Leander Towing - Car on wrecker - Towing Near Me - Leander, Texas

Fabulous!!!! Mathew is so careful, thoughtful & does a great job! Not sure why, but we've had a plethora of Towing experiences this year !!!! Leander Towing does outstanding work. Even when busy they do their best to get somebody out to you in the shortest time possible. This is the second time we have had Matthew and it's because I requested him. He's got to be one of the nicest people I've ever met. He is large and in charge!! He knows his stuff! He had to bring a large flatbed as our Durango quit working again ..... He had to really consider how to get the tow truck in the driveway without hitting the mailboxes, which unfortunately are right across the street from us. The reason I requested him is he had done such an incredibly good job with our son's Corvette. He had to be very cautious and calculate how he could get the flatbed truck backed up to be able to get the car up onto it. It had zero power. I opted to use Leander Towing, even though we have roadside with our insurance company . There are those times where it just pays to use local businesses and this is certainly one of them. We also want to say that we feel Leander Towing is very much competitively priced. Thank you, Matthew and Leander Towing for a job well done !! PS-Mathew ...I had your tip in my pocket and forgot to give it to you. It's not much but feel free to drop by to retrieve it if you'd like. read more

Not only did they show up quickly, but they were kind and helpful the whole time. In a moment where you're stressed, and feeling low, I promise Leander Towing is who you want coming to help you. Got my car up on the truck, the price was very reasonable, and the driver was incredibly helpful, and kind. I would recommend Leander towing to absolutely everyone in the area, they're truly worth it. read more

Great experience ! I own a small auto shop in Round Rock. A customer of mine had a fleet truck break down in Leander today; I needed it towed to my shop. I've never dealt with this business before, but I decided to try. Great decision. I talked to Nicki (spelling?) - she was professional, pleasant, polite and helpful. She's got great customer service skills. When the wrecker driver arrived with the broken down truck, he helped me to jump start it out in the parking lot in front of my shop, after off-load. He had a great attitude, and he was happy to help out. He also made sure to confirm the bill amount with me, which was very reasonable for flatbed transport to begin with. Thanks so much; I highly recommend them ! read more

I was involved in a horrible accident. Leander towing was the towing service that responded. The gentleman was incredibly patient, professional, and assured I understood what all he was doing. He made sure I was ok before he started, and made sure I had the company's contact information before he left. His kindness went a long way in a terrible time. The next day I went to where my vehicle was, and the employees at the office were equally amazing. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, they will be the first ones I call. read more

The worst experience of all time......towed my car after being pulled over and police requested the tow due to no insurance....the plates had also been swapped a crime agaist me I was unaware of so now I'm spending 400 dollars for 17 hours and for them to break my cv axel and tie rods ...then tell me they weren't responsible when I can prove they are....they think I won't sue or vocalize this every chance I get. Run!! From these trash piles! read more

Very disrespectful to people who live in apartments! Tried calling, emailing and even spoke with your driver! Very rude and disrespectful, 0 respect for people who sleep at night or work from home days, YOUR driver sits letting air out all day and night by our place! Wakes one up scares the crap out of you! Very rude employee to not have respect for people with health problems. Would not recommend them as zero respect for others who live near there workers! #23 trucks driver rude and 0 respect for neighbors! So much for this company's motto, no care wether someone military or not! Zero respect! Some people near me work nights and sleep days and he thinks it's ok to wake them! Your driver needs to learn respect! read more

I requested a tow. Kevin was efficient and an expert at what he does. 10 out of 10 would recommend and use the service again.

Has a very good experience with Leander Towing - they came to jump a dead battery. They arrived witching 30 minutes and quickly got my vehicle started. The driver was polite and helpful. Would use them again. read more

Anytime you need your car towed, it probably sucks (unless you're just moving your classic car - but that's the exception not the rule). These guys are responsive, friendly and fair. What else could you ask for? ... they'd probably do that too. Thumbs up and thanks. Referral coming tomorrow. read more

I never thought I would be a regular at a towing company, but I ended up needing two tows in 24 hours. Needing a tow always sucks. ALWAYS, but I will say this place has amazing customer service. They are very friendly and they jump into action quickly. Thank you and if I ever need a tow again, but hopefully I won't, I will be calling y'all. read more

Today 5/27/2024 my wife who is pregnant had a tire blowout on County road 282 heading to work she was stranded almost 3hrs before I could get there in the hot sun. She first contacted driveroadside.com. They had quoted a hour, as she was waiting on the side of the road she noticed the technician they sent out look right at her and kept driving. She contacted dispatch and they said she wasn't in the system even though they sent someone out and charged her card $200. They told her to dispute it but did not offer any further help during her emergency. They are a scam that's theft/ fraud, I will be reporting them to BBB. On the bright side we called Leander Towing and they sent Victor out within a hour. He was awesome very friendly and provided information about getting reimbursed by our insurance and tips on if a situation like that occurred again. Not only was it cheaper but they came in clutch. Thank you Victor and Leander Towing... read more

