During this visit, I brought in a company car to have a flat repaired. It was fixed in less than 30 minutes with none of the BS run around that you expect at DT. Customer service is always great and they have a huge selection of tires. This is a great shop to bring your vehicle to for repairs at a FAIR price.

Well you could've told me that and I could've called to move it along! So after forty minutes of hold time on the phone with Hertz, we finally get the show on the road but they still had to go pick up the freaking tire. It's now 3pm on a Friday so that took another hour! RC was helpful... Kaitlin, not so much but only because as I said, she could've communicated the hold up! This place could use a makeover or a deep cleaning. As mentioned it's via Hertz so I didn't owe them anything but I couldn't any money sitting in their lobby five hours.

They told me I could get it aligned but it wasnt as bad to warrant it aligned. I explained the symptoms and tech said he could look further into what could be causing the issues. Him and I assume a senior mechanic determined the issue was cause by my motor supports. They showed me. I was amazed that not only did they show me and not try to up-sell me, they did this at no charge!!!

If I could do negative stars or even no stars I would I just had suspension replaced at another shop and I told them I would get alignment because I already have lifetime warranty here. They laughed knowing crooked problems with company. Besides point but throwing in how crappy this company is. But I drive to brake check everything was fine. I leave after alignment and its worse than no alignment! They didnt give paper showing before and after until I raised hell after to see what was done. Damn near nothing done to back. I unfortunately popped my back passenger tire the night before, so I needed a new tire. I was at the shop as soon as they opened at 8am on Friday. I was promptly assisted and was offered the choice of a new or used tire. The service person leaned towards the new tire because of the state of the roads and the amount of road construction. I ended up replacing both back tires because of the tread and having had to repair both several times. Within 25 minutes, both my tires had been taken off, the new tires put on, and the spare was put back in the boot. The price included the tires and a small fee for the labor. I was floored by how simple and quick the process was. There was no quick talk to upsell me or try to get me to purchase items for the car that were unnecessary. I had a wonderful experience at A Flores Tire and Auto so if you need tires or anything else to do with your vehicle, bring it to them because you won't be dissapointed.
