Pls do not go here if you're looking to get rim lights they will leave your truck with nothing but problems I went for a set of rim lights and within 2 weeks of having them I started having electrical problems with my truck I returned so they could disconnect them and upon disconnecting them my truck worked they told me they would get me a new terminal for the lights i waited along time calling every week after a month and a half of waiting and calling to get the terminal they finally were able to put it on I've had them for about a week and I still have electrical problems,I DIDNT HAVE ANY ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS PRIOR TO VISTING TEXAS TIRES read more

If I had the option to put ZERO stars I would definitely do it ! 2nd time they installed the control arm you would think they would do a good job .. they do a BAD JOB for anyone wanting to lift your trucks I would not RECOMMEND this place to anyone . Guys kept my truck for a whole week just to install bushings on one side of my truck & charged me $800 to replace 2 bushings that were $35 and covered under warranty & the manager there kept trying to lie to me and say that they are not covered that it is ware and tare and i have to buy them after I had got with bds directly ... they emailed me and told me they are covered and sent me all new parts directly since he saw videos and pictures that clearly wasn't the parts bds uses . Told me that that's the reason he's saying it's ware and tare cause it's not the proper equipment used for install . The manager at the Texas tire on Lamar is unprofessional and doesn't care about anyone's safety if anything happens or gets into serious accident , knowing they did the install work they don't do a good job at all, as you can see still not installed properly I feel they are lazy and use parts laying around back just to finish the job cause he told me the parts didn't fit from bds and that they can find one around back to slap on my truck what kind of shit is that ... you expect to get everything you paid for with the kit to be put on the truck properly and not used laying around trash parts ... one more thing my tie rods were under warranty for 3 years and they had to replace those since they didn't install those correctly and charged me $1200 for both sides and it was covered . I can only imagine how many other people this place has screwed over . Watch where you take your trucks guys !! read more

Left my car for 3 inch lift and ended up being told that the parts were sent back cause I didn't want them which is BS I wanted to take my parts elsewhere to be put on sooner. Went and left it got struts and other stuff added but looks like I got F over owing money on parts I didn't receive apparently from bank I'm paying they show other orders and other prices idk thought it would be a good place and left with this.... I've been here since 2pm and I've watched people pull up come inside buy 4 tires and some purchased rims some had to haggle with a financing company over the phone but yet they got in and out of service. I came with my own tire that I needed to swap out and 2.5 hours later my car is still not getting service. Emilio help me get through the credit app and made the process as easy as possible and it only took minutes until he got me approved and even went out his way to pick up wheels that I choose that were in stock at a different location!! Then they gave me time to go pick up another vehicle to drop mine back off. Really disappointed took my truck here for 6" lift and made me buy 2-2 inch spacers to keep my wheels for $260 keep in mind that's only for 2 we're anywhere else a set of 4 is $140 that's not the worst part also took my van for steering problems was told the gear box was bad so paid almost 2k to fix it got my van back and I still have the same problem no the guys who help me is saying there is more parts that are bad and that they will fix them but I have to pay more so not recommend this place I went their for profesional work and got a guess on my problem and still hade to pay for it. read more

I had the worse experience I had never, I wasted $4300.00 dollars. I have a 2015 Lexus RCF. I bought a set of tires and wheels in this company, they made the calculations and they guaranteed to me the set will fit my car. My surprise is the set don't fit my car. The tires rub the fender liner. I took the car to the workship to pull it in the frame machine but it doesn't solved the problem. Still rubs. When I asked to talk with the manager, he said he don't have time to speak with me, the only one solution they offered is sell me a new set. Sales are final. I don't recommend make business with this company, they promise any kind of stuff to sell you the product, but if you have problem the don't help and you will waste your money. If I could give this place a negative I would. I took my truck there on Monday (where I purchased my tires) to get rotated and by Friday afternoon my tire fell off while driving. I called a wrecker service to tow me to my local mechanic and he told me I was lucky only one had fallen off! All my tires were loose. All the lug nuts on all the other 3 tires were falling off as well!!! I called Texas Tire the next day to tell them what happen and the refused to do anything about it!!!!
