After having bought the "full car" option. When I arrived , the owner Bryan, said that it wasn't the actual price for the "full car Ceramic" and gave me a "deal." Because of the "Lifetime Warranty , "the Manager Mike, and the owner always took such great care of me and made me feel like a valued customer, I felt that it was worth it to pay a little more. Even after my car was broken into after coming here. That is up until today; I brought my car here today for a "warranty repair " and Bryan proceeds to tell me that the "lifetime warranty " only applies to bubbling. Not nicks in the tint or any other situation only bubbling. Since they have replaced it before, with no issues I was completely confused. No where on the receipt or anywhere in the store does it say that, on top of the fact that they have in fact done the repair on two other cars. So........ After much back and forth, he did honor the warranty replacement. But considering the stress from having to demand that they honor their own warranty, on top of the fact that my car was broken into after visiting this store, No, I definitely do not recommend this tint store. Should you decide to visit anyway, MAKE SURE AND KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!!!!!! Without it, they will NOT do any kind of repair.

It all worked like a charm until they realized they had ordered the wrong one. They quickly made me aware and made a rush request to go get a replacement quickly. As a result it took a little longer than originally estimated. That was no issue for me as I sat in the AC and was offered a soda and snack for the inconvenience. This is a place I would certainly recommend and use again in the future. For the sake of finding the place it is conveniently located in the Chevron gas station parking lot.
