I had called nearly 10 different tow companies, and of the three that had answered, Freddy was the only one who gave me an actual price estimate (that wasn't outrageous) and an approximate arrival time. Although he was busy with another customer at the time I called, we exchanged info and he got back to me shortly after. Once Freddy arrived, my day continued to improve. Worryingly, I had my toolbox stored in a relatively tight storage unit complex, but Freddy managed to maneuver his truck in without a problem. As he began to load up my toolbox, I could see (and appreciate) how careful he was being both loading and securing it on the flatbed. The unloading process went smoothly as well, Freddy again backed into my precarious driveway with ease, then proceeded to use the same skill and care to unload my toolbox without even a mark to either my driveway or toolbox. If you're looking for a skilled tow for your precious cargo, Freddy is the one to call, he was on-time, friendly, straightforward, communicative and damn good at what he does.
