I emailed asking if they still had a motorcycle available, they never responded. I called to follow up several days later and thankfully it was still available. They sent over a purchase offer since I was paying cash. Purchase offer didnt match the final receipt. They added $200 to the price instead of it being a "DLR Prep" fee. I get there and was disappointed in the purchasing process because when I signed the title, it was also incorrect than what the actual mileage was but really wanted the motorcycle. The mechanic had a stomach virus and was advise to leave my bike there till the next day, Well he changed his mind and decided to do it right then and there. I really appreciated it. I bought by first motorcycle from them and it was an enjoyable and easy experience. It was a Buell Blast and was reasonably priced. They had done some work to it to make it roadworthy such as new tires, carb clean, and a few other things so I was getting a reliable bike. Everyone I dealt with was polite and nice to work with. There was no pressure to buy anything in particular and I would go back there to buy my next bike. Only issue I had was that the financial department forgot to charge me a $100 fee (I believe it was a doc fee) so the final paperwork was inaccurate. They called me to let me know about their mistake and we worked it out. I have had this issue before with other merchants and they took the money out of my account without asking so I appreciate Cycle Rider calling me up and working it out rather than just taking the money out. read more

I bought a 2007 Honda Shadow from them. The gas tank started corroding so I bought a brand new one and had them install and they were supposed to clean and repair the entire fuel system. The bike has NEVER run correctly since! It has been back to them and they assured us it was fine, the last time was about 4 month ago. It ran for about one month then wouldn't start again. I'm tired of their poor service and BS that dates back to 2014. Their service guy is either a moron or a scam artist! read more

Good service department, they have done a great job on the work I've brought to them (mounting/balancing tires, rebuilding forks, etc.). Work is done when they estimated. Paid $40 for a rear wheel R&R (new valve, weights, re-cycling fee), but when I had a bad tire last year they helped me diagnose the issue in just a few minutes. I don't know about the Sales side of the house but they always have a good selection of used bikes and have heard good things. Its worth checking out if you are in the market. read more
