We had all our windows tinted by Premier a few years ago - so when we needed to replace a window (rock strike) there was no question we would call them out again. Got service scheduled quickly. Joey actually came to the house and took care of it and an additional window on our new storm door. Absolutely professional from the receptionist to the installer to the admin who called me for payment. The admin even told me using a debit card could avoid the credit upcharge. I highly recommend Premier Window Tint for their customer service, work and responsiveness! I drive a fleet vehicle and my company gave me three tint companies- two never returned my call and the third - Mothers - gave me a long sales pitch over the phone and demanded I come in to pick tints with a push to upgrade which I kept trying to tell them was a waste of time as I have to go with whatever fleet picks! I found Premier and asked my company if they would work with them and thank goodness they did! They were so nice, arranged a date and followed up with me with an appointment reminder and having dropped my car off at 9am, it was ready by noon! Beautiful, quality job! This was an amazing experience from start to finish. It has been quite sometime since we have received such exceptional customer service! Joey, the owner, came to our home and spent time talking with us about what our goal was and the level of heat reduction we wanted in the room. He showed us what the different options would look like, both in pics of completed jobs, and with samples of the window tint in place, to see what it would look like. What I appreciated was that he did not push anything on us; in fact, he discussed why some of the higher priced options would not necessarily be better than the less expensive one. He talked in detail about the warranty and their commitment to stand behind their products. We ended up choosing the 3M Prestige 20 Window film for my office. The room has always been at least 5 degrees warmer than the rest of the home, making it less than fun to work in. Once the tint was installed, it looked fantastic and this room is now the same as the remainder of our home. The final price, was $309, and worth every single penny. Are there less expensive options available in San Antonio, yes; however, we chose a company that uses a brand name tint, vs. one that is newer to the market and/or one we have never heard of. 3M is a brand that has been around for decades and stands behind their products. I'd rather pay $300 one time with a warranty, than to pay $175 to replace tint every few years. Premier has an outstanding reputation for both commercial, residential, and auto (My husband had them do his truck, that looks fantastic too!) Joey discussed his team and his commitment to ensuring employees have been vetted and are equally as committed as he and his wife are to the business and providing excellent customer service. As we all know, a bad employee can sometimes find their way into a business; however, Joes assured us that if an employee does not provide expected high quality service he and his wife are quick to help them find the door! The crew that came out were professional and left zero trace they were even here (except my beautiful window :) We will definitely have Premier back to our home for more work. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend! read more

I was very impressed with the friendly staff. Geo, the installer was very humble and his work was high quality. I started with window tinting on my 2007 Lincoln towncar and then my 2023 Dodge ram. On the Ram I also went with the film and ceramic waxing. Geo even added little extras on the film job like door edges and entry floor plates. I never had experience film and was concerned about the sparkling of the patriot blue shine being less. Geo assured me that film will add to the sparkle and not take away from it.
