Terrible . I work at Amazon as a delivery driver out of round rock Texas . Our property is rented not owned by Amazon . And the owner of the property recently hired this company to do it towing . Our building offers very limited parking , due to its high number of employees . Needless to say there is only one sign in a muilti building lot stating they tow and who does the towing . They towed my car while I was actively working .So as you can imagine finishing a 10 hour shift to walk out and see that your cars gone is not a pleasant experience . And no one at the amazon warehouse was even aware we had a towing company hired or which company It could possibly be . Needless to say 320$ bucks to tow my car 3 miles down the road was fantastic . The worst! I paid $150 for a tow to a shop for a 2 mile tow. The shop didn't have the tire I needed and the tow truck was still in the parking lot. Needed a tow for a vehicle and delivery at a certain time. Speaking with the individual who answered the phone was pleasant and professional. She knew what she was doing, asking questions I would expect for a complete picture of my towing needs. I received a call from the driver politely asking if he could arrive ~ 15 minutes early which worked out just fine. The driver was professional and friendly. He promptly and carefully did what towing folks do and the car was on it's way! They illegally towed my car, and when the owner showed up to address the situation, she was clearly intoxicated--completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Bulldog towing totally saved the day. The driver was awesome! My corvette wouldn't start and I was stranded in the auto zone parking lot after changing my battery. The sales person at auto zone that replaced my batter left all the connections loose and the car wasn't getting any power. This company consistently fails to honor its promises or commitments. If I had the option, I would give this company a rating of zero stars without hesitation. The tow truck driver was incompetent and lazy. The owner mentioned that she frequently works with Co-Part and they are familiar with the situation. I had been waiting for two days for the towing company to pick up my car. The owner assured me that they were committed to resolving the situation and willing to consider any additional charges if necessary. They charged me for the tow and never showed up two days back to back. My car was stranded and racked up fees. I gave the owner all the information for the lot#, the address, instructions, and all. My son drove his car into a ditch in the early evening. Before I arrived to him, the Wilco Sheriffs arrived and dispatched Bulldog Towing. I told the sheriffs to cancel because my insurance has towing coverage, including on my son's vehicle. The sheriffs cancelled their request for Bulldog. However, the Bulldog tow truck arrived anyway. I was on the phone with my insurance and asked the Bulldog tow driver if he could work with my insurance. He got on the phone with my insurance and told me that he could. It's not that people want to have to use a towing service because it usually indicates there is a problem with your vehicle. When you have to use one it's really good to know that there are great ones out there that offer a positive customer service experience. That is what we experience today when we used Bulldog Towing. I spoke with a very knowledgeable scheduler by the name of Rhonda and had to request flatbed towing vehicle as my son felt that would be the best option for getting it to his place to work on. Rhonda asked me the type of vehicle that I had and then let me know that they did have a flatbed truck in their Fleet. The driver was out on a tow from Central Austin around 51st Street back to Round Rock. The driver also had a commitment already booked with a customer so we weren't sure when the car would be towed but I was assured it definitely would be today. Rhonda, the phone representative was very kind, she gave me advice on how to make the key accessible to the tow truck driver. That saved us a lot of time versus having to hang out until they were able to arrive. She stated that it was a possibility the driver would be able to work my vehicle in between his current tow and the tow he had on his schedule already. Sure enough we were on our way home from Austin having made four stops for different items that we needed, when I received a text stating my car was at its destination. I was able to prepay for the tow by credit card which made it very convenient as well. They left my vehicle in the area that my son had requested they drop it off in. Not only does she say she will send a tow truck, she keeps me on the line and speaks to Keytel in his truck to confirm the service. I spoke to Keytel twice while he was en route making sure it was the easiest for me to meet him and my car at the dealer so they could fix it. Bulldog Towing and especially Keytel took excellent care of me and my car and I now have their phone number saved if any of my friends or I need help with a stalled car because they made a horrible stressful day much easier to handle. The truck was there in 15 and the driver...nothing but smiles and calm. He took one look at my car, it sits lower to the ground and is a classic (30 years old) and he assured me that all would be fine. And it was! This place must have a deal with Wilco County Sheriff's Office. After reading Steve I's review from a year ago we had similar issues. I was recently in an accident and this is the place the Williamson County Police Department called for me without my permission. Just like Steve, I also have roadside assistance. I was not told the tow truck was called until it was on the way. Once the towing truck arrived I requested my vehicle be towed to my home and they gave me some bs reason and told me I would have to pay out of pocket if it was taken there. Fast forward 2 days after the accident. I called to ask about my vehicle to ask why it hadn't been towed to my home yet? The women who I spoke with was very rude and told me she hadn't received payment so my car would not be going anywhere. I contacted my insurance company who stated they spoke with them the day before. I then tried calling back three times with no response. This place is a sham. They definitely are on speed dial with the WPD when there is an accident in Wilco county. I would not recommend this towing company to anyone! read more

Car broke down in the middle of a busy road last Sunday (it was 98 degrees). Called 5 or 6 local towing companies. Everyone I called either wasn't open or didn't have any trucks available for 4+ hours. They were also all EXTREMELY rude. (How are you a towing company and not open!?) Our car was in a car incident 10/23/22. We we're hit from behind, the Round Rock police department suggested Bulldog Towing to tow our vehicle instead of allowing our insurance company to tow our vehicle. When Bull-towing towed our vehicle they charged us $155 out of pocket and they turned our vehicle the wrong way. I spoke with the owner Trish on three different occasions asking them to turn the vehicle the correct way. Everything I spoke with her she stated she was sending the driver to correct the towing, however she never did. On 10/31/22 we had to pay someone else to reposition the car the correct way. When I called Trish the owner today she got very irate and rude. Trish hung up in my face when I ask her to refund us for the tow because they did not do it correctly and she didn't keep her word of sending the driver to correctly reposition the car and we had to have someone else to reposition it.
