This is the only company that could tow three cars for us at the same time from one location to another within Texas for a reasonable price and quickly. Trish and her team got the job done without a hiccup and we really, really, really appreciate Bulldog Towing! read more

Rude. Destruction of property. Absurd pricing. "$150 for the tow" "okay so how does that become $350" "I SAID $275!" "No you said $150 then $22 per day so how does that become $350" Rude woman in every regard. Most likely taking to small claims court as they will deny any wrong doing regarding destruction of property when they pried the driver door open and having one of their drivers scratch the passenger side door. read more

Terrible . I work at Amazon as a delivery driver out of round rock Texas . Our property is rented not owned by Amazon . And the owner of the property recently hired this company to do it towing . Our building offers very limited parking , due to its high number of employees . Needless to say there is only one sign in a muilti building lot stating they tow and who does the towing . They towed my car while I was actively working .So as you can imagine finishing a 10 hour shift to walk out and see that your cars gone is not a pleasant experience . And no one at the amazon warehouse was even aware we had a towing company hired or which company It could possibly be . Needless to say 320$ bucks to tow my car 3 miles down the road was fantastic . They sit and they stock like snakes in the grass . read more

Amazing prices and services . Cant say enough good about doing work with them. Friendly service but the prices were so fair

We watched an employee slim jim into a vehicle they had towed. I have no idea what legitimate reason a tow company would have to open a vehicle they do not own, but if your missing items, it was probably that guy. read more

Needed a tow for a vehicle and delivery at a certain time. Speaking with the individual who answered the phone was pleasant and professional. She knew what she was doing, asking questions I would expect for a complete picture of my towing needs. I received a call from the driver politely asking if he could arrive ~ 15 minutes early which worked out just fine. The driver was professional and friendly. He promptly and carefully did what towing folks do and the car was on it's way! My only regret is that that I didn't take the time to note each of the folks that I spoke with to properly recognize them here. A big thanks to you all! read more

The worst! I paid $150 for a tow to a shop for a 2 mile tow. The shop didn't have the tire I needed and the tow truck was still in the parking lot. I called back to see if they can take me to another place and they said it would be another $150. The truck wasn't even out of the parking lot. read more

Bulldog towing totally saved the day. The driver was awesome! My corvette wouldn't start and I was stranded in the auto zone parking lot after changing my battery. The sales person at auto zone that replaced my batter left all the connections loose and the car wasn't getting any power. Luckily Bulldog towing recognized the problem and was able to assist me with reconnecting the battery. I could not be happier! I will recommend them to everyone I know!!! read more

Bulldog Towing - Tow truck - Towing Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

Can I give negative star?. Bulldog Towing is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. They illegally towed my car, and when the owner showed up to address the situation, she was clearly intoxicated--completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I had to take them to court to fight for my towing fees, and guess what? I won because their actions were blatantly unlawful. If they've wrongfully towed your car, don't let them get away with it. Take them to court, expose their shady practices, and reclaim your hard-earned money. This company operates with zero integrity--stay far away! read more

My son drove his car into a ditch in the early evening. Before I arrived to him, the Wilco Sheriffs arrived and dispatched Bulldog Towing. I told the sheriffs to cancel because my insurance has towing coverage, including on my son's vehicle. The sheriffs cancelled their request for Bulldog. However, the Bulldog tow truck arrived anyway. I was on the phone with my insurance and asked the Bulldog tow driver if he could work with my insurance. He got on the phone with my insurance and told me that he could. He went to his truck, did whatever for about 5 mins. then drove away without saying a word. Leaving us on a rural two lane road in the dark. What a loser, more like Bullsh!t Towing! read more

Helped me out of a situation with a flat tire and stuck lug nuts in the middle of the night. Used them multiple times!

