I had called nearly 10 different tow companies, and of the three that had answered, Freddy was the only one who gave me an actual price estimate (that wasn't outrageous) and an approximate arrival time. Although he was busy with another customer at the time I called, we exchanged info and he got back to me shortly after. Once Freddy arrived, my day continued to improve. Worryingly, I had my toolbox stored in a relatively tight storage unit complex, but Freddy managed to maneuver his truck in without a problem. As he began to load up my toolbox, I could see (and appreciate) how careful he was being both loading and securing it on the flatbed.
