After returning an item, I came to find out that the charge was not returned to the card used, but a card that was not mine. I had the bank transaction, auto zone transaction in the app, as well as a return receipt with the last 4 digits of a card that was not mine. To make things worse, the guy who took care of these transactions and return, was standing right there. Why would I drive back to this store to fix a return for such a small amount of $, if things were not wrongfully taken care of. The staff seems clueless and the manager is extremely rude. I would not recommend this store to anyone nor will I ever go back there. Here's a picture of the receipt, with the store location and the return to a card ending in 8738. I do not have any card ending in this number and showed the manager. His response was, "it must have been Apple Pay"....? When there is no card ending with those numbers in my Apple Pay. read more

After receiving a failed inspection on my car went in and talked to Rudy (he used to do state vehicle inspections)about the issue, he walked us to the vehicle and took a look at the brakes (which is the issue in question) found nothing that looked to him like there was anything wrong with my brakes. I have been in this store multiple times. They always have in stock what I am looking for and it's neat and organized. This time, however, even more impressive. My drivers side headlight went out and I am a medical professional that can get called in so I needed to take care of it asap. I had looked up what I needed but wanted to verify my headlight was an H11. The store manager, Bob, answered all my questions about comparing brands, verified it was the right one for my car, etc. I really appreciate the great customer service, where this location is, and all that they have to offer. Hands down the worst Auto Zone location. The worst customer service. Don't come here for help. "Manager" (Older guy with white hair) and the younger girl with colored blue hair continued talking even after I walked into the store and stood In line for 5 minutes with nobody in the store, before they gave me any attention. My battery in my vehicle was dead, after being out of town for 5 days. The female comes outside to check my battery and told me it needed a charge, so my assumption would be take the battery out and charge it while I'm here right? WELL BOY WAS I WRONG. She told me to go home take my battery out and bring it back to charge... I purchased my battery from this location in February and was told if I had any issues bring my car back and they'd take care of me.. where was that staff at? Will never purchase anything from auto zone again after this experience. I was turnt away and told I'd have to purchase a new battery In order for them to take my old one out for me.. why ? Absolutely terrible customer service by the manager Dolfo. Will never return to auto zone, any. Was a frequent customer. Earlier in the day the salesman sold me (i didn't realize till i got home) an open and stapled shut package, as well as the wrong item which he looked up and went and got. He also didn't give me a receipt. Fortunately it was only an $11 purchase because they didn't want to reimburse me. I finally got a gift card because they didn't have the right item in stock. But the manager was nasty throughout the process, not believing it wasn't me that previously opened the package. Out of my zone in the future once i spend the gift card. Great service! I needed some new window wipers a few days ago and am completely lost when it comes to anything car related. I was greeted the second a walked and the lady behind the counter was very sweet helping find the particular wipers my car needed. After purchasing them I asked if anyone could help install them and she didn't even hesitate to saying yes. We walked outside to install them and while she was doing so she made a few suggestions to help get rid of the scratches on my window by looking up a certain YouTube video (which I thought was very nice and thoughtful of her). I had a pretty abysmal experience at this location. The reason I gave two stars instead of one was because the employees were actually nice, just seemed rather incompetent. I had to buy an alternator, return it because it wasn't the right one, and then do 2nd return in order to get the price correct and the money back that was owed to me. Overall I spent well over 75 minutes in the store between 3 visits, 35 minutes alone being my last stop in there. It took me less time to replace my alternator than it did to purchase it. read more

I came into this autozone 3 days ago (03/06/19) my car had just died on the way home so I got a jumpstart and thought I should head to the closest autozone to have my battery checked (the guy who jumpstarted me also recommended I have the alternator checked so I did) the young man helping me (dark hair and glasses) had an attitude almost immediately. He asked if I knew where my battery was and I drive a foreign car so I told him it was under the drivers seat. He responded in a demeaning manner "Yes, yes it is under the seat" like I didn't know or he was attempting to show he knew more about cars? There was silence while he ran the battery test and goes "yeah your battery is bad." I asked about the alternator and he says "yeah that's bad too". He also threw in a "I'd be surprised if your car started again next time you turn it on." Then he starts gathering his things to go back inside, starts walking away so I asked if he could recommend me new parts because he wasn't going to. He just looked like he wanted to pack it up and go back inside. We went inside and he recommend parts that would cost $500+. I was a little iffy so I went to my auto dealership today and the battery and alternator are both in good condition. This young man misdiagnosed my vehicle due to a lack of care and almost had me pay $500+ for parts I don't even need. Reliable store but a bad employee and bad experience. read more
