in human dignity. Also -- Dave knows an absolutely terrifying amount about vehicles. Not "guy who watches YouTube tutorials" knowledge. I mean ancient-library-hidden-under-the-desert knowledge. The kind where you start explaining the noise your car makes and he already knows the answer before you finish making the sound effect. At this point I'd trust Buddha's Garage with anything mechanical. My car. My lawn mower. A damaged submarine. If NASA called and said a shuttle was making a weird clicking noise, I'd probably hand them Dave's number. I'm going there no matter what. If I move across the state, I'll crawl back on flaming rims like a pilgrim returning to holy ground.

    Went in for a diagnosis for my truck got told it was a part and gave them the okay to swap then…read moretold it wasn't that part after all and that the new part they needed to bring back my ac was not available and still paid 300 dollars . Bought the part that they couldn't get and turns out it was the wrong diagnosis as well .
