I'm not sure why there isn't a review from me here already. I vividly remember writing one. Anyway... I had a fight with a narrow bridge that was under construction a few years back. Unfortunately, my RV and I lost the fight. I had some pretty hefty damage down one whole side of the trailer, and the back wall was ripped loose With a about a 6 inch gap you could see into the bathroom through. Class A worked their magic and made that trailer look like new in what I thought was a pretty short time. I could not have been happier with their service. Last year, my slide wouldn't go back in. I labored to get it in manually and took it to be worked on at Class A. They've got it working like new. While it was in the shop, they also resealed my roof for me. While I was there, I asked about RV storage. Not only did they have it, they had it for 1/3 the price I was paying in San Antonio. Even with the added drive to Pipe Creek, I save time because I'm not dealing with the traffic getting to the Tally Road area. I recommend Class A for any service you need done on your RV. It is a very good company. The office staff is very friendly. Oh... I should mention how one of their technicians stayed on the phone with me for over an hour telling me how to get my slide back in manually so that I could tow it to the shop. Very customer oriented service. We are from Colorado heading to Fredericksburg and our water pump went out. Our toilet also was needing a new Valve. They got us in right away but had to finish the work the next day so we were able to stay in the small rv park Adjacent to the shop in pipe creek. The shop is so clean and the waiting area is stocked with everything for your rv from replacement doors to back up cameras. This is a gem of a repair place because we all Know you're going to need a repair on that rv! Hope we Don't have to visit them again but if we need a repair in the hill country we know where to go! read more

We've had a few repairs done there on previously owned rigs and have always been satisfied. Pricing has been in line with other shops. Recently, we needed two fairly minor items addressed : installing two MaxAir vent covers we bought on line, and re-hanging a sturdy restroom door that had fallen down because it was factory-installed using short, inadequate wood screws. (Really, Forest River! That's the best you could do?!) Anyway, we made an early appointment cause we were at Medina Lake, arrived shortly after they opened, and Andrew knocked those projects out in no time and for far less money than at other shops we checked with. My husband clipped a tree and tore off the big awning, ripped off the digital antenna, & scraped the side of our 40' coach.. Since we live in Lake Hills, TX, Class A Service Repair was only a couple of miles away. Previously, we bought a few items but never used their repair facilities. In this case, Sue was the person we dealt with in handling the insurance claim. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She kept us informed of her progress with USAA. She was very professional and scheduled our repairs timely. After we dropped the coach, all repairs were completed in just five days and it looks amazing!!! Thank you Class A. read more

I should have read these reviews beforehand. The work that they did was sufficient but Sue was extremely rude during the entire process. In addition to the high repair prices, Sue assured me that they would complete a state inspection on the RV. A week later (one week later than promised) I picked up the RV and no inspection was done. The person at the counter explained that they couldn't do it on the vehicle and there were notes in the file; even though Sue wrote in my file that they could not complete the work, she never called to let me know even though she initially promised the work. The repair work was completed, but it was a week late (without any explanation) and no inspection was done when promised. I will no longer go there for any type of repair work. read more

We couldn't be happier! Professional service at the front desk, they handled every thing form the insurance to the coffee pot. The guys in the work bays are wonder workers also. Our damage was fixed as good as new and our rig is back to BEAUTIFUL. read more

I worked with Class A RV Repairs on purchasing a consignment RV on their lot. They offered a 2 full pages inspection to cover virtually all systems and equipment on the RV. This inspection was $700.00 which I found to be very high but the owner of the unit agreed to pay $350 and I paid $400 and seeing the depth of the inspection I agreed to have it done. I received a quotation for a new roof, a broken black tank pipe, some drawers not working properly and no reverse lights. I did not however receive the actual inspection forms which would have identified the specific condition of each system checked. I asked for the forms and it took nearly a week to get copies of the actual report. I was then informed that they did not inspect any of the engine or chassis issues as they do not work on diesel coaches. When I test drove the unit it was obvious that the brakes were sticking and a warning chime continued to sound. Also the generator would not start as the batteries were dead which was not noted. We did purchase the coach and have since found other issues which were not noted on the inspection form which for $700 I would think they would take the time needed to inspect the items listed on their form. The attitude and environment at this business gave me the impression that there is communication issues as we were told one thing by one staff member and then found out something different. We were planning on using them to sell our old rig until we were told of a requirement for an inspection that was never mentioned previously. The actions of this business caused a delay in our travel by a week including being charged for cancelling reservations. My complaint is that if you provide a copy of an inspection that is the inspection that should be completed and if there are issues that do not apply you specifically mention and address that. They primarily do roof and body work which to me is different than their name would suggest. Customer service and interaction is a primary issue to consider when doing business with someone and I would be very careful in dealing with this business. They did allow us to receive packages at the office as we paid to stay in the attached RV park. Read the other reviews which seem to have a common theme that Sue the owner is very rude and seems to think talking to people rudely is appropriate, which it is not in my book. read more

I have not used my 5th wheel in about 5 months, and when I set it up last Sunday afternoon, Aug. 24th, the AC would hum and try to start, but wouldn't. With my luck, I figured the worst. We were in Utopia, and the residential AC guy there recommended Class A in Bandera. I called Monday morning and was told to bring it in 8AM Tuesday. I requested Wednesday, and was told that would be fine. I was there at 8 AM, Richard started on it by about 8:10, and I was back on the road by about 9AM. I guess I was charged one hours labor, $98.00 (have paid more per hour other places). He said some foam padding had gotten stuck on the fan and was preventing it from turning. Richard also checked all the pressures, etc and said the unit was in good shape. I was expecting a large repair bill, so had they wanted, they could have stuck it to me and I would not have known the difference. Class A is FIRST CLASS in my book. read more

I'm surprised at how rude Sue was to my parent who called to see if a maintenance tech. Could check something electrical on their RV 7 miles away. It was a new unit just brought in from rv dealership and they asked to be notified so they could reimburse for the cost. It took more than 3 hrs to get a return call & then Due was terse in stating it would be $120 cash up front and they couldn't come until Monday, & the initial call was at 11:15 on Friday. I hope that I can find someone else to use if I need my RV repaired. read more

Class A RV repair in Pipe Creek Texas did what appeared to be a very professional job in the fiberglass reconstruction of of my lower front cap on my 2005 Dutch Star. I returned the coach to Class A repair due to many issues that they caused ie. Jerry rigging of step assembly, and improperly aimed driver side head light. Upon picking the coach up for the second time, the Tech informed me that the head lamps were properly aimed. I left the San Antonio Area and drove during the day light hours and never noticed that the passengers side head was improperly aimed to the curb side and the drivers side head light pointed to the oncoming traffic side. During the third day of travel I arrived in Nappannee In. After dark an that was when I found that the middle of the highway was completely dark due to the improperly aimed headlights. The following day the Newmar techs were able to align the drivers side headlight but was unable to align the passenger side headlight, due to the fact that the passenger side lower front fiberglass cap was not fabricated properly to allow the adjustment of the headlight or the adjustment of the passenger side fog light. In order to get this problem corrected, I will have to spend a few more weeks in Nappannee and pay around $1000,00 to get the fiberglass lower cap corrected so that the passenger side headlight and fog light will properly aim. I will never take this coach or any coach to this facility. read more