This company consistently fails to honor its promises or commitments. If I had the option, I would give this company a rating of zero stars without hesitation. The tow truck driver was incompetent and lazy. The owner mentioned that she frequently works with Co-Part and they are familiar with the situation. I had been waiting for two days for the towing company to pick up my car. The owner assured me that they were committed to resolving the situation and willing to consider any additional charges if necessary. They charged me for the tow and never showed up two days back to back. My car was stranded and racked up fees. I gave the owner all the information for the lot#, the address, instructions, and all. The driver called me and said he had no information on the car even though this has been a two-day process.THE WORST COMPANY EVER DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE AT BULLDOG RECOVER LOCATED ON 1400 Chisholm Trail Rd STE D, Round Rock, TX 78681!! After this disaster i called Always Towing and Recovery They had my car picked up within the "HOUR" no issues at all. Bulldog Recovery Is Pathetic And Worthless!!! Will and Rhonda are THEEEE best. Not only did Will meet me at a special time, but he was able to operate my inoperable vehicle, and get it onto a special type of tow truck that I couldn't get anywhere else without a lot of trouble. He is fast, efficient, open, pleasant, and kind. Rhonda is also just the sweetest woman ever, and I took a liking to her immediately. Thank you for getting me out of a bad, confusing, inconvenient, and troublesome sitch that even AAA wouldn't help me with!!! read more

It's not that people want to have to use a towing service because it usually indicates there is a problem with your vehicle. When you have to use one it's really good to know that there are great ones out there that offer a positive customer service experience. That is what we experience today when we used Bulldog Towing. I spoke with a very knowledgeable scheduler by the name of Rhonda and had to request flatbed towing vehicle as my son felt that would be the best option for getting it to his place to work on. Rhonda asked me the type of vehicle that I had and then let me know that they did have a flatbed truck in their Fleet. The driver was out on a tow from Central Austin around 51st Street back to Round Rock. The driver also had a commitment already booked with a customer so we weren't sure when the car would be towed but I was assured it definitely would be today. Rhonda, the phone representative was very kind, she gave me advice on how to make the key accessible to the tow truck driver. That saved us a lot of time versus having to hang out until they were able to arrive. She stated that it was a possibility the driver would be able to work my vehicle in between his current tow and the tow he had on his schedule already. Sure enough we were on our way home from Austin having made four stops for different items that we needed, when I received a text stating my car was at its destination. I was able to prepay for the tow by credit card which made it very convenient as well. They left my vehicle in the area that my son had requested they drop it off in. I really appreciate the great customer service I received especially during a very frustrating time for me due to my malfunctioning car! read more

Friday afternoon just before Labor Day weekend I get to my car in a parking lot and it's frozen!! I can't turn the key or anything. I had Uber home and Google for a tow truck just before a holiday weekend and I find Bulldog Towing. I call... this wonderful lady answers(so sorry, I don't remember your name). Not only does she say she will send a tow truck, she keeps me on the line and speaks to Keytel in his truck to confirm the service. I spoke to Keytel twice while he was en route making sure it was the easiest for me to meet him and my car at the dealer so they could fix it. Bulldog Towing and especially Keytel took excellent care of me and my car and I now have their phone number saved if any of my friends or I need help with a stalled car because they made a horrible stressful day much easier to handle. Thank you Keytel and Bulldog Towing. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Bulldog Towing and so do their competitors. I had made a call to another towing company prior to contacting Bulldog and that towing company was unable to make it out. However, they referred me to Patricia at Bulldog Towing and I am so glad they did!! Patricia, the owner, was so kind and understanding and truly cared about our situation. She was very accommodating and made sure I was informed throughout the process. Zeke, the driver that came out, was kind, friendly and caring. He ensured our safety and secured our vehicle professionally! Y'all it was HOT outside and he maneuvered through quickly and efficiently! After he put the car on the trailer he confirmed the destination address and asked if there was anything further he could help with. Overall, Bulldog Towing made a forever customer and I would encourage you to do the same! read more

Holy cow, what a great company! I called yesterday, from Alaska, as a frantic mother whose daughter is broke down in a place I've never set foot and was instantly put at ease. Women on phone were nice and helpful, guy was square business. Hoping not, but if I need em I'll call em!

