I recently ran over a spring that punctured one of my tires and caused it to go flat. I tried to change the tire only to find out i had a flat spare as well! This was at 6 o'clock on a Saturday evening and I had nobody to call to help me. So i decided to call Alex at rent a tire To see if there was anything he could do to help me since I bought the tires there. Alex went above and beyond the call of duty and he had already closed for the day but was still willing to help me out! He even drove to where i was located, took my flat to a shop to get the new tire put on the wheel and then he returned and put the new tire on. If that isnt 5 star customer service, then I don't know what 5 star customer service is! I am so impressed by Alex and his customer service and management skills! I am very pleased with the service that was provided to me. There was a nice gentleman by the name of Alex was so professional and went over and beyond to make sure I was taking care of. I went to get the locks taking off my rims that none of the tire shops could do. He found the right socket to take my locks off so I could put my rims on and he also made sure the rims were the right size for my car. I was also recommended if I needed any work done on my foreign than the place next door does get service. So yah I will definitely be going there for any type of service I will be needing. The actual quality of rims and tires these guys offer is above par. The manager is cool as hell and he is definitely about making the customer happy. I went in this place expecting to pay a lot less per week than I ended up paying for. As a salesman, your duty should be to thoroughly explain what your customer is buying. With that being said I am being charged double the amount I was originally told. The price on the paper is NOT what you'll be paying! Don't make the mistake I did. Read between the lines! When a man's handshake is limp, don't do business with him. I'm now paying around the same price for some rims and tires as my rent. I would recommend this place for people who have cash up front...but if you're making payments for this stuff you're looking at about $4,800 for a set of rims and tires that might not even last you a year. read more
