But they want you to buy from someone with an account with them. I asked about some parts I needed, and they said that I should buy it from someone with an account. They gave me some numbers of people to call who could help me out, and order from them. The business numbers they gave me were good contacts, but I gotta go through them. Reece doesn't have any way to help you load stuff in your car, or cut things down to a manageable size to fit in your car. I guess that's where the account holders come in. They were as helpful as they could be with advice, but they lost a star in my review for not being open to the public.

I was under the (incorrect) impression that you needed a wholesaler's or restauranteur's license to purchase things here - not so. They also have chest freezers, gas stoves, even popcorn machines! Found a higher quality baking pan than at your typical big box store, as well as a specific kind of tongs I was looking for - something with silicone tips that can pick up ramekins. I had the bank transaction, auto zone transaction in the app, as well as a return receipt with the last 4 digits of a card that was not mine. To make things worse, the guy who took care of these transactions and return, was standing right there. Why would I drive back to this store to fix a return for such a small amount of $, if things were not wrongfully taken care of. The staff seems clueless and the manager is extremely rude. I would not recommend this store to anyone nor will I ever go back there. Here's a picture of the receipt, with the store location and the return to a card ending in 8738. I do not have any card ending in this number and showed the manager. His response was, "it must have been Apple Pay"....? When there is no card ending with those numbers in my Apple Pay.
