    Stopped in for a duplicolor touchup pen. Was greeted upon entry. Ample parking and convenient hours. Was assisted by Allan who was courteous and fast. All in all a very fast experience, no time wasters here. Great store.

    Issue with getting tires that I paid an extra 58.00 for the warranty. They also put truck tires on my car which is not good for the transmission. I had to go back 7 times and the tire is still not fixed. I had to order a new tire that does not match the other tire that had the flat that they said that they could not repair. They do not make the tires that I purchased from Walmart just 6 months ago. When does this end??? Now I am out hours of my time and I still do not have a replacement tire and I still have not been reimbursed and they still have not reimbursed my card for the tire that is sitting at their store that they refused to install so it is a no win situation. I have had about 7 visits now. This has put a great deal of stress on me. When the tire was flat, the manager of the store told me to just drive the car over there like that. (It is not good to drive a car on a rim like that). I have had nothing but problems after dealing with all of this and no one seems to want to help me. The store manager even apologized to me for the way that the auto center manager was speaking to me in front of other people. I feel completed disrespected by these people and feel that my safety and the safety of me car has been compromised. I even had some who works there actually make comments to me about how badly they were treating me and he did not know what they were giving me such a run around. One employee there told me I should "Just sue them" in a totally serious manner. Also, after paying for a 3rd tire when I only wanted one or two originally, they wanted me to buy a fourth one and pay for instillation when they never honored the warranty to begin with and the tires would have still been mismatched. When I brought in a tire that was determined to be eligible for warranty coverage, I was told that the tire could not be repaired and that the original tire I had purchased was no longer available. I was then left trying to find a replacement that did not properly match the other tires on my vehicle. Despite paying for a replacement tire, it was never installed, and as of the date of this review I still have not received reimbursement for that charge. To make matters worse, I was advised to drive the vehicle to the store while the tire was flat, which I found concerning from a safety standpoint. Throughout this process, I spent countless hours making trips back and forth, waiting for callbacks, and attempting to obtain a resolution that should have been straightforward. I also experienced what I felt was unprofessional treatment from management in front of other customers. The store manager later apologized for the way I had been spoken to, and even Walmart employees expressed surprise that the issue had not been resolved after so many visits. One employee went so far as to tell me that he did not understand why I was being given such a difficult time. After paying for a warranty, paying for a replacement tire, making repeated trips to the store, and still not receiving a satisfactory resolution or reimbursement, I feel completely let down as a customer. The amount of time, stress, inconvenience, and frustration this situation has caused has been significant. As of the date of this review, this matter remains unresolved. Because my repeated efforts to resolve these issues directly with the store have not been successful, I intend to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Walmart Corporate Customer Relations, and other appropriate consumer protection agencies in an effort to obtain reimbursement and a final resolution. I strongly encourage other customers to keep detailed records of their purchases, warranty documents, receipts, and communications if they need to make a warranty claim. Based on my experience, doing so may be extremely important.

You will be the hero to your friends and family when something goes wrong with their sunroof and you can quickly say "Hang on, I know a guy..." I have a 28 year old 4Runner and the sunroof cables finally rusted up inside the channels after we moved back from D.C. 5 years ago. I have made phone calls and asked mechanics if they could fix it for the last 3 years and I get told that only a body shop will do that, body shops inevitably tell me they don't do that, try an auto glass place, and all of them say "Nope, we don't mess with sunroofs." Having a full time job, I kind of gave up on ever getting it fixed. However, I also have a mechanically-inclined brother who, bless his heart, said he could help me fix it, took it all apart one weekend and then left me with an un-drivable car for 6 weeks. My husband, in an epic Google deep dive, found Texas Auto Accessories and called Jay. I know cars and I know car guys, Jay must have an encyclopedic memory of every sunroof configuration ever produced. He takes mine apart, finds the rust, immediately tracks down one from a parts yard, I go pick it up and then he treks out to my house to install it. Who does that?? Jay does. I can't recommend him highly enough. He also installed some interior insulation I had bought while the headliner was out. He even said he'd be happy to install some new speakers in it as well when I decide I want to replace the blown one.
