We moved into a new neighborhood a few months ago and purchased our forever house. As we got a feel for our new home, we saw some areas for improvement. One of which included gutters for the front of our home and gutters for a gazebo in our backyard which covers our kitchen island. The Gutter Tex team provided a custom, state of the art quote, with all the specifications, pricing, and images that we needed to make an informed decision. Once we agreed, we were sent an installation date and they came out within the time frame and did a really good job. Although, it wasn't until they were leaving that we noticed there was a color discrepancy on the gazebo gutters. I let Dan know not to worry and we would just paint them, but Dan insisted on making it right. The team came back out and redid the gazebo with the different colored gutters and although the original work was good, the new result was absolutely fantastic! So good that at first, I couldn't tell that the gutters were even there! Marcelo and Brian who were the team assigned to our project that came out to do the work were professional, courteous, and even asked if they could do anything else before leaving. Just great work and great service. I needed gutters installed, as highlighted by the recent heavy rains. I did my due diligence and received quotes from multiple area gutter installers. I chose Gutter Tex for several reasons. Their estimate process was easy and straightforward. There were no high-pressure sales tactics to up-sell unwanted additions. Their quote was very well documented with pictures showing the proposed layout of the gutters and downspouts on our home and a breakdown of all the materials and charges. Their prices were reasonable for the standard gutter type (6-inch K-style). The Gutter Tex scheduling process was also straightforward. We received email confirmation of the proposal acceptance. Then the Gutter Tex team emailed us with a series of dates to choose from. As the chosen install date approached, they maintained contact through email to ensure we understood when the install team was scheduled to arrive and also to keep us informed of any potential delays.This included emails from the install team to give us their estimated arrival time on the day of install. The installation day arrived and Marcelo and Andrew were on the job bright and early. They worked efficiently and installed our gutters and downspouts flawlessly. The end product matched the proposal plans. Marcelo and Andrew also did an excellent job protecting the installation areas and did a thorough clean up of the job site. We just had Gutter Tex power wash our cement driveway. I am *almost* beyond words to describe what a complete transformation they made with our driveway! We have cedar trees that line our driveway along with a few live oaks and pear trees scattered in the mix. The trees, over time, have caused a lot of soot and dirt to coat the driveway. While we own a do-it-yourself power washer - I estimate it would have taken no less than 25-30 hours to do our driveway ourselves, not to mention using tons of very precious water. Gutter Tex came out and completed the job considerably faster than what we could have, saving on water, and from the things we have power washed ourselves - I absolutely know we could not have done the job to the level that they did. We feel like we have a new driveway!!! I very highly recommend them and we will most definitely hire them in the future!!! (Included are some before and after photos. I took the photos at 7:30 am right before washing began, and again the following day at 7:30 am to showcase similar time and lighting. Very minimal editing done - only edits to equal out the images. The image with my feet in it was taken with my phone instead of my camera and was taken literally right in the middle of work showing an area washed right up again an area not yet washed. Gutter Tex from start to finish was absolutely amazing to work with. From the quote to the installation and then the follow up this team did every step above expectations. I was able to work with the team in ensuring the installation met both a functional and cosmetic appeal. We have huge windows and vast hill country views that we did not want to be impeded, and the team was able to accommodate every request. The pricing was really good, but I tell you the service we experienced through the whole process felt like we spent a million bucks! The install team was on time each day, professional, and very helpful in explaining the process. The lead installer Chris Coffey and team was AMAZING to work with and watch these guys make it happen. When I had questions, they answered them on the spot. When I needed something tweaked a little there was no hesitation. My gutters were damaged during the recent hail storm. I contacted Gutter Tex for an estimate and was given an appointment date. Shortly thereafter I was given an estimated time for the scheduled date along with a weather disclaimer by email. The day before the appointment I received a pleasant confirmation call along with a reminder about the weather and that they usually make it to their appointments early. On the day of, I received an "I'm on the way" call 40 minutes prior to the appointment. Two technicians arrived "early" :-) assessed the repair work required, informed me of what it would cost and how to proceed. I received an email written quote that evening and was able to pay the deposit via credit card. The work was completed on the appointed date - did not have to be home. The final payment was charged and completion invoice submitted via email. Very professional and efficient for a small company. I would highly recommend them! read more

I recently had gutters installed by Gutter Tex. George came out and took pictures and explained where I needed gutters. He sent me a very detailed estimate through email. He explained the process and how they cut onsite so the gutters are seamless. He also color matched the gutters to the house perfectly. Once I accepted the offer online I paid half up front and they came to install about two weeks later. Justin and another worker installed the gutters and did an excellent job. It took them probably two hours. Justin did ask me to look at the job when it was completed and explained everything he did and the next steps in the process, which were him sending pictures to his boss so he could review and sign off before the final half of the payment was taken. GutterTex did an absolutely amazing job pressure washing my driveway. Very professional, great pricing, and unbelievable work. I cannot believe the difference the front of my home looks after I had GutterTex pressure wash! I honestly did not believe it would be that big of a difference, but seeing it now I am blown away. I cannot think of a better way to spend a small amount of money for such a huge return. Gutter Tex has installed gutters on properties we own in both Dripping Springs and San Antonio. Both jobs were done very professionally and at a lower cost than competitor quotes. One downspout was not installed where we thought it should have been. The company had no problem coming back out to install it in in the right spot. Their willingness to go the extra mile to keep the client satisfied tells us they are in the business for the long haul. We also had them powerwash and chemically treat our driveways and patios and they look might good. The chemical treatment will prevent mold and fungi from coming back quickly so it was better than a simple powerwash. Altogether we have been well satisfied with their work and will look to them if we need more work done. read more

Gutter purchase and installation was so easy with Gutter Tex, and very Covid-compliant. I filled out the online form and was soon contacted about scheduling an estimate. I was not required to be present for the estimate or installation. I received a detailed email estimate with easy to understand diagrams of proposed installation, and a link was included for my response. I was able to accept the bid, add the leaf guard option, and pay a deposit easily online. I was contacted within a few days with a tentative schedule date that was confirmed as we got closer to the date. I was not home for installation, but the gutters look great. I needed gutters installed on a section of the back of my house and already had a quote from another company before I contacted Gutter Tex. I booked an estimate online for the following week but George contacted me the next day and said he could come out earlier because he would be in my neighborhood. He showed up on time and had an estimate to me by the end of the day. He was very patient as I requested several changes to the layout. The quote was a few hundred dollars cheaper than the other company so I scheduled a date for the install. Their team of professionals handled it with skill and ease. Seamless gutters - 75 ft long! Also, the color matched our house perfectly. Extremely satisfied with the work. I have a lot of Red Oaks in my yard, once fall and winter arrive, all the leave fall and a good many of them collect in my gutters. They pack in and choke the drains to a point where water doesn't flow out very well. Last year was the first time I used Gutter Tex, as I'm getting older, and was very pleased with their work. The price was fair and they showed up on the day they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. So I kept their phone number and called them again this year. I wasn't disappointed, again the work was completed in a timely manner, the price was fair and they bagged the trash after they finished. The team was here on the agreed day and time, and couldn't be more professional. They wore Covid masks, went over the proposal to confirm nothing had changed, and worked quickly but efficiently. We requested two small changes - things that were only noticeable after the install was complete - but the team was happy to do them without complaint or extra charges.
