Now the phone number is no longer in service. Tatem did volunteer to send a portable ac to us in Brownsville Texas. We have already purchased one, last month AND a dehumidifier because it's 100+ degrees in deep south Texas. We would not recommend their service.

Joe had to prefabricate a part that connected to the Grey water tank since we didn't have enough time to wait for a replacement part before we had to leave the campground. Knowing our short time frame before we had to leave, Joe fixed our broken valve quickly. We were very lucky to have found someone who cared about the quality of their work as well as getting it done before we had to leave the Campground.
