The roadside assistance technician showed up calm, professional, and completely unfazed by my dramatic retelling of events. Within minutes, they diagnosed the issue, got things sorted out, and brought my car back to life like some kind of automotive wizard. What could have turned into a full‑blown inconvenience (or emotional breakdown) ended up being quick and painless. No lectures, no eye‑rolling...just efficient help and a running vehicle again. The car was not tired, but the battery was a bit weak. While roadside service was free through our insurance plan, we had to pay for battery, which was reasonably priced. I had called nearly 10 different tow companies, and of the three that had answered, Freddy was the only one who gave me an actual price estimate (that wasn't outrageous) and an approximate arrival time. Although he was busy with another customer at the time I called, we exchanged info and he got back to me shortly after. Once Freddy arrived, my day continued to improve. Worryingly, I had my toolbox stored in a relatively tight storage unit complex, but Freddy managed to maneuver his truck in without a problem. As he began to load up my toolbox, I could see (and appreciate) how careful he was being both loading and securing it on the flatbed. The unloading process went smoothly as well, Freddy again backed into my precarious driveway with ease, then proceeded to use the same skill and care to unload my toolbox without even a mark to either my driveway or toolbox. If you're looking for a skilled tow for your precious cargo, Freddy is the one to call, he was on-time, friendly, straightforward, communicative and damn good at what he does. He will be the first one I call the next time I need a tow.

They were careless with handling, and when I pointed out the damage, they stopped responding. Now I'm stuck with expensive repairs that could've been avoided if they had done their job properly. We were not their customers, but when they found our precious belongings abandoned on the side of the highway with the moving truck they were there to tow, Hit tracked us down and did everything in his power to make it right. He and the crew spent 18 hours picking up every piece, things that anyone else would have thrown in the dumpster or left to rot (the moving company had done just that). Because of this selfless effort on their part, my husband and I were reunited with heirlooms from our grandparents, important papers, memories, things that would have broken our hearts to lose permanently. "Thank you" will never be enough for these guys. Everyone should turn to this company for their towing/roadside needs, because you can feel confident that they will treat you with compassion and respect as a customer and a human being. This level of integrity and honesty is hard to come by, but such a blessing when you find it.
