Afterwards we were looking at their reviews the sales guy who gave the estimate actually reviewed his own company and himself stating they were, "solidly reputable, top notch professionals with an top notch sales guy" And professed he was a Christian too. Shouldn't have to do such a thing if you are in fact, "solidly reputable, top notch professionals. " I wouldn't trust any of their reviews. Not cool. read more

They throw up gutters fast then complaining they have to fixtheir shotty work. Even if a team is nearby. I had flooding, multiple gutters rattling that took numerous attempts to correct, even after 2 tries to fix them, instead feeling bad about a customer having to repeatedly call, they want to charge for the end attempt to fix them. Terrible customer service, a president that thinks their bad repairs are normal and expects you to pay just to fix their problems. I wish I could give negative stars. read more

I had these company install some rain gutters last year. They finished the job, but forgot to check their work. A couple of days later I decided to check their work. Well, I saw that the gutter alignment was off. So, I called them and told them about the problem. It took a while before they showed up to fix the problem. I was asked at the time if I was interested in putting in the guards. I told them that I was going to wait and do it later on the year. Well, I finall decided to have them installed. So, I called them a couple of times and left messages. They never responded, so I decided to email them. I did this a couple of times again and to this day they haven't called me or emailed me. I was very disappointed with this company. I hope that they read this review this way they can get their act together. read more

I called these guys and a very polite and helpful young lady answered the phone. She made sure I got connected to the boss on a job and I got an estimate and installation within a week. They were on time, pleasant and put up some good looking gutters. Their price was fantastic. I'm comparing this to the "Gutter Master" folks who disappointed me at every turn, price was way over Lessards, owner arrogant, secretary defensive, and contract written to cover GM and ONLY GM.
