The only way work seemed to get done was when the manager or shift lead stepped out in the bay. When they went to start a diesel truck, they didn't wait to start and just turned the key. If you take a diesel truck here, you may have to explain that. If customer service is their number one priority, they need to hire new employees. Save your time and just go to any other tire shop.
