When I pointed it out to the attendant, he said it might be the heat. Not sure what that could have possibly meant to him! I didn't take the time to go find a manager (nor was it offered) because I know I can't prove it was them. But I know. And I know that I will not be going back. UPDATE: Wash Tub reached out the very next day. Offered to rewash the car. They viewed camera footage and said they could see the damage when I arrived so they don't believe they did it. But they did offer to try and buff the scratches out. Though I still will think twice before going there, they were very responsive. UPDAT 2: took the car back today. Viewed the camera footage and they did not cause the damage. But Joseph worked really hard to buff out the scratches. He rewashed the car and personally made sure the inside was clean.
