Drew made sure I was okay before doing anything regarding my car. I was slightly worried being alone on the side of the road with a car that just stopped working and this company took a lot of my worry away. Upon calling, I was given an estimation of how long I would have to wait for a truck to come, and was told what to look for so I wouldn't miss it! They towed my car straight to my mechanic, so I didn't have to worry about towing it from my house to a mechanic again. So please with how quick everything was! I will definitely be using this company again.

Basically my friend and I were stranded north when her car broke down and we just needed some help getting out of there. Drew was super nice and helpful in getting our car to a safe place ASAP, and he didn't overcharge us the way a lot of towing companies out there tend to. It was fast, friendly and affordable -- the three things I look for in any service. Grateful to these guys and highly recommend them to anyone who gets caught up in a roadside emergency and needs help getting out.

I was so impressed with their professionalism and efficiency that I called them again when my daughter's Kia wouldn't start. When the driver arrived, he took the time to assess the situation and was able to get the vehicle running. It turns out he is not only a tow truck driver but also a very knowledgeable mechanic. Because the car was working properly, he honestly advised us that there was no need to tow it to the dealership. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. Many companies might have gone ahead with the tow anyway, but he genuinely looked out for our best interests. I truly appreciate his integrity, expertise, and outstanding customer service. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and professional towing company in the Leander area, 777 Towing and Recovery is the one to call. I will absolutely be using them for any future towing needs and highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance.

On the N I-35 frontage road near West Old Settlers Blvd / East Old Settlers Blvd, I encountered a…read moretow truck operated by Eagle Towing and Recovery that was driving in an unsafe and aggressive manner. The driver was traveling at a high rate of speed and nearly rear-ended my vehicle as I was properly signaling and moving into a right-turn lane. I had to change lanes to avoid a collision. The tow truck then blocked the entire right-turn lane, preventing multiple vehicles from turning. Shortly afterward, the driver abruptly crossed multiple lanes of traffic and entered my lane in a way that forced me to brake hard to avoid a collision. The situation felt dangerous and completely avoidable. Given that tow trucks are large commercial vehicles, this behavior raises serious concerns about public safety and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable hiring or recommending this company. I strongly recommend choosing any other towing company. No one should have to fear for their life because of a tow truck driver's actions.