Called because my car had overheated. Was 9:30 at night, and I was doubtful that anyone would be able to really help. Needed to get the car back to my place quickly and...Bulldog delivered!!! Amazing and wonderful attitude over the phone, kept me calm, asked all the right questions, and said that it would be about 30 minutes. Guess what? The truck was there in 15 and the driver...nothing but smiles and calm. He took one look at my car, it sits lower to the ground and is a classic (30 years old) and he assured me that all would be fine. And it was! He treated my car like a diamond, and got her delivered back to my place in no time at all. Absolutely wonderful people to work with. The owner even came by my work a few days later just to make sure that everything was good. Customer service? Outstanding!!! Attitude? Wonderful!!! Care about the vehicle? Have not experienced much better!!! Follow up? Amazing!!! read more

Awesome service and kindness! My van wouldn't start and I called these guys. They were here in less than 10 minutes. The guy that showed up was super nice, showed me the terminal was loose/bad and didnt even charge me! Very impressed and I will definately call them again in the future if I need roadside assistance! read more

This place must have a deal with Wilco County Sheriff's Office. After reading Steve I's review from a year ago we had similar issues. I was recently in an accident and this is the place the Williamson County Police Department called for me without my permission. Just like Steve, I also have roadside assistance. I was not told the tow truck was called until it was on the way. Once the towing truck arrived I requested my vehicle be towed to my home and they gave me some bs reason and told me I would have to pay out of pocket if it was taken there. Fast forward 2 days after the accident. I called to ask about my vehicle to ask why it hadn't been towed to my home yet? The women who I spoke with was very rude and told me she hadn't received payment so my car would not be going anywhere. I contacted my insurance company who stated they spoke with them the day before. I then tried calling back three times with no response. This place is a sham. They definitely are on speed dial with the WPD when there is an accident in Wilco county. I would not recommend this towing company to anyone! read more

Car broke down in the middle of a busy road last Sunday (it was 98 degrees). Called 5 or 6 local towing companies. Everyone I called either wasn't open or didn't have any trucks available for 4+ hours. They were also all EXTREMELY rude. (How are you a towing company and not open!?) The lady that answered the phone at Bulldog was very empathetic to my situation and worked hard to help me out. She even kept me updated on the ETA of the driver via text every 10 minutes or so. Isaac arrived right on time. Quickly got us out of there, all the while being professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you so much Bulldog! read more

Disastrous experience!!!! Car got towed, active duty soldier with Bronze Star plates...this company does not answer phones so you have to drive to them, pay $238 and then wait...your car is elsewhere and blocked in so u cant get out quickly! Worst experience ever!! Shame!!! read more

My truck broke down and was stranded at a convenience store. I called Eagle Towing at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and they said it would be a couple hours. By 8 o'clock that night, my truck was still stranded and about to be towed away by the convenient store because it was there too long. I called Bulldog recovery and they were there in a flash and had my truck moved exactly where I needed it to be with no hassle, excellent customer service and good rates! read more

My car was wrecked yesterday and the local PD used Bulldog Towing to take care of my car. I had nothing but a great experience with them over the past couple of days. The first time I called, the dispatcher asked if I was okay because she saw the photos of the damage to my car. That was very kind of her! The owner, Trish, was also amazing and worked with me to make sure I had access to my car for my personal belongings, along with swapping out some after market parts for the OEM parts. In the event you need a tow, I highly recommend Bulldog Towing. read more

I had the worst experience with Bull Dog towing. The drivers aren't professional at all. I wouldn't expect anything more based off of the meth that they run out of that place. The lady that answers the phone is a real treat to deal with too. If you've seen her it makes sense why she's so disgruntled. Not a pretty sight read more

I just used Bulldog Towing this past week. The service was excellent. They were there within 20min after the accident. Very professional and kind. Our car was in a car incident 10/23/22. We we're hit from behind, the Round Rock police department suggested Bulldog Towing to tow our vehicle instead of allowing our insurance company to tow our vehicle. When Bull-towing towed our vehicle they charged us $155 out of pocket and they turned our vehicle the wrong way. I spoke with the owner Trish on three different occasions asking them to turn the vehicle the correct way. Everything I spoke with her she stated she was sending the driver to correct the towing, however she never did. On 10/31/22 we had to pay someone else to reposition the car the correct way. When I called Trish the owner today she got very irate and rude. Trish hung up in my face when I ask her to refund us for the tow because they did not do it correctly and she didn't keep her word of sending the driver to correctly reposition the car and we had to have someone else to reposition it. Trish the owner is very unprofessional and disrespectful she does not keep her word to correct the mistakes her drivers make. read more

These are the best people you could call. I got in a wreck on the highway, and the police were the ones who recommended them!
