I had the pleasure of spending some quality time today at this dealership. Everyone I ran into was pleasant and professional and actually seem to care about me as person. There is no doubt I would recommend them just because of their professionalism but I am resoundingly endorsing them because of their products. In my opinion if someone is looking for a lightweight unit they need to go online and seriously look at this store's inventory. Product is short on supply but that doesn't mean you research and that doesn't mean you can't order what you want. I love the Flagstaff line as well as the Winnebago products and the Stryker is a nice toy hauler while Cruiser Aire is a solid product in its price point. However the product that I'm very excited about are the E pros by Flagstaff and the No Bo by No Boundary. This is my recommendation; go see Matt if you're looking for your first trailer, your last trailer or for that matter your next trailer. I know Matt and I know he knows his stuff inside and out. The unit we purchased had been damaged in shipment, and they were very good to point out the damage, and had ordered the parts to make it *like new*. The only confusion was the actual cause of the damage, but that was not a major concern. To sweeten the deal, we had several optional items added at no cost to us - they volunteered those items without us asking. But here is the real value at RV Land - their Service department actually works with you to get your repairs done with minimal downtime for you. They were willing to inspect and order parts, then let us drive away to use the RV until the parts came in. Once we took it in for repairs, we only waited about a week to get it back! I can't say enough good things about our experience with RV Land! This dealership is full of top notch people that make you feel like old friends. Every interaction we have had with them has been wonderful, from the sales team, finance department, parts/service repairs, to the ownership. This was our first RV purchase, so I read a lot of tips and did a lot of research. We even visited four other dealers in the Austin Area. We knew that we would spend a lot of time on the road and was looking for a layout that would allow us to convert a bunk into an office easily. RV Land was so patient with all the units we wanted to look at, look at again, and we never felt pressured. We had it narrowed down to two options, and honestly we liked the other layout, finishes, and etc. better from the other dealer. When making our final decision we remembered the biggest tip we read about, to make sure you buy from a dealer you love. Don't let the final decision be based on price or a floor plan. Because many brands have similar floor plans and price is something you can negotiate. See part of owning a RV is quickly learning the quality control process from ALL brands isn't quite up to par from the factory. So it is up to the dealer to catch a lot of the mistakes, but more important to stand behind the ones that even they miss. I am so glad we followed this advice. We knew we wanted to buy from RV Land... because of the people. RV Land isn't just a great sales team, they also have a reputable service department and a great owner that will stand behind their product! After buying our Winnebago travel trailer the best thing we did was join the FB group for Minnie Winnies. There is over 5,000 members and I can't tell you how many awful experiences the other members have had buying from the wrong dealers. I contacted all the RV dealerships in Buda, Kyle, New Braunfels, and Seguin requesting information regarding purchasing a 12 Volt refrigerator for my travel trailer. Damon responded right away letting me know RV Land could help me (this is a month later and I still have not heard from any of the other dealerships). I talked with Damon to discuss the pros/cons and the process of changing to a 12 Volt and I made the decision to purchase one. Although the service department was very busy, Damon was able to have the refrigerator delivered and squeeze in a time to have it installed within a week of ordering so that I would have it for my scheduled camping trip the following week. We had been shopping to upgrade our mid-line Torque toy hauler. Over a 2 month period we had visited 4 other [surrounding] dealers--visiting 2 as many as 3 times. Spending hours looking and comparing. We started off knowing we wanted a 5th wheel--and that is all we knew. We looked at every manufacturer and almost every product line that was under 41'--From Vanleigh (Vilano) to Grand Design (Solitude) to Keystone (Alpine). We walked thru many (20-30) units and watched hours and hours of YouTube videos. After a few months we had compiled an extensive list of must haves. Making note of the ones we could compromise on. After reviewing our notes and researching (Google & YouTube of course) we found we had not viewed the Heartland Landmark. Back to google in search of a Landmark dealer. We found that RV Land's high reviews made them a good choice. We stopped by RV Land mid-morning on a Saturday. We were warmly greeted by Josh (sales rep). After a bit of chatting and socializing we hopped in a golf cart to begin our afternoon adventures. RV Land had the Landmark Louisville on sale so that is where we started. Josh was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely patient as he answered all of our 2,000 questions. His presentation of the unit was on point. Although we were obviously in love with this unit we pressed on and looked the other Landmarks and Big Country's. All equally as beautiful but none checking as many of our "must have boxes". Five hours later we were not quite believing it was real, we decided we needed to consult Google and YouTube again. We needed to add this Landmark to our comparison chart and see how it compared. Being this is not a review of the Landmark but of RV Land and its team let me speak of them. During our initial 5 hour visit we were warmly greeted by the owner (Lance) general manger (Scott), sales manager (Mike), and service manager (Matt). No pressure--just conversation as if we were a member of the family. By Tuesday we had made our decision and called to let Josh know we would be coming in for one more walk though. Upon our arrival, we were once again greeted as if we were family. We then boarded the golf cart. We arrived at our chosen coach to find the RV Land staff had plugged her into shore power and she was cooling down on the inside. This was perfect. We were able to thoroughly inspect and ponder. Our decision being made we wondered back to the office and the most pleasant and friendly financing process began. Lance was phenomenal. He openly discussed all of our potential financing options. We left understanding the process and what to expect. The following Friday we arrived for closing about an hour before our designated appointment. We were given that hour to bond with our new travel abode--once again plugged into shore power and