I saw it had 4.1 stars on yelp so I said I'm gonna give this place the benefit of the doubt My car has been making a squeaking noise as if the belt was needing to be changed, but I had already changed out the belt so I asked the gentleman at the counter if he would kindly step out and give a friendly ear. He tells me it's $75 to do a diagnostic, I simply asked are you really gonna charge me $75 to just listen and give a friendly ear? Mind you they were not busy I might add, He tells me have a good day and turns around and closes the door. What happened to customer service and just being friendly and wanting to accumulate new business? I have three cars and I'm looking for a good honest mechanic in the area and unfortunately this place is not it. I usually don't leave reviews however that really bothered me and I feel others should know how they treat people Avoid this place I've learned my lesson

The next day Richard was out and Jose answered, I called to let them know I would be dropping off the car the next morning (friday) and wanted to know if I would be getting paperwork with what they were going to repair and do and the estimate, Jose said "well we won't work on the car until you pay half of the estimate". I then asked: "ok and THEN will I get the paperwork?" He said " What , you don't trust us?" I told him "well I need that paperwork just so that its established what we agreed on, what work will be done...etc" and he said: "If you don't trust us, I suggest you go somewhere else" .. I said: "I will" and hung up on him. WOW! Ok so first: If this place was good and trustworthy they would be transparent and would have no issue giving an estimate, THAT'S something that would make you trustworthy. This was the 4th place (and last) that I looked into for repairs and the other 3 gave me estimates physically and or by email. Second: I don't trust anybody with my car, especially since I have no clue who these guys are, at some point I know I have to leave my car somewhere. YOU as a customer need to have documentation of what they're going to do for LEGAL reasons , obviously, but also for security. Third: Trust is EARNED jose! Maybe you should learn that buddy, because even if you guys have a 4.8 rating here, NONE of that rating is mine, I was gonna be a new customer meaning my trust is 0, you had to earn it, but of course you don't know this. Oh and any time somebody says to you: "you don't trust me?" ummmm the rule of thumb is, you shouldn't!! Last thing: I will go to Master Match Collision who had great customer service, 5.0 rating and gave me an estimate (a super detailed one), yeah it's a tiny bit more , but you get what you pay for. Jose's customer service was unacceptable, and I would never recommend using this place and I"m glad I didn't.

They also told me I have an oil leak in my car and wanted to sell me a degreaser diagnostic for $150. I never noticed an oil leak before, but suddenly there's a big mess of oil in the garage. I took my car to the Honda dealership and they tell me there is NO OIL LEAK. But now I have to PAY FOR THIS AGAIN because Honda had to diagnose the issue and my car has leaked a LOT of oil in the last 48 hours. --- I called and spoke with the manager Nate. He was polite and respectful, and they agreed to refund me. I appreciate that. ---
