The driver was traveling at a high rate of speed and nearly rear-ended my vehicle as I was properly signaling and moving into a right-turn lane. I had to change lanes to avoid a collision. The tow truck then blocked the entire right-turn lane, preventing multiple vehicles from turning. Shortly afterward, the driver abruptly crossed multiple lanes of traffic and entered my lane in a way that forced me to brake hard to avoid a collision. The situation felt dangerous and completely avoidable. Given that tow trucks are large commercial vehicles, this behavior raises serious concerns about public safety and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable hiring or recommending this company. I strongly recommend choosing any other towing company. No one should have to fear for their life because of a tow truck driver's actions.

I hate this so much that I've bought my last two cars from Carvana simply because I wouldn't have to speak to anyone. I find the stereotypical car-buying experience (new and, especially, used) to be unnecessarily stressful and taxing. Today, this has changed. When I found a slightly better deal locally than I did on Carvana, I took the plunge. From the beginning, Angela was super helpful and responsive. She didn't insist on talking on the phone and was happy to text details, which is infinitely more manageable during the workweek. When it came time to make the trek to Austin e Autos, Angela let me know that she would be off that day and handed off the deal to Isaac. Isaac is the best. Isaac put us through the paces of letting us test drive, then talking numbers. At no point did the numbers they advertised ever change. I came in with pre-approval through USAA, and they did not push me toward in-house financing. This has never happened to me before. They usually push that really hard. Once the numbers were agreed upon, we were handed over to Stephanie for the paper signing. This was equally painless, and there was no push to buy extended warranties, wheel insurance, GAP, etc, etc, etc. The numbers we discussed with Isaac were the exact numbers we signed off on with Stephanie. Incredibly painless, transparent, and honest process. My wife loves her car, and I am very impressed by the buying experience. If you're in the market for a used EV, look here first. All the stars. It's super convenient, you just drive through and don't even have to get out of your car. You line up in the back, and I was greeted right away. The first employee took my insurance card, got my mileage, and directed me forward. Then another gentleman helped me finish up. They asked if I wanted to pay for my registration on the spot for an additional $7, which I appreciated since I just wanted everything taken care of at once. There is also a $2 debit card fee, which was fine. One small thing, I did notice a tip jar, and there's also a tip option when you pay by card. I'm a little unsure how I feel about that in this type of service, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, and I left with my sticker in hand. Super fast, super easy--bravo! The four stars is because of the tipping, employees were great!

Fast Response Towing helped to make a really horrible day into a good day. When a another driver forced me into a curb two, tires were blown out and one of the rims bent. My vehicle was not able to be driven so a family member recommended Fast Response Towing. One of their tow trucks arrived within 15 minutes to take my vehicle straight to the repair shop and also gave me a ride. This place is great! I was really in a jam and needed my car towed to the dealership, and Fast response towing helped me out. I was getting really frustrated on hearing back from different towing places I called, and Fast response actually gave an affordable estimate and they're responsive! He showed up at my house 30 minutes later with a large flat top truck. Blake helped me push my truck out of the shed, so it could be loaded properly. He was very knowledgeable how large SUV's have to be loaded and secured without damaging them. My truck arrived safe and sound at the repair shop. I've used roadside assist several times over the years for my Suburban. There have been a couple times where I had to send the tow company back, because they were not equipped and/or trained on large trucks. I've even had a guy show up once to change my tire with a tiny car jack. Blake showed up with a flatbed fully capable of handling large trucks. He was friendly, professional, and definitely knew what he was doing.

This past Sunday at 2am my wife and I were sleeping when we were abruptly awakened by the sound of a loud crash in front of the house. A car had smashed into our trailer and boat. The young male driver was shaken up but not injured. His car ws heavilily damged but he lived very close by and was able to slowly drive home. The collision had snpped the bow strap and knocked the boat askew on the trailer. Pieces of the car were stuck in the trailer, one tire was flat and the boat had been knocked up on and was partially blocking the sidewalk. Since it was Sunday I waited until Monday morning to contact a local Boat repair company and asked them who I should call to handle a tricky tow situation. They recommended Trey Sizemore and gave me his cell#. I called Trey and explained the situation. He sent one of his best drivers over to assess what might be needed. Marc was very professional and told me he could handle this one himself and save me some money. And he did! Within 30 minutes he had the boat strapped down safley and loaded on his flatbed.
