Terrible company. They done a few projects for me that were sub-par quality. Didnt fully cover the product, un-coated edges, ect. Lousy communication, next to impossible to get in touch with after they have your product. Not to mention, when there product failed and started chipping off a couple months after being done, they failed to honor their work and fix it or reimburse me. They were quick to take my deposit and my wheel, said they would have it back early the week after - I never heard back from them, so I kept checking and checking every day until my number was blocked when I called from a different number they answered. This went on for weeks until I finally got my wheel back. I cannot believe I was treated like this as a customer. I should have read the other reviews and done my homework because the stress of not knowing if I was ever going to get my wheel back was not worth the price. It seems they have gone out of business, but if they haven't stay far far away from this place I should've known when I showed up that it was sketchy because there was no signs and the place was locked when I went multiple times to try to talk to someone. they did a nice job with their repair but only because I pressured them into doing so it felt like they were going to take my deposit and the wheel and never get back to me if I didn't put all the pressure on to get it done.... SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! DO NOT COME HERE I got tires installed about 2 weeks ago (from a different shop) but wanted to get my rims redone so brought it here. I had no issues with my tires before bringing the car here. After they refinished the rims, my tire started losing air and I had to refill once a day. They took a look and said that the bead was torn and that's why it was no longer holding air (pictures attached) and blamed the previous tire shop (again, had no issues for 2 weeks prior to this). To top it all off, they broke one of my tire pressure sensors and are refusing to admit that they broke it. Again, no issues before bringing it here. They're now refusing to pay for a new tire and new sensor even though they're the ones who ruined it... So I had to pay for their services or they wouldn't give me my car back AND go pay to have somebody fix THEIR mistakes. Completely dishonest and complete scammers, man. I would only recommend this place to someone you want revenge on. read more

STAY FAR AWAY! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism, accountability, responsiveness, and respect for a customer. The owner seemed to essentially hold my car hostage after taking it in. I could not get her on the phone, I couldn't get her to return my texts, I could not get her to return my phone call or answer any of the questions I'd leave her through text or voicemail. When I asked her why she was just ignoring my questions via voicemail and she said she refuses to have a conversation like that, that she'd only answer my questions when I have her on the phone. Kind of difficult WHEN YOU NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE and won't return phone calls. She had my car for over a month!!!!! So in the meantime, I'm having to pay for rental cars. I brought my car and four tires and four rims (in addition to the tires that were already on my car) and she decided to keep one of my new tires that I brought in. She claims she discarded it...not sure why you wouldn't contact your customer to tell them you still have their tire BEFORE you throw it away. The first time I brought this up, she said she would have to take a look and get back with me...she never did. I had to call her again and ask about it. I had to basically beg this woman to let me finish a sentence, she's REFUSING to reimburse me for the price of the tire. She talked over me the entire time, gaslit me, gave me excuses, raised her voice at me and said that she will not be paying me for the tire.. poroperty that I owned that SHE THREW AWAY. She also left my car on the side of the road where ANYONE had access to it and once I picked it up, someone had cut a hole in my gas pipe so they could steal gas from my car. Something I'm not even bringing up with her and asking her to make right. You'd think she would at least after all that offer to reimburse me for the price of the tire..but no. So after everything is said and done, I paid this woman $75 to hold my car hostage for over a month, steal one of my tires and rims and refuse to pay me for it, and ended up having to pay close to $700 to get a new gas pipe and tire for my car. I am warning you, please stay far far far away from this person and their "business". They WILL take advantage of you, talk AT you and OVER you, gaslight you to your face and/or over the phone, and screw you over. I don't even like writing reviews, but I needed to take the time after all of this. I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. Save yourself time and money! read more

I had my very torn up wheels repaired and then powder coated a different color. It came out better than expected. Turn around was fast. The owner Silvi was friendly and professional to work with. They good work. But I took my truck there n I gave them specific instructions to only fix my front rims on the passenger side n they proceeded to do all four rims without my permission or consent didn't even call me to ask me if that was ok n turned a 300 dollar job into a 800 dollar job. I believe you should get confirmation from owner before doing addition work that they didn't tell you to do. The owner sylvie admitted she should of contacted me but didnt said she could do nothing n I had to pay the new amount of 800. The picture they took of the rims before fixing I couldn't even tell that there was anything wrong with them. Felt like they squeeze extra money out of me that was unnecessary. When talking to sylvie about the issue she became increasingly aggressive towards me very unprofessional instead of talking It out calmly. She even threatened to put a lean on my vehicle if I didn't pay. I explained to her I don't mind paying if they were actually bent or if something was wrong with rims then she calmed down. But I had examined them before dropping it off n there was only one other of rims that was bent but I was charged for 3 rims. N they Said the 4th was free but there was nothing wrong with the 4th in the first place wish things could've went smoother. Just came down to a communication error on there end. Owner sylvie is very hot headed wish she could be a lil more professional. I remained calm the whole time but Intimidating people is not how you treat returning customers or run a business. Next time I will be going to a bigger more profession company even if I pay more I would rather pay more n get more profession company that will give yu a call before doing addition work with your consent instead of just doing it with out my permission n expecting me to pay more money unexpectedly. read more