Great company. They answer their phones, and they really seem to care. Victor came over on time, was a master at his craft, and was nice as well. About the right price,... maybe a little high, but they are worth it. read more

Probably the best experience I've ever had when having a vehicle towed! My Driver Ernest was on-site within 30 minutes and was clearly very experienced. Treated my truck with care loading and unloading. The next time I need a tow I hope I can use these guys again! read more

Leander Towing came through for an emergency tow request and were very accommodating for time requested. Handled my BMW with care. Apparently my husband mentioned they were the company that came out previously to pick up in October and went above and beyond to accommodate his time request. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you guys!! read more

Came within 30 minutes. Dillion was friendly, quick service and very helpful. Appreciated the help.

Over all a great experience that checked off all the customer service boxes! Grade A. I'm not easily impressed, very impressed.

Blocked throughput of the entire street and when I got out of my car to ask when I could get by, the employee wouldn't even answer me until I asked 3 times, and got a rude answer when he did. read more

Came right on time and took great care of my car. Excellent service with a very nice low ramp flat bed. Highly recommend.

Can't recommend enough - waited two hours with no tow contact through my insurance so called Leander Towing. They showed up right away and got me to the tire place, with a rate that was $10 cheaper than my roadside assistance! THANK YOU!! read more

I was broke down on the side of the road and within no time they had sent someone to help! Brandon was very professional and took extra care with my vehicle as he put it on the tow truck. After an uneventful day, Brandon pulled up in his tow truck within 30 minutes and I was shocked. Such friendly service and no wait more than 30 minutes?? I was blown away at Brandon's knowledge and willingness to help me get the car on the flat bed with little to no damage to my car. I hope I never need to get towed, but if I do I am calling Leander Towing and asking for Brandon...aka Hillbilly Macgyver. read more

Amazing service. Flawless. Communicative and swift. Great attitude and problem solvers.

We were unable to use their service due to our situation but I was quite pleased with the customer service we had! I called because our car died and the lady on the other end was very polite and kindly let me know they were pretty busy that morning. Instead of telling me I needed to wait a while she quickly gave me the contact information of some other tow companies nearby. We appreciated the help! I hope we don't need to call a tow truck anytime soon but, if we do, Leander Towing will be our first call! read more

Justin, this one goes out to you bud. Beyond excellent service I was in a tough pinch and pressed for time as well. Called these guys up right away. I was told that my pickup/tow would take an hour to arrive ( which was understandable) however he showed up early and I was able to get to my destination before it closed. Beyond helpful, polite, and understanding. If I'm ever god forbid in a situation like this agin these would be the first guys to call 11 out of 5 stars read more

I called locked out of my car with a dead battery. Nicole went above and beyond to answer all my questions, promptly called me back with info, and put a smile on my face despite the situation! All this and I didn't even end up needing a tow. Thank you so much!! I would recommend to all my friends and family. read more

Today was one of those days...What can go wrong, will go wrong. My husband said his car won't start and hes like 30 min away in Austin (& were in CP)I did not use this service only because they had a vehicle that was being fixed. The woman on the phone was super ,over the top sweet. The prices they had were also great. She even gave me info to find a different company. 99% of businesses do not do that. They have great reviews on Google so I thought I'd give her/them one on for today. I use Yelp for finding anything to read reviews. Some I take with a grain of salt but I don't trust a company that has almost all horrible reviews. Like I said, even though I used another towing service, this woman was above and beyond kind and loving. People like her aren't like that anymore. So thank you, whoever answered the phone and listened. You'll go far and do great. read more

So, my car broke down at 6:30 PM on a busy road about 15 miles from Cedar Park. I called several tow companies, but they didn't have any available drivers, or were going to make me wait for 3 hours on the side of the road. That's when I saw Leander Towing on Yelp with their 5 star rating. I'm extremely glad I chose to call them. The young lady who answered the phone was polite and professional, completely opposite of the other companies I called. She sent Scott out to get my car. He was there in less than 30 minutes, which is great time for that area. Scott was also polite and professional. He delivered my car to the shop in North Austin with no issues. I'll definitely call them again if I ever need their services. I highly recommended this company. read more

Their service was excellent!!! I called the night before I needed a tow and left a message. Justin, the owner, returned my call less than five minutes later. We made arrangements for the next morning. He called me in the morning to let me know he was on the way. Everything went smoothly and the price was agreeable. If I ever need a tow truck again I will definitely call them. read more

Customer service at scene of accident was great. I just dropped my daughter off at the airport around 4pm. After leaving the airport, something popped on my truck and I had to pull over. I called my mechanic in Leander and they mentioned this company. The guy that came out was not only nice but very professional as well. He really helped alleviate a lot of the stress associated with breaking down. On top of that, his price for the towing was extremely reasonable too. I admit, I was worried about that having to tow from the airport. Bottom line, based on my experience, I highly recommend this company. read more
