i came in for new tires on my 2018 Jaguar F Type. While they only had 21k miles on them , the car had been sitting. They didn't pressure me, but we did discuss the age/sitting factor and i decided to go with 4 new tires and an alignment. The car did not come with a wheel lock key so they had to break the originals off and did all this without marking the rims. They even called out a minor inside dent on a rear wheel which did not affect the balance but they wanted to call to my attention. Big shop and lots of space for the waiting room. here are my pros and cons and things to consider while building my quote with the salesman on my experience. Ive done my homework on what tires size and what i needed before hand and actually found this shop through facebook market. this is where things got tricky Pros Fast service, salesman knew what to show me and gave me options. Big shop and comfortable ambience. Honored price matching and honored my facebook market pricing i showed on my phone Cons Overpriced on tires based on realization after i found out they would pricematch a competitor. Quote they made for me came out super high, I asked for a printout of the invoice of the services before accepting it. (I already had a wheel alignment done at NRT and they added a wheel alignment to the invoice. good thing i asked to see the breakdown). They only offer Landspires and Toyo apparently is what the salesman told me as well. Overall do your hw about tires and compare costs. I recommend asking for the invoice pricing breakdown as well This is a business, make sure not only you walk in with some knowledge but also ask questions about the work on the invoice. you might pay for something you dont need. the experience was alright and after negotiating and going over the invoice, i went through with the tires and road hazard warranty. They placed the sensor caps loose and instead of letting us know that they weren't able to make it work , they were just going to let us drive off possible hitting another car's windshield .And their response was " oh if you didn't like our services then go somewhere else". Brought a truck in for an alignment and had to take it back 4 times because the steering wheel wasn't centered or the alignment wasn't done properly. DO NOT COME HERE because it'll just be a waste of time and money. And my steering wheel still isn't centered after taking it to them again. I highly doubt their mechanics or whatever they are, aren't even test driving the vehicles after they align them because if they did I wouldn't have to go back to get this corrected. Good place to get cheap tire. That's it. Skip the alignment, I smelled bullshit up sell. You lost my trust. 1) I went in to get 2 tires replaced. Came out tech gave me an alignment check showing it is off. This is weird I thought, usually when I get tire change the shop change the tire that's it. The shop doesn't have time to put every car on the alignment rack to give a check. Can you explain? I left and went to my regular mechanic shop where I get routine alignment. He said rear is off bit a bit, nothing major. I check the paper the Tech gave me, it show front is off. Ok, whatever people make mistake. 2) 1 month Later I came back to change the other 2 tires... low and behold. Tech hand me a paper say alignment is off. I've bought 4 sets of tires and 2 sets of rims from this location. I brought my truck in to get a valve stem replaced. While trying to remove my tire they stripped out my wheel stud and couldnt get my spare off the truck. I paid them to mount the tire and the dudnt mount the tire and refused to give me a refund and told me the broken wheel stud was my problem to fix. If you know anything about fixing a stripped wheel stud you know how shitty it is. I will never do business with them again. read more

This place is extremely misleading and a waste of time if you call and they tell you a price it is not the price they scam you by getting you in the door and wasting your time then tell you the actual price, for example if you want 2 tires installed it's around 35-40 extra plus tax They told me the tires were 200 total then charged me 215 after the supposed "total" tried to charge me 270 with install if not on a time crunch and very odd tire size i would not go here and will not ever come back. I'm happy to spread the word about Jose, Keith, and all the guys other times who've helped me out. Each time I come in, they're able to show me options in stock and they flex a little on price if that finishes up the deal. We had an excellent experience at Tires To You in Austin, TX. We were traveling to DFW and had gotten a nail in one of our tires. Being a Sunday, it was very hard to find a place open and that could take us in right away or even the same day. We called Tires To You and were told it could take about 1 1/2 hours to either get the tire patched or spare put on. An hour later we were back on the road. James and Miquel helped us. Wow. I've been a customer and supporter of this business for awhile now. Used to be I could get a great deal on a couple of tires that were mixed and matched or whatever. Now their prices are just like Discount Tires or Lambs or whoever. Love cheering for locals and I still will but I won't be shopping there again. Absolutely dishonest business. Thought