Unfortunately, my RV and I lost the fight. I had some pretty hefty damage down one whole side of the trailer, and the back wall was ripped loose With a about a 6 inch gap you could see into the bathroom through. Class A worked their magic and made that trailer look like new in what I thought was a pretty short time. I could not have been happier with their service. Last year, my slide wouldn't go back in. I labored to get it in manually and took it to be worked on at Class A. They've got it working like new. While it was in the shop, they also resealed my roof for me. While I was there, I asked about RV storage. Not only did they have it, they had it for 1/3 the price I was paying in San Antonio. Even with the added drive to Pipe Creek, I save time because I'm not dealing with the traffic getting to the Tally Road area. I recommend Class A for any service you need done on your RV. It is a very good company. The office staff is very friendly. Oh... I should mention how one of their technicians stayed on the phone with me for over an hour telling me how to get my slide back in manually so that I could tow it to the shop. He was awesome!

The shop is so clean and the waiting area is stocked with everything for your rv from replacement doors to back up cameras. This is a gem of a repair place because we all Know you're going to need a repair on that rv! Hope we Don't have to visit them again but if we need a repair in the hill country we know where to go!

I've stayed in some pretty bad places…read morebefore but getting to the campground to drive past about eight crack houses and three meth labs, and some RVs that just need to be burned to the ground and places that look like garbage dumps. We got to the resort only to have reverse polarity on the power pole and could not hook up thank God we had a generator. The roads are terrible. It's ugly. There's not much to do and I don't recommend this place to anyone do yourself a favor stay away and by the way, there is no lake or water. WISH I COULD GIVE A -1 REVIEW THAT BAD!

Laundry is $1.65 per washing machine, $1.80 per dryer/60 minutes with 6 washers/6 dryers, all on CSC digital pay. You need to download the app before you get to the laundry rooms if at all possible. There are big tables for folding, big sink, good ventilation, lots of chairs for waiting. Minigolf is nice and big. Activity center is busy with planned activities. Pickleball, shuffleboard, pool, cornhole, tennis courts, basketball courts. Coffee maker in activity room. Lots of trails to walk. There is no water in lake. It's pretty much completely dried up. Park is about 30 minutes from San Antonio, 25 minutes from Amazon lockers at Quik Mart in Helotes. Almost all trees around laundrymat need to be cut down. Lots of Oak Wilt and dead branches will fall on trailers. There 's a bunch of 50 and 30 amps that don't work and have green TT covers on them. There is a paper with a barcode for the gate that works the whole time. We love that the code doesn't change for the gate like at Lake Whitney TT. Tons of deer, okay to feed them. Bought deer corn at True Value in town $9.99 for 50 lbs. They will almost eat out of your hand. The neighborhood coming into this park is a bit sketchy, but we had no issues at all. It is important to take 8th street coming into this park. DO NOT take 3rd street if you're in a big rig.

The campground has lots of mature trees and the sites are nicely spaced from each other. There is a large clubhouse where we were able to play games or do puzzles which was great. They have a pool and hot tub that we were also able to enjoy. The campground is gated and located on a working ranch. I love seeing the longhorn cows! We've taken our dogs on a few walks on the marked trails there and they enjoyed themselves. The trails are a bit rugged so i highly recommend hiking boots. As of now Lake Medina is mostly dry and i look for the day when its back.

No one in Austin had been…read morewilling to look at our trailer before we left to check it out before traveling due to spring break hectic schedules.Found Red in Bandera on a google search, he called back promptly like his brother Slim said he would, but he was pretty busy and it was late. Nonetheless, Red came out to downtown Bandera where we were having dinner and offered to diagnose the problem. Did I mention he has a Mobile trailer repair service?! In minutes he had the trailer jacked up on the street and not only diagnosed the problem but temporized it so we would be okay to keep traveling. After all that, he didn't want to charge for his service and just asked us to " have a safe trip". Of course we paid for his time, thanked him profusely and wished we had more gentlemen like him in Austin. Makes me want to move to a small town if everyone is gonna be as nice as Red and Slim. We had…read morea problem with our Rv , the guy that came out charged us 210.00 (85.00 for a service call , 125.00 an hour to tell us the problem) Then wanted to charge us 699.99 for a part that cost 219.00 to 300.00 from another rv place . Also they needed a part that was not in their little store so the service guy was going to pick it up in San Antonio "for us" , charging us 200.00 for driving to SA then $30.00 in gas and 140.00 for the part . I told them I would drive to SA and get the part my self for them which was only 73.00 to eliminate some of the cost . This Rv place gave us an estimated bill of 1800.00 . Which every place I talk to thought this was outrageous! We were able to get our Rv fixed with less than half the cost . Please beware of Xpress Rv . Call Crestview Rv or Camping World to get rates on parts , I am so glad I did. I'm still upset I gave these people any of my money .
