Just what I needed...FAST service! While inflating my tires I broke the valve stem in the tire. After doing my own research, I found great reviews for ASAP 24 HOUR MOBILE TIRE SVC. Niles was prompt, efficient and professional. He explained that the damages I caused was fixable -on the spot. He replaced the stem, filled my tire and I was ready to get back on the road. How fortunate to have found this company?!? Time saved...Great value. Outstanding!

I was traveling with my kids, so getting it fixed quickly was important. Niles answered my call promptly and told me he could be there in about 30 minutes. Sure enough, he arrived right on time, was professional, and quickly patched the tire. I really appreciated his responsiveness, especially that late at night. However, a few things were disappointing. I was initially quoted $85 plus $65 for the repair, totaling $150. After the work was completed, the price increased to $175. I was also told it would cost $150 to change to the spare tire. My biggest concern was the tire pressure. After the repair, I noticed the repaired tire was at 44 PSI, while the other three tires were around 33-34 PSI. My vehicle manufacturer recommends 36 PSI. I called Niles before leaving the parking lot to ask about the pressure difference. He told me the tires should be at 40 PSI and that 44 PSI was fine. I would have expected a professional tire technician to verify the manufacturer's recommended tire pressure before completing the job. With my kids in the vehicle and a long drive home, I wasn't comfortable with such a significant pressure difference, so I drove cautiously at a reduced speed. Niles also requested payment through Zelle to avoid credit card processing fees, which I had no problem accommodating. Overall, Niles deserves credit for answering promptly, arriving exactly when promised, and getting the tire repaired quickly. However, the unexpected price increase and lack of attention to tire pressure left me disappointed. When someone calls for emergency roadside assistance, especially late at night with children in the vehicle, they expect not only a quick repair but also the peace of mind that the vehicle is ready to drive safely. I hope they improve their pricing transparency and final safety checks. The quick response was appreciated, but the overall experience could have been better.