I wouldn't notice the services I had paid for were not completed. I brought my car to Tires to You to get the tires checked. I was told by Silvia at the customer service desk that I did not need new tires, but they could do a rotation, balance, and alignment. So I went ahead and paid for a tire rotation and balance, and a wheel alignment. $117.00 total. I left my car and got a call later saying it was ready to be picked up. The next day I noticed the tires had not been rotated. Easy to spot since my car has one tire that is a different brand than the rest, another tire has a very distinctive mark on it, and a different tire had low tire pressure when I brought the car in and the car was still marking low tire pressure the next day. All three tires were still in the same place. Not rotated. I brought the car back immediately after noticing. The manager had my car sent back, apologized and said sometimes things got "lost in translation" between the front and techs. Absolutely no excuse for sending me on my way without servicing my car at all. One of the techs said to me that the reason why the rotation was not performed was that my tires and wheels were bad. But the day before they just told me my car was done. No mention of what was done or not done to it. I asked for the rotation to be completed anyway (because obviously, I had paid for it). After waiting more than an hour, I was told that my tires could not be rotated because my vehicle has staggered tires. I am absolutely sure they thought I would never figure out that the services that I paid for were not completed. That is absolutely dishonest! Everywhere you go and pay for a service you expect it to be done. If I hadn't noticed myself I would've just gone on with my car in the same condition as before. Absolutely dishonest! I got many apologies, but this should've never happened in the first place. If you pay for a service, you should have that service completed. read more

Came in today to replace my steelies on my Chevy Colorado. Saw an ad on Craigslist and decided to check the place out. I was met by Aaron who was extremely helpful and we went through all the options for OEM Chevrolet wheels they had. He showed me all the options and different brands of tires. We eventually went with some brand new Goodyear's and OEM Z71 Colorado wheels. They swapped out my old steelies, gave me credit for them and I was on my way in no time at all! The prices were extremely low. Shop around and compare. Overall it was an awesome experience. I would highly recommend them. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. I got brand new tires on my dodge 3500 and when I picked up my vehicle the front driver side tire sensor was broken and when I took it back they said they couldn't do anything about it and that it was "normal wear and tear." When I dropped the truck off everything was working perfectly fine and when I pick it up 6 hours later it was not in the same condition I dropped it off as. THEN, they tried charging me more to replace the sensor they damaged and were saying that even after they replace it that it would most likely not work still. This is the worst service I have ever experienced after spending nearly 4k in tires at this location. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Absolutely Horrible. They say it starts from the Top. I spoke directly with Toby Grace, the owner of Tires To You. I explained my issue with the 4 trailer Tires I bought 2 years ago. In a matter of 2 weeks, I lost 3 of the 4 tires due to thread separation. When the first one failed, I chalked it up to a road hazard or bad luck. When the second one separated, I became concerned. When the third tire failed, I replaced it and the fourth one preemptively. Clearly there is an issue with these Haida Brand Tires they are selling. His counter man, Cesar agreed that it was a manufacturers defect. These tires had over 85% tread life remaining. Toby's solution to my problem? He asked me point blank...."if you buy a TV and it has a 1 year warranty, would you expect to be able to return it after 2 years?" My response was, if I bought 4 identical TV's and 3 of them broke after watching each of them for only a few hours, yes....wouldn't you? He Then yelled out "no warranty" and stormed off. But not before blaming it on me by saying I caused the issue by driving with a trailer too fast. I am a wholesale customer that has been purchasing tires from them for years. I used to deal with an Employee named Jason but things have gone downhill since he left. I too am a small business owner and had a customer come to me with an issue like this, I would have extended some goodwill....offered a discount towards another set and kept that person as a customer for life. If you like your tire buying experience to feel like a drug deal, this is your place. Tons of overhead in this place. Huge warehouse, half full of tires. 5 guys at the counter watching you tube videos and texting. These guys will be out of business in a year or two. Don't waste your money or put your life at risk buying the cheap, defective Chinese tires these guys import by the container load. These guys attended the United Airlines school of management....Its a miracle I wasn't forcibly removed...Then again, Toby is a very little man. read more