cool inside. The closing process was painless and the staff came together to ensure the additional equipment we needed was on order. We give RV Land's owner and staff our highest high recommendations. I would not go anywhere else in Texas to purchase an RV. Good dealerships are hard to find....those that don't sell you something and then wash their hands of you after you drive off the lot. (I've heard the horror stories) Everyone here is the best. Mike Fox was my salesman and not only was he great during the sale (they were a few glitches) but he has been outstanding even after the sale in addressing a few problems I have had with the rig. Jason the finance mgr was also great to work with and no matter how many questions they had to answer they never made me feel like I was bothering them. I bought a Heartland Open Country 5th Wheel and I love it! Chris Thomas was so patient during the walk through and even after I took it off the lot has been wonderful in responding to my questions. In order to have them do a diagnostic for a warranty repair that will take maybe an hour, they want to require me to leave the trailer there for more than 2 weeks! They apparently don't have an appointment system, so they just make everyone leave their RVs stuck sitting in their lot until they get to it. That makes no sense. And it's risky because there have been a lot of RV thefts from service lots. So instead, I have to take it to Fun Town RV in Giddings which is an hour farther drive, but I have an appointment so I can bring it home the same day. read more

I have a 2010 Coachman Freedom Express. Have had 3 blow outs on the darn thing in two years, the last two in one trip out to the deer lease on both sides of the RV. Maybe my own fault for not replacing the stock tires as they are junk. All replaced now... Anyway, the first time I had repairs done, it was at Crestview in Buda. About 5 months later, the repairs to the wheel well and fairings were done...or not. Had to have them take it back to fix a bunch of stuff incomplete or done wrong. Just to be clear, the bad workmanship was the Buda Shop, NOT RV Land. Fast forward to now. I researched a bit more on who I took the RV to this time. RV Land has the best reviews. And now, I know why. While they had to wait several weeks for parts (not their fault), they were very communicative on this with me and my insurance claims guy. As soon as the parts arrived, the repairs were done in about 2 weeks. Both wheel wells replaced, fairings, sealants, interior wall was blown in in the bathroom and repaired, complete underbelly replacement, slide out grill repaired and new jacks on the back. On my own, I had the entire brake system overhauled for a very reasonable price, too. They also inspected the roof and added sealant where a tree made a cut and washed my entire RV for no charge! Picked it up yesterday and it's cleaner than it has been since I bought it. Matt is the real deal and Carlos is the rain maker with his excellent craftsmanship! Fantastic job guys! RV Land, Matt and whole team, I cannot thank you enough. We had our 5th wheel trailer delivered to us by a company on Uship. The trailer came back to us with over 18k worth of damages. The real problem was this... I was supposed to leave the next day on a 30 hour drive to Reno to get married!! This Trailer was not in drivable condition. Every place including RV land was booked solid, but they came to our rescue and did emergency repairs to get us on the road safely. They fixed the broken AC unit that was ripped off the roof, took of the broken ladder and patched the holes, also fixed the leaky propane tank, made the refrigerator start working again, cut the left side of the RV so the sheet metal wouldn't rip off during our drive, took us in immediately and got us on the road by 7pm and more. They literally saved our wedding! All other RV repair locations were booked solid for 1-4 weeks! Matt and the team at RV land had my crying from joy. We will definitely be back in the next week for them to finished the repairs. Honesty and love are two very difficult things to find in a repair shop. I've talked to the guy in the service department twice. Last year when we were thinking about purchasing an RV, we called to ask if he could do an inspection. He wasn't available but was more than happy to tell us what to look for and gave us tons of useful tips. I felt like I could call him back if needed. I spoke to him again more recently about coming to check out the rig we had purchased- it had some damage done to the roof. He was available this time but due the holiday he wasn't able to get to us until the following week. He was able to suggest another reputable company. I feel like this company (at least the service department) are genuinely decent people that won't try to sell you unnecessary services, items, etc. I only wish I purchased my trailer from them when I had the chance. My review is for the Service dept, specifically the great service Matt provided. I had a trailer that the AC went out while camping, I called Matt, he had me bring it in the same day. I thought I would just drop it off, but Matt climbed up on top and put a new capacitor, and my trailer running cold AC in 30 mins. His customer service is outstanding, my next trailer will be brought to him for any service. I have not dealt with the Sales dept at RV Land, but I can speak for how quick Matt helped me out and solved our AC issue. Would recommend! read more

Very knowledgeable, honest people who understand RV's and can help you find the RV you want (need). They are extremely patient with new RVers and are careful to explain everything and to answer any questions no matter how naïve ( I know this!!). They are a bit hard to find while there is construction on IH35 and Yarrington Rd. However, it is well worth the effort to get to them and let them help you get into the right RV. I've been RV shopping and my best experience (by far!) has been with RV Land. I haven't bought my RV (yet) but I did settle on the one I want and Chris (with the beard) at RV Land helped me make that decision. The other dealers will say things like "we aren't high pressure" etc. (wink, wink) but they are. Chis never had to assure me that my experience wouldn't be high pressure .... because it wasn't. Chris really knew his stuff (having previously serviced RVs) and was able to answer every one of my esoteric questions, which is something I definitely can't say about my other RV shopping experiences. He was patient and thorough and I never felt as though he wanted to rush me through. Chris told me that he only does "honest" and I don't think those were words just to sell me. Every aspect of my shopping experience at RV Land was transparent and up front. At the other RV dealers, I walked out thinking "yep, I'm gonna get ripped off there." After walking out of RV Land, I felt like if I buy from them I am going to get an honest, fair deal. I had no sleazy feeling on my way out of RV Land.
