It's refreshing to have a tire shop that I can trust. I recently had an issue with a tire being out…read moreof balance and made several requests when I visited this shop for the first time. They took care of each and every one. I asked them if I could get a picture of a tire balance if it was off, and they took it themselves and included it in the final report! Staff was super friendly. Bathrooms were clean! The only reason I it didn't get a full 5 stars is that their lobby isn't super nice/clean, and since I had a laptop it would have been nice to have a table to work at.

Might I mention it was during the rain storm that wouldn't stop pouring down all weekend I went into the shop to get a piece on my car replaced, the nice gentleman who I was told is a new employee( I didn't get his name) was very welcoming and assured me they would wait as I had called a lock smith to get my vehicle door opened. During the wait I noticed it started to flood, this wasn't a small flood, all that rain started to gush on in under the front door. The new employee rushed in to take action. I mean he worked hard to get that water out. Mind you the other employees were in the back working on the vehicles in the shop at this time before they even knew what was going on. But before I knew it all the staff were up front making sure they could get the flooding to stop. 45 minutes later they had got the water to stop flooding in, lock smith was able to get my keys out of my vehicle but unfortunately I brought the wrong piece to my car to get replaced so I was unable to get serviced None of that mattered I was more amazed at the team at this Lamb"s Automotive that was very impressive team work!!!

When I called Jimmy said that they would "test the viscosity" of the oil in the shop to verify. When I arrived he replaced the sticker and told me that the tech would check the oil viscosity. I asked the tech who was performing the service and he said had no idea he was supposed to do that and didn't know how. When I asked Jimmy about that, he became extremely rude and confrontational. I asked for an oil sample of the oil they put in the engine and he offered to put it inside of a water bottle while making an overly performative and sarcastic show of emptying it. Unfortunately this is the type of auto shop that will be intentionally deceptive and then become rude and disrespectful when questioned. Take your business elsewhere. Edit: this review should solely reflect the behavior and unprofessionalism of Jimmy. When the floor manager arrived he arranged for the oil in my vehicle to be changed and gave me a certificate for two free oil changes. It is unfortunate for Jimmy to be the face representing this business.

The technicians did thorough diagnostic work and the repairs, while expensive, were legitimate and necessary. I want to specifically thank Ike and Martin for how they treated me as a customer. Ike was friendly and went out of his way to help by giving me a ride home and later making sure I was able to get the loaner car when it had been made unavailable. Martin was also professional and supportive throughout the process. My main issue was with the service management, specifically Deon. The loaner car option was not brought up when it should have been, and after a frustrating phone call about the situation, Deon immediately called me back to ask if I wanted the loaner. From a customer service perspective, that follow-up was poorly timed and escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it. When a customer is already upset about communication and options not being presented earlier, calling back right away without acknowledging that tension makes things worse, not better. The shop clearly has capable technicians and helpful front-facing staff, but the way the situation was handled at the service management level added unnecessary stress to an already difficult and expensive repair. Their prices are either in line or slightly less than dealership prices, and they do stand behind their work. This is their only location that can handle luxury cars like my Mercedes. It was time to do the schedule B service on my C300. It is the 60,000 mile or 10 year service and it runs about $1500 on average. And that's not including the transmission service. It's also a 3 to 4 hour job, which is why it's best to have someone pick you up. You can sit in their small basic waiting room where you can find complementary water and coffee. There are some places within a few blocks of walking such as Taco Cabana or Mandolas where you could spend some more quality time waiting. They have a very skilled service tech who also works on BMWs as well. They also work on EV's although that work is limited. They had my schedule B service done in 3 1/2 hours and were able to save me a couple hundred dollars making it just $1300. I was also not charged a credit card fee. Will be returning for future maintenance. Informative photos included.

I found this garage when I had to get my brakes checked after my uncle worked on them. I had called at least 6 places and Jesse quoted me the best price, by far. Also, he is located very centrally (183 & Lamar-ish) Jesse was professional and friendly. He explained everything in a way I could understand the issue at hand, without being condescending. The work was done before the end of the work day. (Breaks had to be re-bled.) I also went on to get my A/C checked. That was very easy and quick! I'm glad I found this gem of a mechanic. My fuel line broke while I was visiting Austin from California, and I chose this Goodyear location…read morebecause it was open on a Sunday and a national chain. They diagnosed the issue and repaired it two days later since the dealer part wasn't available on Monday (a holiday, Labor Day). When I picked up the car, I noticed a strong gas smell inside. The staff told me it was just residual fuel that needed to burn off and even offered to clean the air ducts, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, about 100 miles outside of Santa Fe, the car broke down and required a tow. A friend's trusted mechanic there discovered that while Goodyear had fixed the flexible part of the fuel line, they bent a solid metal section, causing a new fuel leak. So, their initial repair ended up creating another problem that cost me more time, stress, and money to fix. Disappointing experience overall.
