This is an awesome local business to have your vehicle detailed! COME HERE!…read moreWhen I arrived I was greeted quickly and very friendly.  We popped outside and discussed everything that would be done with my detail. I have to say, I was very excited! My vehicle wasn't nasty, but it needed this treat. When she was almost ready, I got a text update with a photo preview of some of the completed work.  Talk about building excitement! When I got it back, holy Lord! She's a beauty! I had numerous scratches on my vehicle, and they were able to make many of them disappear!  To be honest, I wasn't aware I had so many, but when they disappeared, I realized she suddenly looked so much nicer! The dash and leather pop. My floor mats and seats are so clean--how they got years of foot traffic and fast food eating to go away I do not know, but, wow! Amazing! The best part though: my headlights shine so much brighter. I wish I could tell you how amazed I am about this. I arrived with them completely clouded. I was getting ready to REPLACE them because they had become so dim. They were practically yellow.    But now they are so clear and bright. I'm gobsmacked! My only regret is that I didn't request to have my mounted toolbox shined up. But, I believed if I had, it would be so shiny it would cause a glare for all of you behind me! This is a great local business.  Local businesses are what keep our communities thriving.  Come here! Skip the chains where you are a faceless customer.

The truck is black and my husband is very meticulous about having it look clean without spots and smears. He heard Mark It Clean can treat it so it's easier to clean, and just provide a cleaner shine. They were "spot on"! They also did a great job detailing the inside. This is a work truck. and is at the coast every weekend. There was not a trace of sand or residue from tools in the cab. The truck has never looked better. Definitely consider them to help your vehicle get that new look inside and out. Great for a detail if you're considering selling your vehicle.

He fit me in last minute after my foster dog threw up and defecated in my backseat and then walked in it. He gave me a rough quote and with confidence said he would take care of it and he did in just an hour! The seats looks amazing and you would have not known what had occurred. He went above what I asked and cleaned the floor and cat mats alone with dusting the interior... all just because he is passionate about what he does and his company. This location was out of the way for me but I'm glad I chose this company. They do have a van in order to come to you as well! Let me add that the price was better/on par with every other company I attempted to get quotes from. The way I see it, you are going to have to spend money for a detailing service regardless and I would rather spend the time to go somewhere my money will get me a good value. In summary, if you want car detailing done right, for an affordable price, choose Diamond in the Rough! I really only came to get my back row and driver seat done but after seeing the work I will be back for a more thorough cleaning later!

Very affordable, arrived early (which I appreciated), did the job (rear windshield and 4 windows) in 1 hour and cleaned it up real nice. I definitely recommend their services. Stay far away from Carlos This man is completely a scam artist. He specifically preys on women who…read moreare looking for extra money to make and uses them to his advantage. My girlfriend found this guy from an ad he posted stating he needed someone to tag along with him for car detailing work. My girlfriend in school thought it would be a great way to make extra money, so she reached out to him. Instantly he responds back and asks her if she's available in the next 45 minutes to work... I found this very sketchy because the only thing he knew about her was her first name, and he was offering to come all the way out to where she was just to pick her up. My girlfriend insisted that I let her go and see how it went, and then if anything happened, she would call me ASAP, so I told her to tell him to come pick her up from my address, which he did. Upon arrival, I noticed that there was one other girl in the car as well, so I was a little bit relieved, but as soon as my girlfriend got in, she texted me immediately telling me that she didn't know that there was another girl going to be there and that he just introduced her and that they were going to go do a cleaning together, all three of them, because supposedly the car was so dirty that I needed three people in order to finish on time. She told me she asked him how much they would be getting paid, and he ignored their questions. She also told me that he made remarks towards his clients and their cars, stating how he was going to charge her extra because of the hairs that were left in the vehicle. She also stated how she and the other girl were doing most of the detailing while Carlos spent a long period of time attempting to get this machine to work, and once it did, it took him less than 10 minutes to complete the task while they were still scrubbing and vacuuming the same spots for over 25 minutes, and he did most of the easy work. Once the work was finished, both girls discussed how they met Carlos and how much they were hoping to get paid. Carlos ended up dropping my girlfriend back off, and about 15 minutes later he sent her the payment for the service she did, and can you believe he only sent her $50?! I mean, seriously? She worked her ass off for only $50?? This man constantly critiqued the work that they were doing even though he knew that she was new to doing this for the first time and still ended up paying her only $50. He took advantage of my girlfriend and the other girl because he knew they were women, and he didn't have to pay them much for their work, and they wouldn't complain about it. This dude is very weird and sketchy, and I wouldn't suggest any woman looking for extra money to work for him.

Albert was an absolute gentleman from beginning to end, and I cannot say enough good things about…read morethis experience. I reached out through Yelp looking for someone to tint several windows in my home, and Albert responded and was at my house within about an hour or two. That alone impressed me. I had already received another quote, and his pricing was extremely affordable. But what really stood out was that Albert did not just show up, slap something on my windows, collect his money, and leave. He actually took the time to help me figure out what I needed. I wanted two completely different things happening in this house. In my living room, I WANT LIGHT. I like a bright room, so I did not want to turn my windows into black rectangles just for privacy. Albert showed me the different tint samples and explained how much light each would allow through. We held them up, compared them, changed our minds, compared them again, and he was incredibly patient while I figured out exactly what I wanted. My bedroom was another story. DARK. I leave a light on outside, and it is so bright through that window at night that I wake up. Albert showed me progressively darker options, including the darkest tint available, and explained what each one would actually do instead of just trying to sell me something. Privacy was also very important to me. I specifically told him that I was concerned about people being able to see into my house at night. Albert helped me choose the tint he said he would want for his own wife if privacy were the concern. That mattered to me. And he was a perfect gentleman the entire time. He worked on the windows outside, I cleaned them on the other side and we listened to Carlos Vive the whole time Albert is from Colombia, speaks great English, and was warm, professional, respectful, and easy to communicate with. I felt completely comfortable having him working inside my home. The pricing was also fantastic. My tall windows are probably around six feet tall, maybe taller, and he charged me approximately $80 per window. These are large, solid panes of glass with no seams. The smaller window in my door -- roughly 2 feet by 3 1/2 feet -- was about $60. For the quality of the work, the speed of the response, and the amount of time he spent helping me choose the right product, I thought that was extremely affordable. I even tried to do it myself with an Amazon kit and found out pretty quickly that this particular job requires skills I do not possess. Namely patience and a steady hand. I already have Low-E windows, which are designed to reduce heat transfer through the glass and help with energy efficiency. Adding tint gives me another layer of solar control and privacy, which is especially valuable when you live in South Texas and the sun has apparently decided it has a personal relationship with your electric bill. I am hoping the combination gives me the best of both worlds: plenty of natural light where I want it, more darkness where I sleep, better privacy, and maybe a little help keeping the house comfortable. And finally, Albert passed one additional inspection that he did not know he was taking: Cowboy. My granddog spent the entire appointment watching this strange man work inside his grandmother's house. Cowboy stayed calm, eventually laid down in the yard, and basically decided Albert was acceptable. I trust the dog. Albert did beautiful work, treated me and my home with respect, helped me make decisions instead of pressuring me, charged a very reasonable price, and came out incredibly quickly. Five stars. I will absolutely have Albert back to tint the rest of my windows when I'm ready.
