I brought in an aftermarket Android head-unit and HD backup camera for my daughter's car, which they said they could install in 3-4 hours with a lifetime labor warranty. After drop-off, the owner called saying the harness was wrong, despite me providing instructions, diagrams, and resources. Hours later, he complained about the unit, blamed it on being "from China," and said such installs were always a "nightmare." The car was returned late that day, with CarPlay not working (audio) and the next morning I discovered the backup camera was crooked, there was trim damage, and the head-unit wasn't receiving signal from the OEM system. When I returned for a warranty fix, staff claimed the unit was defective, refused to let me inspect the work, and threatened a $125 diagnostic fee when asked for a refund if I could fix the issue myself. They insisted the installation was fine. I took the car home, disassembled the dash, and found two improperly connected cables. Once corrected, the system worked perfectly. I provided proof and requested a refund since the work was not done properly, but the owner ignored my calls and texts, later having staff reiterate they wouldn't refund labor on a "Chinese unit." They failed to honor their stated lifetime labor warranty, refused accountability, and blamed the product rather than their poor installation. Bottom line: This was a deeply unprofessional experience, and I would strongly advise others to either do the work themselves or find a company that stands behind its work.

This place is super affordable and everyone is very helpful. She even fit me in the morning one day before i asked. For reference I got 20% tint on my whole car. The back windows and trunk look darker because my windows were dyed from the factory. I read all the reviews and everyone that said 'bad' things, it was definitely on them. If you bring your car clean and everything then there is no issues. Which should be self explanatory, why would you want them to clean your car for you lol. They are only in charge of your windows ;) 1000000/10 definitely come here!!!

On January 12, 2026, Chelsea and her team completed window tinting on my 2026 Honda Odyssey, and the results are outstanding. They tinted all windows with 20% and applied clear film to the front windshield, including a 5% eyebrow. The work was done with great care, precision, and attention to detail, and my minivan looks absolutely fantastic.
