They were at my house within an hour to pick up my husband's truck and transport it to Discount Tire. I was so impressed with their professionalism and efficiency that I called them again when my daughter's Kia wouldn't start. When the driver arrived, he took the time to assess the situation and was able to get the vehicle running. It turns out he is not only a tow truck driver but also a very knowledgeable mechanic. Because the car was working properly, he honestly advised us that there was no need to tow it to the dealership. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. Many companies might have gone ahead with the tow anyway, but he genuinely looked out for our best interests. I truly appreciate his integrity, expertise, and outstanding customer service. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and professional towing company in the Leander area, 777 Towing and Recovery is the one to call. I will absolutely be using them for any future towing needs and highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance.

Avoid This Towing Company - They Damaged My Truck!…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. I trusted 777 Towing and Recovery Leander to tow my truck, and they ended up causing damage instead. They were careless with handling, and when I pointed out the damage, they stopped responding. Now I'm stuck with expensive repairs that could've been avoided if they had done their job properly. If you care about your vehicle, do yourself a favor and call someone else. This company clearly doesn't care about their customers or their property.

The young lady who answered the call was very professional, answered my questions, and gave me an estimate that was substantially cheaper than the previous company and included the breakdown of towing, mileage, and the fuel service charge. Within 30 minutes of hanging up, the driver DeMarco was on site to pick up the car. The payment process was quick and easy via text and overall this was a smooth transaction. I would definitely recommend them and if needed, would not hesitate to use their services again.

I have dealt with the attitude the front desk lady appears to have most of the time, but after yesterday's situation I will not be calling Austex again. My truck broke down on a customer's property, and I was given the commitment when I called that the truck would be towed that same day. I received no updates, or and calls. This morning when I tried to see what happened, I was speaking with the same person (512-670-0700) who booked my appointment, but they were rude and claimed "well we tried to call you 4 times" and I have no missed calls on my phone after confirming they had the correct number. They just simply claimed that they couldn't help me any further due to the positioning of my truck, so they didn't help one bit and offered no help going forward. It's absurd. They had my email address and didn't try to reach me there, and I was still working so I was watching for calls. Don't rely on this towing company for your needs.

AXM Towing Review If…read moreI could give zero stars, I would. I rarely write reviews, but this experience forced me to take AXM Towing to court to prove they were in the wrong. Here's what happened:     *    I parked in the lot by First Cash Pawn, where the signage says "Customer Parking" under a sign listing multiple businesses in the shopping center. Nothing indicated towing was restricted to pawn customers only.     *    Within 13 minutes or less, my car was towed.     *    First Cash Pawn associates states they didn't call to have my vehicle towed off private party the day of the event. Spoke with District manages with First Cash Pawn and he stated there no contract with AXM to tow from that private property with out notification or request to have vehicle towed from their parking lot.     *    AXM altered the receipt they presented in court. Thankfully, I kept my original copy, which showed they towed me from the wrong area. Important for anyone towed by AXM:     *    You only have 14 days to fight a tow in Williamson County. File at the small claims office on Old Settlers Blvd.     *    Print or save your tow receipt immediately. Make sure the address and details match where your car was actually parked. I won my case and should receive both the tow fee and court costs back. But the fact that it had to go this far says everything. Bottom line: AXM Towing patrols lots aggressively and tows immediately, often without clear or legal grounds. Avoid them if you can. I phoned this towing company since they had high reviews in the area and they made me feel better right away. The dispatcher stayed on the line long enough to verify my exact location and told me help was already on its way. Considering the weather, the driver arrived remarkably soon. He did the auto towing professionally and carefully despite heavy rain. He checked to make sure I was okay before loading the vehicle and even helped me move some crucial things from the trunk to the cab, so they wouldn't get wet. Little things like that are incredibly important when things get hectic. The tow to my mechanic went well, and the price was the quote I received on the phone. No additional costs or hidden charges.
