Due to their severe lack of professionalism and clear impairment on the job, they completely botched the mechanical work on my vehicle, leaving it completely undriveable and forcing me to pay for an expensive emergency flatbed tow truck to a different shop to fix their dangerous mistakes. When confronted, they refused to take accountability. Save your money and go to a professional shop that takes safety and craftsmanship seriously. He told me to leave a review so here it is

Before they started any work on my car, they promptly advised me of the issues they diagnosed to be the cause and a few other underlying issues that may come to be. Bryan and the crew provided details on the matter, and kindly inquired on how I wished to proceed based on the quote given and how much it would cost to fix the issue. While I felt it was overpriced on the initial quote, we were able to work on a feasible pricing for the main issue I came in for, and eliminated the other potential issues down the road with the intent to fix those at another time. Pros: The car was ready within a few hours, well before closing and I was able to pick it up, same day. A month later, my car is running as it should. Thank you Thousand Oaks Automotive!

It would run well at times, but never truly great--until now. When my timing chain went out, I brought it here for a full tune-up. While it was a big repair, they worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated. The result? My truck has NEVER run better. It's been three weeks, and I've put it through the test--out-of-town trips, towing, 4WD--and it's handled everything flawlessly. This is the best it has ever driven. From Tracy in the front office to the mechanics in the back (wish I remembered their names!), everyone was honest, transparent, and dedicated to quality work. I've also brought my Tahoe here for some repairs, and that experience was great as well. But the work they did on my F-150 was major, and I couldn't be more pleased.
