Out on a nice day for a drive & stopped to look at some furniture in Round Rock, Tx. Started to leave & the vette would not go into gear. Seemed like the linkage was out. Called Finger Towing & the dispatch was very friendly & got us a great tow truck driver, Armando! He went the EXTRA mile for keeping the vette from dragging & even put his jacket down on the ground so the front bumper would not get messed up. We had to ride in the truck with him. He was so polite & friendly. The truck was spotless & smelled so nice. The time from when he arrived & dropped us off was awesome! GREAT SERVICE!!!! The price was VERY reasonable too! read more

This service towed my car from my home to the body shop. This is how they left it. I called multiple times. I finally talked to Michael and of course he advised his driver would never have done this. There were no before pictures. I've had cars towed before and have NEVER had my vehicle be treated like this (I hope they found what they were looking for). I cleaned up the debris myself. All I asked for was my seat be cleaned, but they NEVER responded, so I did that myself too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! read more

Michael at Finger towing quoted me a fair price and a time to pick up my vehicle. The Gram showed to pick up my car from the dealership and delivered it to my house on time. Gram was polite and helpful and asked all the right questions before placing the non-working vehicle exactly where I wanted it in my driveway. Gram took extra care to make sure he did not do any damage to my car while unloading it. It was very apparent to me that Gram is very skilled at what he does and very efficient with unloading the car. I would recommend Finger Towing. read more

I have dealt with many tow companies over the years and Karen at Finger Towing was by far the best experience. Working through my insurance company's tow coverage, the first two companies they dispatched either never responded to the request or never showed up. I wasn't able to reach any of them at all. My insurance company has a history of messing up getting my vehicle to me so I knew this time wouldn't go well either. Once they failed to have the vehicle towed the first day, I finally complained enough the get some personal attention and they hired Finger to do the work. From start to finish, working with Karen was seamless. Great communication and results. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Terrible drivers reflect poorly on the company. I've not done business with this company, and frankly I never will... Y'all should take your business elsewhere. I was nearly struck by their driver coming down Bluff Bend in Austin, Tx... When the driver looked down to his cellphone and crossed the double yellow right into my path. I blared my horn, and never did he look up to see what had happened. I caught the name on the back of the truck, tracked down their phone number, and the person on the other line hung up on my twice. read more

Huge thumbs down to the guy who was towing a car behind Wet Salon at the intersection of academy & congress ---- Who took over 30 min to tow a car, all the while blocking traffic from getting in or out---and who then started telling people who got out of their cars to try to shut up. Tow truck drivers should remember they are representing their company when they are behind the wheel of a company vehicle! Failing to follow the traffic rules of the road, rude and angry behavior are no way to behave in this business. Also, not the way to promote your business to potential clients. Normally in this instance, I would have called the company directly, spoken with a manager or the owner, but making an assumption it wouldn't make a difference, I'm posting a Yelp review. I'm not sure that the driver I encountered a few minutes ago wasn't a manager or owner. So, I'm driving in my peaceful neighborhood, but approaching an intersection that is actually rather dangerous due to the nature of the topography and proximity to blind spots, and when getting ready to make a turn to the right, a large red flat bed tow truck is pulling up to the stop sign to my left. I have the right of way, no stop sign for me. As I proceed to turn right, the town truck pauses for the briefest moment, before taking a wide swing turning right, onto the street I am driving on, and I had not cleared the intersection yet. Now, neither of us was going to run into each other, but I gave him a short toot of the horn, as the driver should have come to a complete stop and waited for me to clear the intersection. So, the driver stops, yells out the window at me, and flips the bird. So, I followed him to tell hime why I honked my horn, ....but the driver SPED through the neighborhood on the narrow streets, in his huge truck, when he turned heading south on S. Lamar, ...I went home. I hope I don't see you (the driver) in this neighborhood again, as the chance for having an accident that you create is greatly increased. read more

I had the unfortunate luck of having car trouble downtown on ACL weekend. Of course this means towing companies are at capacity, and I called 5 different companies before calling Finger, who was the first one to actually agree to send someone. I was told there was no real ETA, and it might be quite a while. Obviously this is no fault of theirs, and I was fine to wait, I just needed a way to get my car home. A couple hours later the driver calls and lets me know he is close and that he'll call me when he's in the immediate area. As luck would have it, my phone died as soon as he tried calling the second time. I walked around the parking lot hoping he had pulled in. A good 15 minutes goes by and I can't find him. I assume I'm out of luck and actually start walking home. As I'm leaving I see the driver out side of his truck, and on is phone (still trying to reach me). I have never seen a more welcomed sight! Instead of immediately trying to tow me home, he offers to help me do a push start which would save me a good bit of cash. This worked and I was able to drive home having only paid for road side assistance instead of a tow. I was pleased that this company not only sent a truck when no other one would, but that the driver stuck around to try and find me. It's not a good day when your starter goes out, but this one ended as well as it could. Thanks! read more

I just saw this guy in traffic, and he's either drunk or drives like a drunk person. Careening between lanes, never using a turn signal, basically relying on everyone else on the road to slow down or speed up to avoid getting hit by him. Never in my life have I seen such a careless driver. read more

Horrible company. Had a wreck and vehicle was towed to their yard. After finally getting a rental car and getting to their yard to get my belongings, found that the insurance company had already picked it up. When asked how long ago the vehicle was picked up since I hadn't had a chance to get my belongings, I was yelled at, talked down to, and told that I should have been there quicker. Regardless that I was injured and was without a vehicle. The worst ever! read more

I don't understand the negative reviews. I was in a bind, called them 1 day in advance to take my 1963 Corvette to a shop 50 miles from my house...in the pouring rain. I followed the drive all the way. I didn't see any erratic driving. He was very courteous and of all the quotes they were on the cheaper side. If you can take my classic car in the rain and deliver it perfectly...then ANYTHING should be fine. read more
